Caravan very dirty. Staff at reception not friendly. We were early but told to come back after 4 and should be ready. The cash point wasnt working and told the nearest one was St osyths. After driving all the way there we found there was another one in the amusements that was working. When I mentioned to receptionist she shrugged her shoulders and walked off.

We stayed in a pet friendly 3 bed gold plus caravan and it was great. Extremely clean, you wouldn't have known it was pet friendly. Could have done with some hooks for coats and towels, but other than that it was fab. Swimming pool is very big, with a waterslide. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. Location was great you could get to Clacton in about 10/15 mins drive. It was actually so good we booked an extra 2 nights whilst we were there. Would absolutely come back to this park again.

Caravan was spacious and clean. Only downside was layout as the toilet was in the living area rather than near the bedrooms.

Great caravan. Did find a couple of things e.g. A pacifier left under a cushion which made me wonder how thoroughly it was cleaned and bed wasn't comfortable but overall we were delighted with caravan

Wonderful caravan. My only criticism is the size of the single beds are not suitable for most adults but that's the case with most caravans. In any case we're already planing our return.

We found the caravan was very clean and tidy, had a slight issue with one of the sofas being slightly torn advised reception on departure.
