After calling up prior to our stay i requested if it was possible to accommodate me sonewhere away from the main facilities due to personal reasons. I was told this would be done and not to worry. When we arrived we was located directly opposite the main entertainment area!!!! Every night we would hear a mass of drunken people banging on our caravan and having no consideration for people who may be trying to sleep. After a restless night trying to sleep we thought a lay in would help us out but even this was impossible as we was on the main road of the site a constant flow of cars driving past all morning and again loud and inconsiderate people screaming and shouting. Was not the 'holiday' we had in mind at all. I know white acers will not care about a review like this however i do think they need to be mindful of couples staying on their site who might not be interested in the main entertainment area. Really wasnt impressed at all like i said as well even though i called up prior to our stay they did not accommodate my needs. Very disappointed and feel like i need another holiday to recover from this one. Also to mention as well the cleanliness of the accommodation was absolutely dreadful, hairs all over the floors, beds, table and sides. They leave nothing to clean up even after yourself. No washing up liquid or tea towls not even a sponge to wash up. The only thing you do get is a broom but even then you havent got a dust pan and brush to clear it away. Simple things you do not expect to buy when away on holiday. Really poor lazy holiday park.

The caravan was clean and had all the equipment we needed. The twin room was a bit cramped for two 11 year old girls as there wasnt much storage space. We would have preferred a caravan further away from the entertainment venue.

The caravan by the lake was lovely, really enjoyed the view! Just wish there was a longer green lock-up for fishing gear and a fridge for drinks.

The caravan was quite comfy and well laid out, but we did find some cobwebs near the lights and crumbs in the fridge.

We had a lovely time at White Acres, honestly. The place itself was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a pain was having to pay through the app at the restaurant. My dad wanted to settle the bill for everyone, but downloading the app took ages. Maybe they should think about offering table service-would save so much hassle!

The site was decent, with plenty to keep us busy, like the clubhouse and swimming pool. Honestly, I wouldnt pay this much again though - weve stayed at better parks for less money. Still, its not a bad spot overall!

Location was beautiful next to the fishing lakes just wasn't cleaned properly, had stains on the furniture, not alot of cutlery or cooking pans. The boiler leaked and kept dropping water pressure.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The caravan was pretty tidy, aside from some stains in the toilet. One staff member was a bit grumpy, but it didnt ruin the experience. Would visit again!

Overall, we really enjoyed the rural setting, its stunning! However, we did face a bit of a hassle with wasps. Even with the windows closed, they managed to get in and we found them in the cot and toy boxes. Had to be extra cautious with the little one at bedtime, but still a lovely spot!
