To one side of the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and downstairs toilet.The dining table comfortably seats six and has views out of the French doors onto the communal grass areas. The lounge has two three-seater sofas in front of the large wood burner and LCD TV with DVD player. There is also a CD player with iPod dock and Wi-Fi.Bifold doors open into the private, enclosed west-facing garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for watching the sun go down. Meanwhile, the large floor-to-ceiling picture window on the landing with a reading chair and table provides gorgeous and far-reaching countryside views.The accommodation sleeps six (plus cot) across three double bedrooms: one master king with en-suite shower and west-facing balcony with French doors; one super-king with west-facing balcony and French doors; and a twin with French doors onto an east-facing balcony. There is a separate family bathroom with shower over and toilet.
