Caravan was good

The caravan was nice but nothing like the photos used. The lounge had no modern leather sofas, the kitchen was less fashionable and smaller, bathroom had no bath, bedrooms were less spacious, dining table was smaller etc. The pictures resembled the more expensive lodge my brother had rented but not the caravan I rented. That being said, the caravan was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Just don't take the photos as representative of the caravan.

The chalet had everything you need.Separate fridge and an excellent freezer. My only whim was there is not enough room in the double bedroom to move and the sofa was uncomfortable. Space in the living area could have been better designed as quite a lot of space wasted.

Accommodation was lovely Plenty of utensils to use in the kitchen. Shower was nice and warm.Beds were really comfortable. Booking in was busy but staff dealt with customers promptly. Shelley on reception was lovely and very helpful. The lady in the shop was also very nice but unfortunately I did not get her name. The staff in the cafe were busy as lots of customers...the food was lovely and great that it was served in a sturdy paper bag...enjoyed our meal sat on the beach. We did not get to use the facilities but each venue seemed busy with customers.

Excellent new platinum Plus caravan ( 17) with amazing comfortable bed in main bedroom. We didn't use twin bedroom as there was only only two of us staying in caravan. It has really great very sunny veranda and huge television. Very comfortable lounge seating area, and I loved single armchair. Excellent shower. Only downside was no coffee cafeteria and welcome pack ( which we picked up from staff member a little later) the WiFi was patchy from Monday 12th May until late afternoon 15th May. Would prefer to have stronger single to watch television and get read news etc on our mobile. Really enjoyed our holiday and booked another weeks holiday in October in same caravan ( number 17) Thank you to reception team for such a professional service.

We stayed as a family in 2 vans for 5 days and 4 nights. When we arrived at 12.30om, one van was ready so we were able to get in really early. Our 2nd van was still ready early and we were in by 3pm. The first van was nice and comfy. Few little niggles like dirty windows, squeaky fridge, rusty scissors which then broke when we tried to use them, there was a small leak from the boiler but radiators and hot water still worked fine. There was rust all around the shower base too. But considering what we paid, these were minor issues. Our 2nd van was immaculate. Everything was so clean and tidy. We even had a dishwasher and an ensuite. Even had toilet gel in the toilets ????

We had a pretty good stay overall. The park was spotless and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Our chalet was cosy and clean too. Only small gripe was the shower seal - it looked a bit grimy and really should be replaced soon.

Overall, we had a nice holiday, but the caravan could have been cleaner, especially under the settees and in the shower. Hairs on the bedroom floors were a bit off-putting, though.

The bed was a bit shorter than expected, but overall, the chalet offered great value. We really enjoyed our stay despite that small quirk!

Great location, just across the road from the sand dunes. Accommodation is cheap and cheerful. Remember to bring hand towels, toilet roll, soap and oven glove! The small shop on site is good value for money and there's a small cafe/take-away. The swimming pool and sauna are nice but you have to book quickly at 7pm the night before. The showers don't work and the toilets are on the pool side plus there's very little changing facilities. The clubhouse is what you'd expect. Get there early to get a table for the usual entertainment. Plus there's 2 pool tables and a small arcade area. The outdoor play area is OK. Bring table tennis bat and balls. Overall, it has everything you need in a lovely area of the UK, close to some nice touristy places and great value for money but it's far from luxury.

The chalet was exactly what we needed, however, we were allocated one on the main through road, so no outside space, which was a shame as the weather was lovely. Will remember next time to request another one.

The van was lovely, really comfy and clean. Only downside was having to wash the cutlery-someone didn't bother cleaning it properly. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay. Well definitely return!
