The holiday was a lovely break from home life which is restrictive if you have poor health (which was us unfortunately). The caravan was lovely but could have done with instructions concerning how to alter the heating and also maybe to place an air freshener/diffuser for the caravan as the air was a little stale on arrival. The double bed was quite uncomfortable and could probably benefit from a new mattress.

Told on site pool and access to beach. Both untrue. Grandchildren very disappointed....only paid the price expecting a pool and close proximity to the beach.

We are returning holiday makers to Silver Birch.
The park is very pretty, very clean, helpful staff, pet friendly caravans are really nice. The decking area is a godsend as you don't have to keep the doors shut incase the dogs get out.
Its tranquil and you can really relax and unwind.
Close to the beach and a short ride to Prestatyn retail park.

Lovely rest and rejuvenation holiday. Very comfortable and welcoming site. There was no real wifi service which was a problem for my son and no chalk in the pool room which was a problem for me. I would have beaten him at pool if I had had some chalk! I would recommend and go again. Thank you for a great break.

Caravan was very clean with no sign of previous dogs being in there. Loved the small decking area with lockable gate. Bed was very comfortable - bedding spotlessly clean.
