Could do with some oven gloves and scissors in the kitchen. Apart from that it was lovely

The accommodation was poor and not at all like the pictures on the website. The outside looked ramshackle, the gate on the decking didnt close properly and the main door didnt feel very secure. Furniture and fittings were far more basic than we were expecting - sofa uncomfortable and no cushions, no doors on wardrobes in bedrooms, carpets worse for wear and lots of mould in the bathroom. The shower head didnt fit properly and water pressure was low. Very basic for what is deemed to be a luxury or executive lodge.

The lodges are fully equipped and every utensil is in them. No need to bring anything with you. They are so warm and comfortable and our bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Sleeping six, there was not enough crockery for six. A sign for number 60 would be good, as it was hard to find. The drain at the top of the runway to number 60 was blocked, hence the rain water ran down towards the lodge ending up with a big puddle outside the front door.

It is a semi detached lodge. Although also has sofa-bed in lounge we felt that if there were 4 staying it would be too small, but perfect for 2

We had a fantastic stay at Warmwell. We stayed in a 3 bed Morton Lodge which was a fantastic size and set up for our family. A few minor areas could do with a bit of a deeper clean but on the whole it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is beautiful and the park provides so much to do for all ages. We particularly enjoyed the Off Road Jeeps lead by Tommy, who was extremely personable and helpful. For the children we particularly enjoyed the large soft play, outdoor play areas, Ringos and swimming pool. The evening entertainment was of a good quality and provided fun evenings for all ages. The children loved the kids disco and we enjoyed The Lights, Camera and Musicals show and the The Holiday gameshow. The food on site was great, we enjoyed food from The Boathouse and ordered to the Showbar. As well as bubble waffles from scoops, all were good quality and ready quickly. We visited off peak so some opening times of venues and experiences were limited but we didnt find this impacted our stay too much and with some planning we didnt feel like we missed out on anything and there was still plenty to do.

- our lodge wasn't ready at the check in time, we had to wait 45 mins.- we had a broken dishwasher (first world problem I know, but we effectively paid extra to have a dishwasher in our accommodation).- shelf in the fridge door was broken but hadn't been removed, so when we put 4 pints of milk on it, it gave way and we had a very wet floor and carpet.

We were booked into Dorchester 2 bed didnt realise we were out in a different lodge until we had unpacked. The lodge we were given was dated damp and not very clean. We had a leak in the main bedroom making it very damp. Would not recommend this lodge at all.

The lodge itself was ok but Ive stayed in better for the same price. Inside was a bit tired, especially in the bathroom. The two bedside tables had huge cobwebs underneath them which was a bit off putting as I wouldnt want to meet the size spider that created them. The sofas in the lounge werent particularly comfortable and probably needed a steam clean. I wasnt made aware when I booked that our lodge would be part of 5 lodges all joined together. All the previous lodges Ive stayed in have been separate from any others. Luckily, we had older neighbours on each side of us so werent bothered by noise. It did, however, serve as a good base from which to tour the surrounding area.

The lodge itself was good. The dishes appeared to need a clean before using them and was missing a grill pan. Facilities on site were good especially for children.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the fish and chip shop was awful the chips were inedible and the fish had to be thrown away because it was obviously off.

Eight person lodge without furniture for everyone. Cold and drafty windows difficult to open and shut also the door was the same. Outside area not clean.Have stayed before and were pleased with the lodge in comparison. Overall disappointing as it was my wifes 60th.Pleased with the facilities of the site as we have been when visiting previously but let down by the lodge.

Too small for a family of 4. Lots of humidity inside. Cleaning not good with hair and nails left in the bathroom.Facilities of the park useful and kids friendly. Kids activities very enjoyable as well as the entertainment team.

We arrived and were checked in promptly, the cabin was slightly bigger than expected I was really pleased to be able to fit a travel cot in the second bedroom . It was warm, clean and tidy. Unfortunately we only had a couple of glasses in the cupboard for eight people, but that was soon put right after a quick text to reception who then brought us a box of glasses. There were lots of reasonably priced activities and the food was good value for money in the restaurant.

THE LOCATION OF THE LODGE ON THE LAKE WAS VERY PRETTY, BUT THE LODGE WAS OLD AND TATTY, WE PAID ALOT OF MONEY, BUT WHEN WE FIRST WALKED IN WE COULD SMELL DAMP, THEN IN THE BACK BEDROOM THERE WAS DAMP AND MOLD ON THE WALLS, ALL THE WARDROBES SMELT OF DAMP, SO OUR CLOTHES THEN SMELT, SO WE HAD TO TAKE THEM OUT AND KEEP THEM IN OUR SUITCASES, THERE WAS A DAMP/ MOLDY MARK ON THE CEILING OF THE BATHROOM, THE SOFAS WERE VERY CHEAP, DIRTY AND BOWING IN THE MIDDLE, DUE TO THE QUALITY BEING SO POOR, JUST NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU HAVE PAID WELL OVER A THOUSAND POUNDS FOR THE WEEK, THE WINDOWS WERE SINGLE GLAZING SO EACH DAY THEY FILLED WITH CONDENSATION SO QUICKLY AS IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE AND WARM INSIDE SO THE HEAT MADE THEM STEAM UP AND DRIP WITH WATER, THEY NEED TO UPGRADE THE FURNITURE, THE WINDOWS AND THE LODGES THEMSLEVES NEED TO BE BETTER INSULATED ESPECIALLY FOR WINTER STAYS, THE SITE IS GOOD, LOTS FOR THE CHILDREN TO DO, BUT THE LAUNDERETTE ONLY HAD 2 WASHING MACHINES AND 2 TUMBLE DRYERS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS WHEN YOU THINK OF HOW BIG THE PARK IS, THE FISH AND CHIP SHOP ON SITE WAS GOOD, BUT DIDN'T OPEN UNTIL 5;30 EACH DAY SO YOU COULDN'T GET LUNCH THERE. THE CHILDRENS PLAYGROUND HAD A BIG SLIDE THAT WAS TAPED OFF WITH BIN BAGS NOT SURE WHY BUT IT MEANT THE CHILDREN DIDN'T HAVE MUCH OF A PLAYGROUND TO GO ON. OVERALL WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED THAT THE LODGE WAS SO FULL OF DAMP AND MOLD WHEN WE HAD PAID A LOT OF MONEY.

Just back from a half term break. A lovely site, immaculately maintained, lots of activities to do with the children. Welcoming and polite staff and our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The changing rooms could do with an upgrade, but otherwise a great break. We will definitely go again.

2nd time in this lodge and still as good. Hot tub in good working order and maintained daily. The wet room and wide doors for a wheelchair user an added bonus.

Me and my family had a amazing holliday at warmwell last week, lots to do ski slopes with ringo's roller rink entertainment arts and crafts and more and one staff member was amazing and stood out was rebecca she was so nice danced many times with my daughter listend joked daily wear as some of your other staff members we felt were not so welcoming with was a little let down but still over all we loved it and we will defonatly be coming back again
Abbie
Everything was amazing. Only advice is don’t book the “pool party” it’s expensive, less time in the pool than the free sessions you can book. They don’t open the water slide and half the floaties were punctured. One life guard was also particularly rude and we all came away disappointed. But everything else we couldnt fault and location is great for exploring. Our lodge was also one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in.
Richard
Great range of facilities at the location.
Jaimi
We had a great holiday. The children tried out new activities and really enjoyed their time. The staff throughout the park were very helpful and always asking if there is anything we need. The lodge was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Clare
Highly recommended ?

Fantastic holiday! Warmwell is in a great location, only 15mins from the beach! The lodge has everything you might need: toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils, washing machine, bath towels. Lots of activities on site to keep the children entertained! Staff super friendly & helpful!
Richard
Great place for a break for the kids, expensive, but isn't everything at the moment
