While the lodge had everything we needed and the beds and toilets were spotless, the cooker and some dishes were dirty and the missing dining chairs and fireplace glass front were a bit disappointing.

There was no extractor fan in the on suite and one of the single beds was like an army camping bed. There were also stains on the wall paper in the main bedroom. We did have problems with locking and unlocking the front door, but as soon as reported to the front desk someone was round to fix it. Excellent service there.

We stayed and found a few issues, like no extractor fan in the en suite and one bed feeling more like a camping bed. There were some stains on the wallpaper in the main bedroom too. Locking the front door was tricky at first, but the staff responded quickly and sorted it out. Overall, decent service and a mostly comfortable stay.

AWFULL BEDS could feel springs through. , lodge smelt of tobaccowasnt clean had to clean our self . Reported severel issue including an unsafe had rail . If my mum who has M.S had gone to use it she would have fell through it was awful luckily matennace came and did a temporary fix but these things should be checked before use . Staff at reception were awful did not take responsibility or ownership for issue ????. They eventually removed us as the matinance team said they would not be able to get electrics working till Monday lighting wasn't working in two of the rooms and no lighting outside of the Lodge. Site had good entertainment. Just could do with checkers and reception team could be nicer when talking to customers .

Lovely break in a Blandford lodge, so big and spacious. Overall cleanliness was great apart from the family bathroom might've been missed when cleaning as there was hairs in the shower and the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied with leftover nappies and loo roll tubes in. The cabin did look a bit tired with odd damp spots in bathroom and no bathroom blind, so even though the window is blurred out a little, it does make you feel vulnerable to the cabin next door. The park is great, it did look a bit tired but it seemed to be the end of summer season so could just do with a tidy up. There is lots available for kids and staff are very good. The street eats didn't stay open until advertised time which upset our plans for tea one night, but no big issue really. I have been to other park dean resorts before which are great so even though I probably wouldn't come back to warmwell, I would probably go to another park dean resort again.

We had a nice stay at a Blandford lodge; its a really spacious place, which we appreciated. The cleanliness overall was good, though the family bathroom seemed to have been overlooked during the cleaning-there were hairs in the shower and the bin hadnt been emptied, with leftover nappies and loo roll tubes. The cabin did look a bit tired in places, especially with some damp patches in the bathroom and no blind on the window, so it felt a little exposed to the neighbouring cabins despite the frosted glass. The park itself is quite nice, though it did seem a bit worn out, probably because it was the end of summer. Theres plenty for kids to do and the staff are friendly and helpful. A small disappointment was that the street eats didnt stay open until the advertised time, which threw off our dinner plans one evening, but its no big deal. Weve been to other Parkdean resorts before, which are lovely, so although we probably wouldnt return to Warmwell, wed consider another one of their parks again.

Our lodge was disgusting how they can call it a luxury lodge is beyond me. The pictures look nothing like what we received. The whole lodge was filthy from carpets to the sofa to the bathrooms even the decking outside was unusable as it was so slippery it was dangerous. Mould in the windows cobwebs everywhere- above our heads in the bedrooms. We started cleaning the kitchen ourselves then decided to complain and ask for a thorough clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! The location offered plenty of privacy and a peaceful vibe, which was just what we needed. The furniture was super comfy and the wifi was reliable-no annoying crashes like some places we've stayed. The only tiny downside was the cleanliness; my daughter dropped something that rolled under the sofa and honestly, it wasnt the nicest to find. But given it was peak season and super busy, we totally get it. Overall, a fab lodge and wed happily book again!

Love the lodge, great location for privacy and peace. Comfy furniture, great signal for wifi (didnt keep crashing like some places either, so it was consistent connection). The ONLY reason for 1 less star on the cleanliness was my daughter dropped something that rolled under the sofa - and under the sofa wasnt too nice, lol! (Not that I wouldve known otherwise tho.ugh)..It was peak season with high turnaround so Im sure they just dont have time for under sofas - but I cant fault anything else otherwise. Fab lodge! Will be happy to book again.

The park is beautiful and very peaceful considering the number of activities available. The activities are well organised and the kids enjoyed the ones they did especially swimming. It was a great place to stay with young children and they enjoyed cycling round the park too.Small issues the lodge wasnt that clean. The floor was disgusting it was covered in dog hair everywhere and the stains on it and the sofa were grim. All it needs is a good deep clean. Within 15 mins the boys (2&4) were covered in hairs from playing trains / cars.I asked receptionist for it to be hoovers but it didnt make any difference. The TV (although not essential but the Olympics were on!) wasnt working for the first couple of days after the third time of asking it got sorted. Minor grips no bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap. Its so annoying to have to bring or buy ones for a few days. We are currently staying one night in a Radisson and it has everything in the kitchen including a couple of dishwasher tablets. The kitchen is well stocked apart from the usual things no decent knife! If it was cleaner it would be perfect.

We recently spent some time at the park and honestly, its a pretty lovely spot. The scenery is stunning and super peaceful, especially considering how many activities there are to choose from. The kids absolutely loved the swimming and cycling around the place; it kept them busy and happy. The organisation of the activities was spot on, which made things easier for us as parents. That said, we did have a few minor gripes. The lodge wasnt exactly spotless-found dog hair everywhere on the floor and stains on the sofa that looked grim. It could do with a proper deep clean. Our boys, aged 2 and 4, ended up covered in hair after playing with trains and cars, even after asking the receptionist for a hoover-no luck there. The TV also took a couple of days to get working after asking about it a few times, but eventually it was sorted. Small things like no bin bags, washing-up liquid, or hand soap in the lodge were frustrating. Were in a Radisson now and its so much better stocked. If only the lodge was cleaner, itd be pretty much perfect!

We stayed at Dorchester Lodge recently. The photos didnt quite show how spacious and airy it actually was, which was a nice surprise. Its in a pretty good spot too, making it easy to get around. The lodge was clean and well-maintained when we arrived and it had all the mod cons - oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and even a washer/drier, so it really felt like a home from home. The beds were comfy, with a large ensuite shower and full-sized bath. Only downside was the phone signal and WiFi being a bit slow, but overall, a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! Its bright, airy and super clean, which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The location up those steep steps near the ski slope made it feel tucked away in the trees, perfect for relaxing. Though, not ideal if you have mobility issues!

We had a small hiccup when the washing machine in our lodge started leaking, which was a bit of a surprise! I just wanted to freshen up the pool and beach towels mid-week, so we used our lodge towels to soak up the water. Luckily, maintenance arrived super quick-about 15 minutes-and house keeping sorted everything out within 20. The lodge was a tad worn around the edges, but overall, it was clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for better service!

We really appreciated the spaciousness and privacy of the lodge - it wasnt overlooked at all, which was great. However, its a shame the decor looked a bit tired and could do with a refresh. The sofa covers were a bit grubby and we had to buy washing-up stuff ourselves since it wasnt provided, which was a bit of a pain.

Overall, our stay was decent. The furniture and doors showed a bit of wear and tear, but nothing major. The real issue was when smoke billowed out of the oven the first time we used it - turned out the bottom hadnt been cleaned. I had to scrub it with a brillo pad while wearing rubber gloves. Not exactly what you want after a long journey, but it was manageable.

Me and my family had a amazing holliday at warmwell last week, lots to do ski slopes with ringo's roller rink entertainment arts and crafts and more and one staff member was amazing and stood out was rebecca she was so nice danced many times with my daughter listend joked daily wear as some of your other staff members we felt were not so welcoming with was a little let down but still over all we loved it and we will defonatly be coming back again

Everything was amazing. Only advice is don’t book the “pool party” it’s expensive, less time in the pool than the free sessions you can book. They don’t open the water slide and half the floaties were punctured. One life guard was also particularly rude and we all came away disappointed. But everything else we couldnt fault and location is great for exploring. Our lodge was also one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in.
Richard
Great range of facilities at the location.

We had a great holiday. The children tried out new activities and really enjoyed their time. The staff throughout the park were very helpful and always asking if there is anything we need. The lodge was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic holiday! Warmwell is in a great location, only 15mins from the beach! The lodge has everything you might need: toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils, washing machine, bath towels. Lots of activities on site to keep the children entertained! Staff super friendly & helpful!
Richard
Great place for a break for the kids, expensive, but isn't everything at the moment
