Warmwell - Reviews

always have a really great time in warmwell so relaxing and plenty to keep the whole family happy we have been 10 years running and always rebook before we leave for the next year it has to be one of our most favorite holiday destinations

Wow, Warmwell is amazing if you haven't been to Warmwell then you don't know what you're missing!

The lodge was gorgeous inside, spacious, well equipped and beautifully clean

The villa was clean and spacious, and had nearly everything you could need in the kitchen. Just no oven gloves! Not a big deal though, we just used tea towels. The beds and sofas were comfy - just what you need for a relaxing holiday. The main thing I'd have changed was easier recycling, it felt wrong not recycling. Also the villa opposite ours had a lot of cars: I believe there's a policy for 'extra' cars in the main car park but this could be made much clearer.Neither of these would put me off returning though.

Terrible need full refurbishments, very dirty, engrained deep dirt that needs more than a wipe over! Found a whole bag of crisps exploded down the side of the sofa from previous residents

Everything was excellent.

The only criticism was the fact that as the weather was very hot the only duvet was a 13 tog rating which of course far too heavy for the temperature

Excellent accommodation

Great lodge but had to ask for a frying pan as there wasnt one and another oven tray as there was only one. Clean and spacious for 4 people

It was nice sitting on the decking watching the world go by so peaceful and tranquil

Great lodge with easy access, only minor 'fault' I could find is that it could do with a wall mounted toilet roll holder, & a hand towel rail by the washbasin

Lodge was clean, comfortable sofas with good quality furniture. Kitchen had all you needed apart from, sponge and detergent. Bed was really uncomfortable, the matress was really thin, felt like sleeping on hardboard., the duvet was also thin.

Our accommodation was dirty on arrival, carpets were covered in clumps of hair and work tops in kitchen had food crumbs and stains on them and very tired, blinds missing from bathroom window and floors in bathroom very dirty. Disappointing when it wasnt a cheap basic lodge we had booked.

Really enjoyed the experience, would definitely do again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The park was lovely and we had a fantastic holiday. Sure, the boiler was out for a day and we got a pet lodge instead of a pet-free one, which was a bit annoying, but it didnt ruin our trip. Wed definitely come back!

Lodge was clean with many facilities sofa a bit tired good patio area and was in good location on the site

fantastic lodge and spotless

Really enjoyed the spot, both on and off site.

We really enjoyed the lodge, especially the hot tub which we used daily. Only downside was the dryer, didnt work properly.

Our lodge was spotless.

Clean, comfy, great stay

The lodge was lovely, really well-kept and charming. The only issue was the location - being nearly eighty made daily travel a bit tricky for us.

Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but Lakeside Lodge really surprised us. The setting is stunning and the lodge itself has everything you could want. The staff went out of their way to help whenever we needed, which made our stay even better. Were definitely planning to return and will be telling our friends about this gem!

We stayed at the lodge recently and overall, its a pretty nice spot. The place is well thought out and its quite cosy. The beds are super comfy, which was a real bonus after long days exploring. Our little one, whos eight, took it upon himself to do a cleanliness inspection-hes quite the critic! He did find quite a bit of dust on the blinds, so maybe a bit more attention there wouldnt hurt. The lodge features a hot tub, but honestly, calling it that feels a bit generous since the temperature maxes out at 33.5 degrees. Were used to hot tubs at home that are set much higher, so we didnt bother using it. Plus, most of the jets werent working properly, so it wasnt very relaxing. We also had an issue with one of the showers only giving cold water. We reported it to reception and a plumber came out the next day. Unfortunately, it wasnt fixed, so a second plumber replaced the shower the following day. That seemed to do the trick, but its frustrating that theyve had recurring problems with it, especially since we were told theyve been called about it multiple times. Its a shame to get a cold shower when youre expecting a nice stay, especially after knowing about the issue beforeh and. Still, overall, a decent place and friendly staff.

We had a really nice stay at this holiday park. The facilities are well-kept and spotting wild deer, ducks and rabbits outside was a real treat! Definitely recommend.

While the lodge had everything we needed and the beds and toilets were spotless, the cooker and some dishes were dirty and the missing dining chairs and fireplace glass front were a bit disappointing.

Cooker and some dishes were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Beds and toilets were cleaned and fine. Dining room chairs missing, glass front of fire place missing. Lodge had everything we needed

Weve noticed Warmwells really stepped up its game lately! The lodges look fantastic after some recent renovations and the whole place has a fresh vibe. Perfect for families or couples looking for a chill getaway. This was our sixth time and honestly, were already planning our next visit!

The lodge was quite roomy and had a cosy feel. Its showing some wear now, a bit dusty and cobwebs in the corners. Still, quite charming!

We had a fantastic stay! The lodge was spotless, beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for parking and lots of privacy made it feel like a real retreat. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our time there!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The chalet was spacious enough for all eight of us, which was great.

Me and my family had a amazing holliday at warmwell last week, lots to do ski slopes with ringo's roller rink entertainment arts and crafts and more and one staff member was amazing and stood out was rebecca she was so nice danced many times with my daughter listend joked daily wear as some of your other staff members we felt were not so welcoming with was a little let down but still over all we loved it and we will defonatly be coming back again

Everything was amazing. Only advice is don’t book the “pool party” it’s expensive, less time in the pool than the free sessions you can book. They don’t open the water slide and half the floaties were punctured. One life guard was also particularly rude and we all came away disappointed. But everything else we couldnt fault and location is great for exploring. Our lodge was also one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in.

Great range of facilities at the location.

We had a great holiday. The children tried out new activities and really enjoyed their time. The staff throughout the park were very helpful and always asking if there is anything we need. The lodge was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Highly recommended ?

Fantastic holiday! Warmwell is in a great location, only 15mins from the beach! The lodge has everything you might need: toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils, washing machine, bath towels. Lots of activities on site to keep the children entertained! Staff super friendly & helpful!

Great place for a break for the kids, expensive, but isn't everything at the moment
