Lovely barn and quiet surroundings.

Plenty of room for everyone .(There were 12 of us plus 2 dogs.) Everyone loved the hot tub. However the veranda was not properly enclosed . As the lake was only a few feet away from the property this could have been a safety issue for our youngest grandchild and also our small dog.

We had a lovely stay here, the lodge was really nice and clean. We didn't get to use the on-site facilities as we had too many plans, however we would love to come back again and try out other lodges. The lodge was equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, bin bags, etc. We stayed in a 8 person lodge, it came with four toilets - each room had their own bathroom. It had plenty of car parking, we took 3 cars. We would recommend staying here.

Some parts needed a bit of paint due to wear and tear with some of the decking peeling.

Perfect accommodation for our family of 5, with 3 generations very comfortably catered for. From arrival there is a real wow factor. It was perfectly clean and well maintained, the lodge was furnished with everything you could need. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it perfect for us. The living area is at the centre of the lodge, spacious with an amazing view through the huge patio window. The outdoor eating area on the roof and balcony are simply amazing. Sitting out each night having a drink was idyllic. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

On entering the lodge we noticed a disposable razor left in the hallway on the floor by the boiler cupboard, clearly from the last customers. Not ideal especially if you have children, luckily we didn't

The lodge didn't quite match the photos, being a bit dusty and not as clean as expected. However, the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The location and the property itself were really lovely, so overall, not too bad!

The lodge was not the same as whats shown in photos for this lodge type. It was very dusty and dirty inside. This being said reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the location and property itself was lovely

Honestly, the staff here are genuinely fantastic. Super friendly, always ready to help and great at keeping us updated. They really do stand out as some of the nicest folks we've come across at any park. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the lodge, though. The barn looked pretty worn out and in need of some serious TLC. No hot tub on the first night was a bit of a letdown, especially since my MS was flaring up and I was really hoping to soak and relax. It took until the second night for it to heat up again, which was a bit frustrating. The place itself is tired, quite battered and honestly, pretty grimy in places. We were a bit shocked to find old toothpicks in the rug! Despite that, the bedding was clean and the staffs attitude made up for it. Would definitely return for the staff alone!

Can we just say the staff at this place are actually amazing. Extremely helpful and polite, great communication and are some of the friendliest staff weve known at any park. Sadly the lodge/barn itself was pretty grim no hot tub until the second night as obviously it had been cleaned (thats obviously a good thing) however it took until the second night of our stay to heat back up. Usually its no problem, but as my ms has got worse the car journey down was painful and I was hoping to use the water in the tub to ease some of the discomfort. The barn is very tired looking, very knocked about and needing tlc. The no no for us was the cleanliness.. yea, Im not sure apart from clean bedding and the hot tub if anything was cleaned. Even down to old tooth picks in the rug. ????

The cabin was absolutely stunning-spotlessly clean, modern and really feels like a show home when you arrive. Sitting in the hot tub with that view over the lake was just perfect. Can't wait to come back!

The lodge was fine - the sofa not the most comfortable but OK. The light switches were very confusing. Lovely deck and outside seating.Beds comfortable and bathrooms clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge; its spacious and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Honestly, its one of the nicer places weve stayed in! The only downside was the heating, which kept breaking down, so maintenance had to come every day, saying it was a manufacturing fault. They offered us a move, but we decided to stick it out. Also, on our last night, the hot tub jets werent working properly because it was in demo mode, but we told reception when we checked out the next morning.

Overall the lodge was brilliant, very spacious, modern decor etc. one of the best lodges I have stayed in! The only let down was the heating system kept malfunctioning therefore maintenance visited daily where we were informed it was a manufacture problem. We were offered to move but stayed where we were. Also the last night following a daily inspection of the hot tub, the jets etc didnt seem to work as was set in demo mode but we made reception aware the next morning on check out.

Bare minimum of all equipment.2 days the boiler was faulting so no hot water in the morning.Things bashed and chipped and worn, very tired looking.Front Door bangs and rattles like someone is trying to get in if the wind is bad. We were there in a 2 day storm so for 2 nights we got zero sleep as the door banged continously.
