We stayed here recently and overall had a good experience. The only hiccup was the heater in the twin room, which wasnt working. We mentioned it at check-out.

The chalet was spacious and really comfortable, perfect for our stay. It was generally clean and tidy, though the windows couldve done with a proper clean - they were quite dusty and full of cobwebs, especially in the bathroom. Still, we enjoyed it!

We had such a lovely stay at the chalet! It was spotlessly clean, super comfy and really well equipped. The only odd thing was the mug situation-seems they hide them away in a tiny cupboard above the microwave, which was a bit strange. Once we found them, we could finally relax and enjoy our time. Honestly, Id rate it a solid 10/10. Would definitely come back!

We recently stayed at the site and honestly, it was a decent break for the price. The chalet was quite cosy and super clean, which we appreciated, though it was a bit on the small side. A bit more cupboard space wouldve been handy, especially for longer stays. We werent entirely sure if towels were included since our previous bookings with Hoseasons had them provided, but this time we had to bring our own swim towels because Park Dean doesnt supply any. Also, the heated towel rail wasnt working, which was a shame, but its a minor thing overall. The site itself is quite nice, though it could do with a slight facelift here and there. Theres plenty to keep the kids entertained, which is what matters most. The restaurant was okay, but a bit overpriced for what it was, plus service was a bit slow - they got our order wrong at first, so the kids ended up eating before we did, but they sorted it out without fuss. The entertainment was a hit with the children, especially Small, who loved it! Drinks were a little on the pricey side, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. For the money we paid, it was good value. If wed paid full price, maybe not so much, but well definitely be booking with Hoseasons again because we like the company and the options they offer.

We stayed in a one-bed static caravan at Romney Sands, near Sandgate. Honestly, the whole place felt pretty tired and not well looked after - its quite old and doesnt seem to have had any recent updates. The static itself had a really strong dog smell, which was a bit off-putting, especially since it was quite persistent. It was clean, but that scent definitely lingered. If youre not bringing a dog, maybe steer clear. Also, bring your own mattress cover because all we found was a sheet; there was a winter duvet stuffed in the wardrobe, which seemed odd, not sure where you'd hang your clothes with that there. The static is pretty crammed in with others and parking isnt right outside - we had to park further away. On our first night, kids were knocking and running about, which was a bit disruptive and the nearby basketball court was very noisy, so a fan is a good idea to block out the noise. Its a shame the park isnt more inviting since its right by a lovely beach, but we mostly stayed out all day to avoid the grim vibe indoors.

The chalets interior was well-stocked and comfy, which we appreciated. Sadly, the outside was pretty neglected, with broken slabs and cigarette butts near the neighbouring dump. A bit of tidying up and some outdoor seating could really make a difference. Would stay again though!

The caravan was spotless and the drying rack was handy, which we really appreciated. The mattress, unfortunately, was pretty uncomfortable and gave my husband a bad back, so not great sleep. No sharp knife available, so we had to bring our own, but at least there was a bottle opener! Overall, decent stay but could do with a more comfy bed.

We waited quite a while at the restaurant, which was a bit frustrating, especially with young kids. The caravan was spotless and even without entertainment, the movies and bingo made it a lovely break!

We spent a lovely weekend here with our two dogs and honestly, it was just what we needed. The walks around the camp and along the beach were perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. The staff at reception were super friendly and really helpful - made us feel welcome straight away. When we arrived late, the caravan was already warm with the heating on and the lights left on, which was a nice touch. The caravan itself was surprisingly spacious and very dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. We didnt really use the facilities since we had our dogs with us and didnt want to leave them alone, but the clubhouse looked cosy and inviting. Were already looking forward to coming back once the season kicks off!

We had a lovely stay at this resort, especially with the kids. The location and beach are fantastic. Only downside was no Wi-Fi in the caravan, so phones were a bit useless.

We recently took a family trip here with our wife, daughter and two grandkids. The caravan was spacious and super clean, which was a relief. The location is pretty handy - close to the beach and the Dymchurch railway station, Romney Sands, right inside the park. Kids had plenty to do, with great facilities and mostly free entertainment options that kept them busy. There are two places to eat, one in the middle of the park and another at the entrance in a Tavern. The food at the Tavern was really good and good value, though it was a bit busy on the Bank Holiday, so more staff wouldve helped. Overall, its a fantastic spot for families with lots to enjoy for everyone. Wed definitely come back!
