We had a 3 night stay in the Signature VIP 6 Pet Friendly caravan from 18th-21st May.
It was lovely, upon arrival the staff were so helpful, even though we were an hour early for check in, the caravan was ready, so a quick check in and we were given the keys.
The caravan itself was spotless and very modern, it was only the 2 of us, so it was very spacious with the 3 bedrooms, and the 2 bathrooms.
We had our dog with us too, and they even give you a goody bag for the dog, which included treats, a toy and a poo bag holder full of poo bags. They also provide a blanket and water bowl which is a really nice touch too!
The hot tub was really well looked after and inspected every morning, a lovely addition which made for a very relaxing holiday.
We were very lucky with the weather which meant we could go in the hot tub every day, as it isn't under cover.
The location of the park is really good, you're close to all the local beaches, and lots of them are dog friendly too. The only downside of the location is the small roads to reach it, I wouldn't have wanted to go down there in a big car, but that's to be expected of rural roads.
We didn't use any of the facilities in the holiday park which included an outdoor pool, and restaurants, so I can't comment on those. There is a shop there too, but it wasn't open on weekends, which to me is very odd, as that is the busiest time.
For any dog owners, there is a secure exercise field too which is perfect for letting the dog off the lead for a good run around.
All in all a lovely holiday, and I'd definitely return in the future.

Our lodge was spacious and well equipped! We had good parking and enough storage for a family of 3s clothes and bits and everything else a toddler needs!!we had a lovely week with plenty to do even out of season. It did help we had a lovely hot tub for relaxing in on an evening whilst our little one slept!

The signature 6 was lovely & very clean, having the towels & the starter pack really helped too. We opted for the 3 bed even though there's only me, my husband & son and this worked really well having the extra space for cases etc. Everything you'd need and lovely chilling in the tub when the little one was in bed. Fab set up & would definitely do it again.

Date of stay: 15th May 2017
The caravan was equipped with everything needed for a large or small family, all utensils provided for and the linen was fresh and clean. The tea caddy with complimentary items was a welcome sight after a long drive, as was the immensely powerful shower!
One minor observation was that the hot tub area was still quite visible, despite some fairly substantial privacy fencing, however, this did not prevent us from enjoying the facility morning, noon and night. Will be booking again for 2017.

Anna, Birmingham
Date of stay: 5th May 2017
Lovely place to stay, everything you'd need and kept to a high standard. The homely touches (fire, bedding, beanbag, blankets etc) made our stay even better. Being able to hire a cot and high chair was a big bonus and were swapped straight away when they didn't meet our requirements. Lovely views from our windows, looking out on the countryside without being too close to the other lodges so privacy wasn't an issue

Cracking van. Brand new and all very clean. Shower was perfect pressure. Only slight niggle was the small bedroom was very small. All good for our young kids but would be too small for say over 12's

Amazing lodge and hot tub.....expensive but well worth it, the kids enjoyed every minute in the hot tub.
Marion, Redditch
Date of stay: 2nd July 2016
Prefer the older caravans. The en suite was too small and we are slim and of average build! Don't know how the cuddlies get on. Lounge not overly comfortable. Fantastic fridge freezer and TV.

Bed very comfortable. Did not like the hot tub position. Would prefer it to be off the lounge or bedroom rather than off to the side
Andrew, St Ives, Cornwall

Great accommodation and lovely touches. Thank you!
Marie, Leicester
Date of stay: 25th June 2016
The carpet in the bedroom had not been cleaned but the staff came straight away to vacuum it when I asked. Also edges and corners of floors and surfaces were not very clean. The hot tub was faulty and was overheating making it unsuitable for me to use though the rest of the family could use it for short spells of time. It was fixed before we left though. Apart from that it was lovely.
P, Worcester
Date of stay: 20th June 2016
The caravan was lovely, only comments would be that:-

1) Inventory denoted a 'games console' which excited our children as you can imagine. However, upon our arrival we found the Wii console, but no games, nor any instructions as to where to obtain some from.

2)The owners could provide larger glasses, tumbler or hi-ball size as the ones that were in the caravan were rather small.
Lesley, Cornwall
Date of stay: 20th May 2016
Very happy with accommodation - however the main reason we choose this particular lodge was for the hot tub. We both suffer from arthritic problems which "aquatherapy" provides a certain degree of relief. However, throughout our short break we had continuous problems with getting the hot tub to function properly! The instructions posted outside the lodge were extremely basic and we felt not particularly helpful! We had help from three members of staff who seemed to be able to get the hot tub going for a short period only. The problem was reported to reception upon departure - have recieved no feedback whatsoever. Overall we could have had a lodge without hot tub for about half the price we paid so we feel we did not quite get value for money.

Nice van, nice hot tub. Very comfortable
Matt, Leicestershire
Date of stay: 7th May 2016
Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The surrounding woodland is lovely. Our caravan was in really good condition, really clean. We loved the hot tub - definitely worth the extra pennies. We have two under 3's and the play park's were really good for them as was the craft activities. The outdoor 'heated' pool was very cold (in May) - so while the kid's didn't like it, I enjoyed a few refreshing swims in it! We'd have been disappointed if we didn't have the hot tub, though as the pool was just too cold for the kids, even with wetsuits. The cafe & bar are OK, although we didn't test the food. We were going to get the advertised 'curry takeaway' but when going to order found that you could only eat in which was a shame - we needed to sit the kids. It's a shame the arcade takes up so much useless room - would be helpful if half of this under-used area was replaced with a kid's soft play! Other than that, we loved it and will book again next year.
Richard, Nuneaton
Date of stay: 8th April 2016
Had a slight issue with the shower temperature but the staff were very quick to get the issue repaired. They gave us the keys to another caravan so we had a shower to use while our was being fixed. They thanked us for our patience with a box of chocolates.

Nice caravan, comfy beds. Clean & nice bedding, shower fab.

ESTELLE
Well equipped caravan Lovely hot tub Set in a good location
Christopher
We stayed in a brand new caravan with hot tub and it was fantastic, storage space for clothes was a bit small but apart from that all good. The park was very quiet when we went so the club was only half full, the entertainment team were very good especially with the kids.
Damian
Excellent accommodation, Friendly Helpful staff. Will defo go back .
Susan
We booked for a few days away at Easter. Our lodge was ready early and was spotlessly clean. The park staff were really friendly and we loved the dog friendly bar. We even had a little doggy goodie bag in the chalet. Would highly recommend
ZP
Beautiful caravan with hot tub! Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble.
Beverley
Lodge was modern, well equipped and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. Hot tub was set at a perfect temperature for a starry November evening. Lovely 20 minute walk to the picturesque village of Stoke Gabriel with traditional pubs. The site is dog friendly and the receptionist was very helpful with walking information. The onsite restaurants were closed for the winter but its a short drive to Supermarkets, Restaurants and takeaways. We would stay again and recommend to friends.
Peter
A fantastic location with excellent facilities. The team here are superb and the family feeling makes for a comfortable and very enjoyable getaway.
Sophie
