Enjoying a beautiful mature woodland setting these carefully designed luxurious lodges enjoy an exclusive location. Adjacent to the magnificent golf course in the secluded 320 acres Kenwick Park Estate in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.  The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi on site are the ideal places to relax.

Kenwick Wood Lodges offer a tranquil and relaxing family holiday base. The exclusive Kenwick Park hotel with it's bars and superb restaurant is also licensed to hold civil weddings. The delightful market town of Louth is just 2 miles away and Lincoln with its shops, castle and cathedral as well as the East Coast beaches are all within easy driving distance.

There are some fantastic days out in this region including Rushmore Country Park in Louth just 3 miles from the park.  You will find plenty to keep the whole family entertained here and children can have fun with the animals.  For days out we also like Claythorpe Watermill and Wildlife Gardens which you can reach within 6 miles.  This place has been described as an enchanted paradise and you can see hundreds of animals from birds to chipmonks and wallabies.

The lodges at Kenwick Woods are contemporary and well designed.  The Kenwick Lodge C is ideal for parties of 4 or couples.  This luxury lodge has one double room with en suite shower and one twin room as well as an additional bathroom.  Kenwick Lodge D is a luxurious open plan lodge and is slightly larger with an extra bedroom and so sleeps 6.  All of the lodges are double glazed and heated throughout so you can enjoy a cosy retreat at any time of year.

Short of tongs for cooking breakfast and vegetable peeler. Had an issue with boiler but it was put right when we raised the issue. It was great besides. Warm and spacious. High standard and we all enjoyed it.

Date of stay: 8th September 2017
The Trees that surround the lodge made it a gloomy and dark inside and you have to have the lights on 24/7 to read a book
very quiet if you want peace and quite this is the place to go
Stuart, Notts
Date of stay: 8th September 2017

Date of stay: 12th August 2017
Large, spacious well equipped lodge. Towels provided and mini toiletries and mints, as in a hotel room, as well as tea/coffee etc. Very clean apart from some cobwebs and a few spiders. Only 5 minutes' drive from the market town of Louth. Free use of the spa facilities in the hotel between 11am and 7pm was a big plus and something that would make us want to go back. Lovely, tranquil spa with bistro and lounge areas as well as good sized pool and thermal spa suite. Towels provided each time visit spa and lovely changing rooms with toiletries.
Wayne, Harwich

Date of stay: 18th February 2017
Beautiful lodge - very spacious, great location. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms nicely apportioned. Some stains on the hall carpet (we were in a dog lodge) and some of the bedroom furniture was a bit tired (missing handles), plus there was lots of confetti left around from the previous users (lounge, bedrooms, bathroom, hallway) but it wasn't anything that stopped us from having a good time and I'd definitely visit again. Beds were nice and comfy and the showers were nice and hot!
John, Monterrey Mexico
Date of stay: 6th February 2017
Enjoyed both weekends, will come again next time we're in England

Lodge was in a stunning condition very clean warm and well kept greatly facilities and fully kitted with everything you needed can't fault!
Geoff, Upminster, Essex
Date of stay: 7th November 2016
Our lodge was well equipped, warm and comfortable. as expected we had a limited number of TV channels, no wifi and intermittent mobile phone signal - sadly these are modern day necessities. Otherwise we had everything we needed for a great holiday. Just one piece of advice: take a torch as there is very little outside lighting.
Karen, Clacton-on-sea
Date of stay: 28th October 2016
We loved the whole holiday and are planning our next and fourth visit.
Kirsty, Cambrifge
Date of stay: 18th September 2016
Absolutely loved our weekend here. Gorgeous place will definitely return
Peter, Ripley Derbyshireu
Date of stay: 17th September 2016
The main problems were the density of the trees and the poor state of the roads around the lodges and parts of the road from the lodges to the hotel and the speed bumps were too severe.
Jenny, Northants
Date of stay: 11th April 2016
This was the second time we visited Kenwick Woods and we love it there. The lodges are so spacious and have everything you need so you don't need to bring your kitchen sink with you. They are quiet and well spread out so that you are not on top of your neighbours.
Would definitely recommend.
Susan, Luton
Date of stay: 19th February 2016
Lovely lodge. Well equipped. Furnished well. Very clean. Loved it, just a bit noisy as end lodge and vehicles all had to drive past us. The gravel road made for a bit more road noise but not unbearable.
Janice, Hinckley
Date of stay: 12th October 2015
Wow the lodge had three bedrooms we only needed two. Our 9 year old slept in a double bed and had his own on suite. We had a king size bed also with on suite. Mega top marks!!!
Woodle, Scunthorpe
Date of stay: 31st August 2015
Very clean, lovely kitchen, bathrooms, tv in most rooms made it a home from home. only lost a maximum 10 for furniture as the back of the settee was broken. great place to explore local market towns, seaside places and aviation historical places. would recommend without hesitation
Barbara, Fenland

Date of stay: 17th October 2014
Lovely lodge, very warm and cozy with good facilities, beds not so comfy and we needed to clean the lodge in some areas on arrival before starting our week there.
Paula, Telford
Date of stay: 15th September 2014
Clean but could have done a quick brush under the beds, wouldn't have noticed but dropped a piece of jewelery and it rolled under.
Frances, Dunfermline
Date of stay: 12th September 2014
can't fault lodge, spotless
Shirley, Lingwood
Date of stay: 23rd August 2014
Lack of kitchen utensils, and poor quality of cutlery. Apart from that, lodge was very well furnished, though twin bedded rooms lacked drawer space. Main bedroom and en suite very luxurious. All in all, we all enjoyed the holiday and would definitely recommend.
Date of stay: 22nd August 2014
The accommodation exceeded our expectations.
Date of stay: 22nd August 2014
A fantastic lodge perfect for a family get away.
Linda, London
Date of stay: 22nd August 2014
Elderly people find it difficult to get out of low squashy armchairs, a comfortable alternative would be nice, especially when you are notified in advance of the ages and infirmity of guests.
Joanne, Whitley Bay
Date of stay: 16th August 2014
Beautiful lodge had everything we needed kids loved the reclining chairs
Darren, Verwood
Date of stay: 9th August 2014
Spacious and clean - very nice.
Suzanne, Seafield, Bathgate
Date of stay: 26th July 2014
The lodge was excellent overall, a few points that i felt could be addressed. 1- the master bedroom could do with a mirror on the wall with a socket near by. 2 - the en-suite bathroom could do with a shelf for shaving toiletries etc, & was made difficult for shaving as there was no mirror above the sink, 3 - the bathroom layout was a bit disorderly, with the access for the shower very tight to get into. 4 - The bed could have been a king size instead of the double for a better nights comfortable sleep. 5 - the outdoor space, the decking could be swept & kept tidier & there was a broken chair too that needed fixed.
Date of stay: 25th July 2014
Great lodge, could happily have lived in it, but in centre of lots of other lodges and walls paper thin. Was awoken by neighbours noisily talking, singing and slamming car doors at 6.30am every morning. Dustbin full of rubbish on verandah when we got there. Fag ends all over verandah and in barbecue and ash all over outdoor furniture.
Date of stay: 12th July 2014
Not clear when booking whether it was a 3 or 4 bedroom lodge. In the event it was a 3 bedroom, which was ideal for us.
The lodge was almost new and was really modern equipment.
Kay, Warrington
Date of stay: 21st June 2014
The lodge was really nice and we weren't expecting two bathrooms and separate kitchen area (with hatch to living area) after previous lodge stays at other parks, it made it seem luxurious. However the lodge was in dire need of a good vacuum, our bare feet were black on our first day!
Carole, Derby
Date of stay: 20th June 2014
Problem with hot water for most of the week
James, Blackburn
Date of stay: 24th May 2014
Supposed to be self catering but pots and pans limited in number and nearest supermarket was in Louth, no on site facilities.
Matthew, Leicester
Date of stay: 5th May 2014
Excellent location and the Lodge was big and comfortable.
Date of stay: 21st April 2014
I loved my lodge it was clean and tidy when we arrived it was located very good for us with a 2 year old next to forest and not having any cars and other lodges behind us I was able to let him play out he loved it the only thing about the staff at the hotel the receptionist didn't seem to hav much time for us I would stay in the lodges again but not book in at the hotel
Louise, Peterborough
Date of stay: 21st April 2014
Some of the bedding was a little tired and grubby when the covers were taken off. Some of the pillows were really stained as were the quilts. One of the beds didn't have a mattress protector. The bedlinen however was immaculate, pristine white
Julie, Skegness
Date of stay: 14th February 2014
we enjoyed it that much we have booked again it was faultless thankyou
Spent a lovely weekend at a Retreat Lodge. The lodge had everything you need for a weekend away, well stocked with China etc. The rooms were a good size, well maintained and clean, with lots of light in the living area. Great outdoor space with the decking all around the lodge, in a nice location overlooking the golf course and near to the spa and hotel. The spa is lovely particularly the outdoor jacuzzi which is great fun. Would certainly book again.
I love the quiet and isolation, but only a short distance to a breathtaking town.
We had great break away from the world. Quiet and relaxing. Had go on golf range, which we wanted to do. Will visit again. Only 30 minutes drive fron sutton on sea, but you could be anywhere in uk.
Really lovely lodges friendly staff apart the checking in at 4 nothing to complain about maybe a few more indoor and outdoor activities for older children
Excellent lodge and facilities. lovely and warm. Great views
great place, only shame is there is no local shop in the complex, lodges are big and beautiful. Access to the pool, sauna, wonderfull
i onky stayed for one night out of my 3 as had to go home but will return one day
Great short break after I resolved the matter of me being allocated a 2 bedroom lodge rather than a 3 bedroom cedar lodge with cot. Didn’t really impact on break after issue was resolved. Great lodge well furnished and equipped. Warm inside despite very cosy weather.
Fantastic facilities in lovely surroundings. Our lodge was presented to a very high standard. I would highly recommend a stay at Kenwick Woods.
We had a lovely weekend break in January, the lodge was amazing. Could of just done with a few more things around the park for the children. The pool/spa was fantastic

Fun Days Out near Kenwick Woods Lodges

Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.

Wow this is an amazing family theme park and you will probably need the full day to experience it all.  From thrilling rides to family shows, kids of all ages are catered for.  Some of the most popular rides include the Obliterator and The Pendulus, not forgetting the Hypoblaster.   Family shows are entertaining such as the African Acrobat Show which is back by popular demand.  Entrance tickets are good value and if you book online you will receive a discount. To save even more money if you live locally or are visiting the area for a few weeks you could buy a season ticket for around £50 which will allow you entry for the whole season.

Centred around a Tropical House in an amazing jungle like setting this is a really unique attraction that will appeal to families.  In the Cleethorpes area of Lincolnshire it's easy to get to and offers a fun yet educational experience.  Referred to as the number one attraction in the area highlights include capuchin monkeys, meerkats, ring tailed lemur and for the children African pygmy goats.  The tropical house features Red Eared and other Terrapins from North America and goldfish amongst other things.  We think The Jungle Zoo represents excellent value for money too.  We recommend a whole day to explore this attraction and ensure you get to see all of the animals resident there.
about 19 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.

Easily accessible from our Yorkshire Dales lodge parks is The Deep! An award-winning 'submarium', attraction, which is home to over 3500 fish from around the globe. The Deep is also home to the world's largest exhibition, featuring weird animals from the depths combined with slime! Educational talks and events take place daily so visitors can learn about the conservation projects which the centre is involved in. The stunning grounds are abundant with wildlife as well as beautiful flora and fauna and there is no better place for a summer picnic. There is also plenty of open space for children to run around.
