The staff who looked after our caravan were very helpful
The only negative was on 2 occasions I had drink spilt over me by drunk people.
I was a bit surprised that on both occasions happened in front of security in RJ's and also the Tavern and these were not asked to leave as they clearly could barely walk. Only to turn around and watch these people go up to the bar and be served more alcohol, maybe bar staff should be more aware when a person slurring their words would be a time to question whether they should be served more alcohol

Great caravan. With it being called a Classic I expected it to be basic but was very impressed. The addition of a wooden decking area with table and chairs was great and made it even nicer. Having two showers and two toilets was a great luxury and a TV in the bedroom was something we have never had before. All in all the best caravan I have ever stayed in, great value for money.

I stayed in Plat plus 3 caravan. Lovely clean caravan and had a balcony. The furniture looked brand new and all facilities in caravan.
Only qualm was that the bedrooms are a bit tight and twin beds could not be adjoined for little kids, but this is a caravan.

Great caravan. We booked a 3 bed but only 4 of us so nice & spacious. Great having 2 toilets (which we weren't expecting). Nice powerful shower. 2nd TV/DVD in the main bedroom. Heating very good, beds comfy, good size integrated fridge & freezer. Very clean. The best quality caravan we have stayed in.

This was our first stay at a complex such as this so we weren't too sure what to expect but we found the lodge to be spacious, well-equipped, warm and comfortable. The dressing area off the double bedroom was a bonus - plenty of room to store luggage, shoes, clothes and toiletries leaving the bedroom and living area clutter free.

We had a lovely holiday at Unity Farm. The staff were very good, with special praise going to the reception staff and the lady who welcomed us to our caravan. Just one criticism - there was a strong smell of urine in the lounge area of the caravan. We had an adapted caravan (wheelchair friendly) but the smell really was quite off-putting.

Only concern, your GPS may lead to a non-existent road if you follow the postcode. Instead follow the direction provided by the park.

This was our 4th stay in the lodges at Brean since 2012. We have 3 children aged 3, 5 & 7 and they thoroughly enjoy the swimming and soft play facilities as well as the Leisure Park.
We have never used the entertainment facilities so cannot comment on that.
The accommodation is always very clean and well serviced by Anne & Les who are always friendly and helpful to the last - they should be commended for their attitude and commitment to the guests. They attended to our minor issues quickly and competently.
The only criticisms on the lodges is that in some ways they are looking a little tired (kitchen cupboard doors peeling), and that a little more thought could be given to the equipment - it would be nice to see little things like a tea towel and oven gloves included, as well as a second frying pan. We had to go and buy these items which was frustrating.
Also a nice touch in the bedrooms would be a cheap dimmable bedside light, very useful as a nightlight for the little guests. We learnt this last year and bought such lamps in Argos in Weston then and brought them back with us again this year, but it would be great if these things could be included by HRU.
The only thing that lets down HRU is the on site takeaway food - although the staff was very helpful and approachable, the availability of some hot food products in the pizza shop at even 5pm on a Saturday was an issue. The result of which meant we had to cancel our entire order and take our custom elsewhere, meaning HRU lost out on a £50 order and we were inconvenienced. Just seemed to be a bit unprepared to be able to serve the anticipated customer demand.
Otherwise a very good holiday, really enjoy the space of the lodges and the facilities.

love unity we stayed there in February then again in sept ,febs holiday was far better because the bedrooms were at opposite ends of the accommodation ,in sept all 3 bedrooms were at 1 end and the doors opened up on each other ,awkward because we kept hitting each other ,my mother was on crutches so not much room ,apart from that everything was great
