Nothing like the pictures. Very basic. Can feel every spring in the mattresses. Beds not made up as advertised, would not in any way describe as platinum

The caravan was clean and warm, beds not terribly comfortable (especially the sofa) but expected that in a caravan. Great to have a second toilet. The only real problem was that the steps led down into two paving slabs that were set too low into the grass, so because it rained quite heavily several times, it was impossible to get into the caravan without wading through mud.

Great little caravan for our short break, mattresses were quite soft but not the worst beds we've slept in. Loved that there was a toilet roll, tea towel and small tube of washing up liquid provided when we arrived. Caravan was clean and perfect for us, 2 adults 1 child and small dog. There was an airer to hand the hang on the window for towels under the double bed (we didn't find it til the day we left). Parking is in car park areas not too far from caravan but you can pull up on the road next to the van to load and unload the car.

There was very little storage and room round the bed was the tightest Ive ever seen in a caravan. Only one plug and no option to dim the lighting , only the main lights. We was only there for 3 nights though

Lovely Caravan settee was a bit uncomfortable no frying pan the shower was amazing the fridge didnt keep the food cool had to throw food away cus it was off, but overall very good

I bought this holiday for my son and his wife and my grandchildren. I have now spoken to them on their return and I'm very disappointed to hear that there was not enough bedding supplied for them. There was only 3 chairs supplied and also the bathroom sink was broken and very sharp. When I made the booking, you were made aware from conversations with you that there would be two children staying. I'm very disappointed that you could allow two young children to stay in a chalet where they could have easily cut themselves on the sink. Also my son said that the shower was unsatisfactory, he stood in it and he felt like he was going through the shower floor. The hot water only lasted 10 minutes and there was no dustpan and brush for him to clear up, so he went and bought one. I'm very upset by this, as my daughter in law felt that they would have been better to stay at home in their own house. I wanted them to have a nice holiday for their Christmas present. We were going to book with you in a different area, for my husband , my daughter myself and our dog, at a later date, but we won't be doing this now. I'm expecting an apology and some compensation for this disappointment, given how unhappy everyone is with the safety of the chalet.

Excellent caravan, very clean.Perfect size for me and my daughters. Bathroom was a great size and the shower was great especially as it was the smaller caravan.

Pleasant stay

Wouldnt go here again. Very very basic facilities no towels provided. Pool as basic as you can get and unfortunately did get poorly from it. Evening entertainment was okay but wouldnt rush to go. Bathroom was freezing cold as no heater in there so floor was soaking wet and no bath mat provided. I think the most frustrating thing was that a travel cot would not fit into the bedroom without moving the bed to one side of the room. I dont understand how they expect someone to fit in a travel cot..? Even with the bed pushed against one wall there was only a tiny tiny gap to squeeze past and two massive bolts sticking out of the side of the bed which caught my calves a few too many times. Booked for 6 people and no bedding provided for persons 5 and 6 who had the jogs of the sofa bed. Apparently had to ring reception and ask for this but wasnt told this from any staff themselves even if thai was the case I had booked for 6 people so surely this would have been provided? To summarise I wouldnt go here again not even the basics like a bath mat or tea towel can be provided.

Caravan showing signs of aging with scuffs here and there the problem was being bitten by something during my stay otherwise accommodation would have been fine

Chalet was very clean and modern, did have to take my own towel's and hair dryer, everything you needed for cooking was there and even a non stick frying pan . Having the dish washer was nice .

Good size, clean, comfortable,only problem hot tap in the kitchen was leaking had to wait for a new one.

Great only thing was the ceiling between kitchen and living room but still had a great time

Lovely, friendly site, a little far from the main facilities that Brean has to offer. Staff are friendly, helpful & go out of their way to help. Nice cafe with a range of food options, great shop again with a good range of options. Overall great site & would happily stay again.

Had a great time. Lovely caravan, nice and clean with lovely friendly staff.Great value for money with entertainment and close to beach, animal farm, fun fair, arcades, nice pubs and bus service to Weston-super-mare or Burnham-on-sea. Lots to see and do.

Great last minute getaway. Enjoyed the beaches and the entertainment in the evenings.

Very good as I have two dogs.

We had a problem with the door into the lounge/kitchen area - I reported it and "Mike" arrived within ten minutes and sorted it out, Outstanding!

Sandy Glade Holiday Park Entertainment was brilliant and fun and its a relaxing place to stay and a nice quiet area.

Normally we would have a 3 bedroom unit.

The compact 2 although excellent,

We felt a claustrophobic with no spare room to use of need be.

Only thing I would mark down would be size (length) of the adult bed in the chalet. Other than that, excellent value for money.
