General cleanliness on arrival was poor, things had been cleaned around, but nothing moved or cleaned within.

We look for quiet and peaceful locations and this site ticked all the boxes, it also had amazing views across Swanage itself. There is plenty to do in the local area and lots of nice pubs to visit that are dog friendly. Lovely walks, both along the coast and inland. Swanage itself is a compact town which is delightful to wander around. We enjoyed ourselves so much that weve booked to go back next year.

A lovely lodge with everything we needed. Very spacious. The freestanding bath was an unnecessary luxury, the en suite shower was more than enough. The hot tub was brilliant for relaxation after walking and exploring.

We stayed in the caravan recently and honestly, it was lovely-spotlessly clean and still looking quite new. There was a nice little welcome pack with some washing up stuff and a bin liner, though wed suggest bringing your own washing-up liquid since the sachet doesnt last long. We always wash our crockery and cutlery when we arrive, just like we used to pre-Covid and it might be worth the cleaner having a quick look under the beds-my daughter found some rubbish and sweets under hers. We werent entirely sure about the check-out process because there was no visitors book, so we werent sure if we needed to empty the bins or strip the beds, so we left the bin bags tied up inside and the beds stripped. Were really grateful we managed to carry over our booking from 2020 to 2021, especially since the prices are nearly double for next year now. Its a shame, but we loved our stay!

The lodge was spotless and well-kept, but a little fresh paint wouldnt go amiss. Really appreciated having a dishwasher and washing machine for those damp towels. The hot tub was fantastic - super relaxing and checked on twice daily. Lovely stay!

We stayed for four nights, Monday to Friday and the caravan was ready right on time. They sent us a message with all the details, which was handy. We were in caravan no 5and it was spotless when we arrived - really impressed with the cleanliness. The site itself is tidy, welcoming and easy to find, even with sat nav through the housing estate. Beds were comfy and clean and while the WiFi was a bit patchy at times, its not a deal-breaker. Overall, a great holiday and easy access to all the tourist spots.

Our first Hoseasons break. Booked a long weekend in Swanage as my family and friends did the McMillan Mighty Hike in memory of their dad, Gramps and husband. The caravan was spotless and well equipped. It was right by the play area which was perfect for our 4 year old but unfortunately it was out if bounds as a piece of the equipment had been broken and awaiting repair. The beds were comfortable and the quilts warm. Our only 'niggle ' was the lounge lighting. It needed a lamp as it was quite harsh. Can't comment on the walk to the town as we drove and parked. We were lucky to be there for the Folk Festival so lots going on. The lady on reception (sadly didn't get her name) was so friendly and helpful which got our break off to a pleasant start. Our first Hoseasons was a good experience.

We recently stayed in Swanage for a long weekend, marking our first Hoseasons trip. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed, which was great. Its situated right near the play area, perfect for our 4-year-old, though sadly, part of the equipment was broken and under repair, so he couldnt use it. The beds were comfy and the quilts kept us warm at night-no complaints there. Our only little niggle was the lounge lighting; it was a bit harsh, so a lamp wouldve been a nice touch. We didnt walk into town, preferring to drive and park, but we were lucky enough to catch the Folk Festival going on, which made the weekend extra special. The lady on reception (we didnt catch her name) was really friendly and helpful, which set a positive tone for our stay. All in all, our first Hoseasons experience was pretty good - wed definitely consider going back!
