Very relaxing weekend. Cant wait to stay again the Lodge had everything you could want. The hot tub and bbq area are very private making you feel your miles away from everyone.

Great accommodation with great equipment and nice touches like milk on arrival, but would have helped to have a mop to clean while we were there (can't fault cleanliness inside cabin, which was really reassuring in Covid times, but a shame a few cigarette butts outside cabin).

The beech premier lodge was lovely , well positioned (49) spacious, clean , comfortable .loved the hot tub . Would definitely recommend .

Awesome holiday. It was just a shame that many activities were already fully booked by the time I received my email with instructions on booking activities. It would have been good to have had more activity sessions taking place each day, especially the activities for kids.

We booked a table at the restaurant for my birthday after an hour they asked if anyone had took our order we had ordered and they lost it strange considering they were only 2 tables in we! The pkace was disorganised not ready for us and ended up having to make food in our lodge

We have stayed in Hareshaw Spa accomodation for many years, This year we stayed in Lodge 28. They are quiet and comfortable. The fittings and furniture are a little dated, for example the kitchen cabinets have some issues and the dishwasher probably needed a service but was perfectly usable. The outdoor space is welcome and the addition of a hot tub really adds to that relaxing holiday feeling!

Great accommodation, its clean and staff are accommodating. It will be better though if the the hot tub if facing the other way and the hedge are more matured so that there'll be more privacy when you are using the hot tub. But we are very happy overall.

Lovely lodge with everything you need. Bit disappointed at the lack of screening for hot tub and as there was no overhead cover, when it was raining we couldnt use
Would be useful to have instructions for washing machine etc ( even laminated ) as we ended up with a wash/dry programme for 9 hours !

Lovely lodge to hire. Not cheap but hot tub means the price is higher. Very comfortable and clean. WiFi would have been nice but we worked around it with the kids as I could get good phone sigal on 02 and Three.

Just a great way to spend a week. Hot tub soothes away the aches from long walks and cycling. Lots of activities for the teens. Completely different experience to home

Our lodge was very clean and comfortable.It was lovely when we arrived - the heating and tv were on and the small lights were on which gave a lovely cosy feel.
We had an issue when we wanted to watch a dvd - the only way to operate the DVD player was with the PlayStation controls. Not having family and being over 60, it took some time to work out how to use the system.Also, having to get on the floor to find the black box to switch the control from number 1 to number 2 was a bit inconvenient.
Overall the holiday was really enjoyable and very relaxing.
