Ogwen Bank Country Park has much to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday in North Wales. Located within 12 acres of natural woodland at Ogwen Bank, there can scarcely be more idyllic surroundings. Located at the foothills of Snowdonia you are sure to see an abundance of wildlife including rabbits which play freely in this area.
One of the most spectacular views is the river which runs through the middle of the park as well as waterfalls and pools. If you like to leave the comfort of the park and see some of the real North Wales then the traditional Welsh village of Bethesda is a good place to start. For some relaxation and rejuvenation head for the Olde Worlde Country Club which was once the Penrhyn Castle Hunting Lodge.
As well as the country club, other amenities include cafe/restaurant, bar meals, children's play area and shop. Accommodation is in luxury lodges with one, two or three bedrooms. The Harlech is perfect for couples as it sleeps 2. The Conwy lodge sleeps 4 and the Caernarfon Lodge sleeps 6. All of the lodges are 4 star graded so you can be assured of comfort and luxury.
