Lovely spacious comfortable cabin. Lovely welcoming pack (extra with robes, chocolates, flowers and champagne).Hot tub maintenance staff come round twice per week and are very friendly. They service lots of local sites and are impressed with this one as they contract for support and services above and beyond the basic minimum toensure the hot tubs are in prime condition.Only slight downside is some of the decking on the verandah is reaching the end of its life and could do with replacing soon, but still perfectly functional.

We had a lovely stay in Bodafan Lodge, gorgeous lake and great location. We loved Anglesey and will definitely be coming back! We didn't have any communication from the owner so had to figure things out a little bit, but everything in the lodge was easy to find or operate. I would suggest a welcome booklet would be a good idea, and the lodge could do with a deep clean.

We stayed at Bodafon Lodge for the first time and honestly, were already planning to come back! The spot right by the lake is just stunning. Its so cosy and well-equipped - honestly, it felt like a home away from home. Perfect for us and our dog, Dora. We loved it!

Lovely location and beautiful setting, comfy bed and lovely welcome hamper. Although the lodge was very dusty and just didnt feel clean. Can tell quick cleans just take place rather than a deep clean, I moved a TV off the draws as my little boy was sleeping next to the draws in a travel cot and there was a big layer of dust behind it. Cobwebs and dust all over Ceilings/ledges. Suspicious brown stains on both towels provided. Stains on bedding. Bin in the bathroom not emptied. Stains on all rugs, assuming because its a dog friendly lodge its because of this? I had to go and buy a blanket so my baby could lie on the rug. We had a few ants crawl on us on the sofa. Hot tub said the filter was overdue a change by 14 days. Such a beautiful setting and property but just needs a really good deep clean.

Our first time at Menai Lodge, but weve stayed at Lakeside Lodges a few times now. Honestly, the place is spot on - super clean, warm and the views from the lounge are just breathtaking, especially looking out over the lake and countryside. We made good use of the hot tub every day; its perfectly tucked away at the back for privacy and watching the sunset from there was a proper treat. Olwen was really friendly and helpful too. Were already planning to come back!

We stayed at this lodge recently and honestly, its pretty impressive. The place is spacious with two floors and having three bathrooms is a real perk-two ensuite upstairs and another downstairs with a shower. The kitchens super well-stocked and the big fridge and freezer came in handy. The living room has a massive 55-inch TV, two comfy leather sofas and side tables, making it perfect for relaxing. The dining table fits four easily and theres a porch with loads of space for our gear. The covered terrace overlooking the lake and the hot tub are just lovely. The place is very private, spotless and comfy with plenty of parking. Wed definitely recommend it!

When I first received the holiday information, I did feel overwhelmed. I feel some of this information could have been on the booking site to reduce the anxiety. But from arriving on site, I just thought wow! The whole site is so peaceful, quiet, and clean. I then got to our lodge, which was easy to find and check in on my own. Again, wow, soon as I walked in I loved the place. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need and more. The little touches, like a bottle of fizz and setting the table along with tea, coffee and cleaning supplies was perfect. There was plenty towels, blankets and toiletries, including toilet roll, so never had to worry about these. The hot tub was clean and so nice to relax in during the cold evenings. The patio was so peaceful and we enjoyed watching the kingfisher every morning. The site is not far from the local town and plenty food options if you dont feel like cooking in the lodge (again plenty cooking utensils). We did venture out, but we spent a lot of the time in the lodge just relaxing. None of us wanted to come home and I will definitely be looking at returning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

At first, the holiday info did seem a bit overwhelming and we thought some of it couldve been on the booking site to help ease the stress. But once we arrived, wow! The entire site felt so peaceful, quiet and spotless. Finding our lodge was a breeze and check-in was hassle-free, even for one person. As soon as we stepped inside, we loved it-cleanliness was top-notch and it had everything we needed plus some nice little extras. The bottle of fizz and the table set-up with tea, coffee and cleaning supplies were thoughtful touches. There were plenty of towels, blankets and toiletries, including toilet roll, so no worries there. The hot tub was pristine and perfect for unwinding after chilly evenings. The patio was serene and we loved spotting the kingfisher every morning. The location isnt far from the town, with loads of places to eat if you dont fancy cooking (which, by the way, had plenty of utensils). We did go out a bit, but mostly we just chilled in the lodge - honestly, we didnt want to leave! Were already planning to come back. Thanks for a lovely stay, it really was just what we needed!
