The bedrooms were very small, no space to walk around the double bed. Kitchen had all the essentials but the peeler and knives were rubbish. I needed to buy a knife sharpener.Pitch I was on had no 4G/5G or phone signal, so had to buy WiFi package.

Nice caravan. The mattress on the double bet was a bit hard and no WiFi signal in the caravan but otherwise very nice.

The caravan was clean an tidy, and had everything you needed. The site is well laid out and has plenty of space. The facilities are great, but I can only give them a 4 because they are not open for long enough. The reception staff were welcoming, and could not have been more helpful when I asked for advice about a local walk. The paid for WiFi is not great. Also, the lighting around the site could be better at night. Despite the small negative comments, I would stay there again.

The caravan internally had everything we needed. The only slight downside was that we did not have an outdoor patio area, many other caravans do.

We came for the first time at the start of the summer holidays. Really lovely site with great facilities. The caravan was very clean and tidy with oven, hob, washing machine, 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were near the play ground and Leisure centre which was very convenient however children were still playing loudly until dark so bare this in mind when booking. The Leisure facilities were great and we did use them every day however the opening times were not as long as I'd expect (only open 10-5 for families. 9am to 10am adults only). Lots of families were turned down just after 10. When talking to other families they also agreed the pool should have longer or earlier opening hours. It was a great location with lots of activities within 15/30 minutes drive from the site. The site has two restaurant, one open for breakfast and lunch by the lake and another open for dinner by the Leisure centre. I cannot comment on these as we didnt go to either. They did ook nice though. Overall we had a lovely break. I am not sure we would go again but would recommend to friends and family.

The location and area are absolutely amazing, peaceful and beautifulperfect for a getaway! The place was clean and tidy, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only things we missed were some outdoor decking to sit out in the evenings and relax with our dog, and maybe some air conditioning, as the hot days made it quite uncomfortable, especially for our pup. It was our fault for not reading everything carefully, but just something to keep in mind. Also, for 8 people, the space felt a bit claustrophobic. Apart from that, everything was lovely!

Caravan very nice especially happy with having the washing machine. The view from the deck was disappointing could have done with trimming the height of the hedging to give us a clearer view over the valley

Lovely accommodation, brand new caravan. Everything I needed. Reported slight issue with toilet but nothing major. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which always helps sleeping away from home. I would definitely go here again.

We recently stayed here for a 3 night break and had a lovely time. The lodge had everything you needed including travel cot and high chair. The hot tub was a great addition especially for those in our group who walked mount Snowdon. Very clean and tidy park with great kids play park and swimming pool. We ate at the onsite restaurant once which was nice, did take a while to come out but as a group of 15 always expected to take a little longer.

Caravan was nice and clean but was in located next to the tennis courts. We complained and was told they are were fully booked. There was no terrace and the french doors could not be opened due to the level difference.

Our Caravan was 10/10 and exceeded our expectations. The caravan was extremely clean and very tidy. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week stay. Everything in the kitchen was brand new, the beds were very comfy with extras pillows and covers in the caravan. The balcony was clean and spacious and was perfectly poisoned with the sun facing us all day.
