Really poor facilities. Nowere to eat other than tried food every where closed at 8.30. Bar closed at 10.00 each night one day the chippy closed at 7.00 no phone signal and the wifi was impossible to get. Why do you make it so complicated

The caravan was lovely and modern on the inside with plenty of room, was clean, and had all kitchen accessories needed. The bedrooms were small, but comfortable and where we were situated it as nice and quiet (we were just up from reception). The evening entertainment was heavily catered to young children which was to be expected, but my teenagers didnt enjoy any of the entertainment. The pool - you need to book and it closes at 5, which was disappointing as we would have liked a dip after a day out. The beach is gorgeous and you can park on the sand for £5 per day if needed. Highly recommend the Chinese restaurant on the front - takeaway or sit down meal catered for. The on-site restaurant was a little over priced, but the food was ok. Chip shop was lovely. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely return.

Accommodation was not suitable for travel cot despite declaring we had a child under 1.Kitchen was missing some necessary equipment such as bread knife. There was a broom but no dust pan, vacuum cleaner useless.Previously received welcome pack from other companies (tea, coffee etc), here just enough toilet roll for a couple of days.Mobile phone service virtually nonexistent, not the parks fault however we weren't made aware before arriving and the park monopolizes the situation by charging for WiFi connectivity throughout site.End of season so as expected there was not a lot going on in the park.Accommodation was otherwise adequate, park in a good location and staff we spoke to (reception and pool) were friendly and helpful.

The caravan was listed as a 4berth but it would have been a bit cramped with 4 people in even children. It was ok for us aa a bed and breakfast. The caravan we had didn't have a turnaround so you had to either reverse in or out past several caravans which could be dodgy in the dark. The restaurant was clean and the girls who were running it were excellent always pleasant and helpful even under pressure.

We had very little sleep as the gas alarm went off every night between 10pm 7 am l report this every morning but known body could fix the problem therefore we went home on the sun a day early also gas cooker would not work on three gas ring , 90% of the doors would not shut the kitchen would not open also the main door into the van would not open therfore we had to call the desk to sent someone to sort this out when we left the staff stated they would take the van out of service will not be returning.

Its a Parkdean resort not Hoseasons, so bear that in mind when you book as you can probably get cashback from the usual places. Meals from Parkdean chip shop were inedible and expensive; meals from onsite bistro bar also expensive and minuscule but ok - would definitely not recommend either. You are quite isolated so options are limited without a tricky drive out of resort.Swimming pool was tiny and very shallow. The pre booked swimming spaces really could have scuppered our swim since they were booked up before our 4 night break arrival on Sunday presumably by arrivals on Friday/Saturday. Luckily we managed to get in, pool so disappointing that we didnt try again; I suspect we got in due to previous bookings not showing up. Its a shame because its on a lovely beach and in a really lovely area and our actual caravan was nice.Parkdean resorts are generally run down and this is no exception, we wouldnt have booked if we had known. We wanted to see what Hoseasons was like and feel a bit ripped off that it was Parkdean.

Didnt use club house at all during our stay so cant comment on questions asked!Lodge was brilliant. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Only criticism was that there were no clear instructions on how to use the oven - we had to ask!

disappointed with caravan for cleanliness and unpleasant smell. Bedframe in smaller room stuck out over the doorway so caused a trip hazard. Caravan next door, presumably privately owned, looked abandoned and surrounded by weeds, not the view expected!

Caravan was clean on arrival. However the mattresses and pillows did not have protection covers. The mattresses on the twin bed was to long for the base making it uncomfortable for someone over the height of 5'6" as their feet and the mattress hang over the base.

Excellent family holiday in a lovely part of the world! Enjoying the best of both beach and country side, where we were truly able to switch off and relax. A much needed tonic!!!

Date of stay: 27th July 2020
Overall was a relaxing break after 4 months of working from home. The beach and local facilities were great and the wider area was worth exploring. Travelling with 3 young children and 2 dogs was an adventure in itself but having the open spaces and countryside walks proved a success for the whole family. The only downside was the accommodation. The caravan hadn't been cleaned properly and the emails for contactless checking in that we were told would be sent 2 days prior never arrived. Meaning we had to drive to reception first and then the van was locked up so we had to wait for someone to come with keys....after a 10 hour drive this is that last thing you want to happen. Receptiin were also less than helpful when we reported that we had no gas on our final evening so could not shower despite spending the day on the beach. We were left with no gas until we left so could not clean properly either. The step to the caravan was also broken causing it to fall down when stepped on. This caused a few scraped ankles for the children. The area itself is beautiful and worth a visit but the resort and caravan park need to up their game as it wasnt worth the amount we paid to stay there.

Caravan had a few issues couldnt switch shower off easily. Master bedroom door wouldnt shut without slamming it and taps quite loose on kitchen sink but none of which affected our stay.

This is a great base camp for visiting neighbouring towns, Clean and tidy and big, so you weren't on top of one another. There was no outside decking or seating at our caravan, so if you want it, don'tget one on a corner. Apparently this was the reason, understand about the decking, but there was plenty of room for seating. The beach was over the road (not a busy road) and went on for miles. Good coastal walk with amazing views. Food in the cafe was lovely as was the chippy. All staff were friendly and engaging.
Karen
Fantastic location..caravan was lovely and clean..staff were brilliant very helpful with my picky diet ? would definitely come again.

Had a great time, fantastic place, definitely be coming back

Had a fab time at Pendine Sands. Lovely camp, the caravan 3 bedrooms was excellent with 2 bathrooms, great veranda for sitting out, only dissapointment was the size of the swimming pool. The beach is close by. Overall would highly reccommend.
Roberta
Lovely quiet park, great facilities for kids and the beautiful is beautiful, Carmarthen town is only 20 minutes in the car where you can find a Tesco or lidl. Would definitely recommend
Jonathan
Great location to get to any beach and town .such as Tenby
