Great location, loads to do nearby
Emma Carter
Date of stay: 5th November 2024
The chalet was tidy enough inside, though quite simple-no towels and limited cutlery. Heating worked well and the hot water was plentiful, which was great. Outside was a bit scruffy with rubbish everywhere. Still, overall, a decent stay for the price. Not bad!

Good value overall, but a few small improvements would make it perfect.

Date of stay: 21st August 2024
We had a lovely stay in the chalets with our two little ones and partner. Everything we needed was provided-fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, even a clothes hanger! The size was just right-cozy but not cramped. We really enjoyed it!

We booked last minute so didnt have high hopes, but it turned out to be quite decent. The chalet was surprisingly clean, despite some reviews saying otherwise. The kids loved the big grassy area right outside to run around. All activities need booking through an app and most were fully booked well in advance, so we didnt get to try much. Luckily, you can just walk into the swimming pool without booking. The best part has to be the location - right in front of a gorgeous beach, which is perfect for a relaxing day out. Wed come back!

The entertainment centre was a bit worn out, but we still had a lovely holiday and plan to return.

Date of stay: 20th June 2024
The chalet was really charming, but a blind on the door window wouldve added more privacy, especially during the night. Would definitely stay again!

The place was okay for what we paid, but honestly, it was quite basic. Thin mattresses, weak water pressure and taps that scalded us sometimes-bit of a letdown.

Really enjoyed our stay, though the location made unpacking a bit of a hassle.

We found the caravan to be really well-kept, modern and stocked with everything we needed - apart from one glass! We struggled a bit with the heating, so it did get a tad chilly sometimes. On the bright side, hot water and good TV reception made up for it. Overall, decent stay!

Date of stay: 1st November 2023
We had a lovely time overall; the park itself was really pleasant and the staff were super friendly, which made things even better. The caravan was quite nice, but there were a few bits that just didnt quite work. For starters, I accidentally burnt my forearm on the cooker door - it slammed shut on me while I was trying to get our meal out (got pictures to prove it, sadly!). The fridge was a bit of a pain too, with just one shelf and the salad shelves being part of it, so you have to empty everything just to get to the salad underneath - a bit awkward! The freezer door was tiny and kept hitting the fridge door because they were so close together. The toilet roll holder was ridiculously close to the toilet, making it tricky to reach. As for the TV, the signal was terrible, so we ended up bringing our own DVD player and discs. No instructions for the TV, microwave, or Bluetooth setup either, which was frustrating since were usually pretty tech-savvy. Still, we enjoyed our stay despite the little issues!

We decided to stay in Rye rather than the Park and honestly, it was a good choice. The site facilities werent really utilised by us, but we did take a stroll through the Park one evening. We were surprised to see security guards checking bags before people entered the Club-it makes you wonder if theres really a problem with misbehaviour there. Our caravan was tucked away in a peaceful corner, which was lovely. The only real downside was the long 40-minute wait to check in-thats definitely something they need to sort out quickly!

We haven't tried the chippy or food courts yet, honestly.
Emma
Date of stay: 29th June 2023
The caravan was spotless and the site was well-kept. Everyone was really respectful, which was nice. We did notice there was only one drinking glass, a missing baking tray and no frying pan, but at least there was a teapot!
Emma Carter
Date of stay: 24th June 2023
Really enjoyed the experience
Sam
Date of stay: 2nd June 2023
We really appreciated how hard the staff worked, even if there werent enough of them. We asked for caravans close together since it was a group holiday for adults with learning disabilities, but they were all spread out which was a bit disappointing. One caravan even had holes punched through the doors and walls. The entertainment felt quite cheap and repetitive, same thing every night. Still, we tried to make the best of it!

We had such a great time on our trip and everyone left feeling really happy. Definitely planning to come back soon, cant wait!

Date of stay: 17th May 2023
Decided to skip the fish and chips after a disappointing first night-poor quality and pricey. Instead, we enjoyed some lovely food from the local farm shop. Overall, a decent stay.

Date of stay: 30th April 2023
The caravan was charming and good value, but adding covers for the sofa and soft furnishings would really help keep it fresh for each guest. Would recommend!

Date of stay: 18th November 2019
This spot on the Sussex/Kent border is really lovely. The pool is fantastic - honestly one of the best weve seen. We visit every autumn; the whole family adores it.

Date of stay: 4th November 2019
Great place, will definitely visit again!
Alex, Aldershot
Date of stay: 1st November 2019
Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravan was alright, though the doors were a bit sticky and we found some leftover bacon from previous guests under the grill-it was a bit greasy. The oven lacked shelves, which was a shame. The gas bottle ran out, but the customer service team sorted everything out quickly and friendly. The entertainment staff were fantastic and by the end of the week, they even recognised our kids, which was a lovely touch.
Emma, Maidstone
Date of stay: 18th October 2019
We absolutely adored the caravans bright and airy feel and it was so spotless! Honestly, if we could, wed move in permanently. Its spacious and beautifully kept - honestly, we cant find a single fault with it at all.
Emma, Bexley
Date of stay: 7th October 2019
Great spot, really good price, would stay again!
Emma, Gb
Date of stay: 5th October 2019
The fridge had two broken fittings, so milk couldnt st and up in the door, which was a pain. Also, the grill and oven pans were a bit small for the cooker, but still usable.
