Value for money for a break during half term. Caravan was clean but very 'simple'Plenty of facilities in the caravan for cooking. Would suit a family of 4, although sleeps 6 it's abit of a pain pulling out the sofa bed in a small living room and having to find somewhere to store the table (which ended up on top of the sofa!) The beds are a tad small, but manageable for afew days away

Honestly, our stay was a mixed bag but nothing too serious. The curtains kept gaps at the top, letting the morning sun wake us up - not ideal if you're after a lie-in! One of the windows in the lounge wouldn't budge, which was a bit frustrating. The bathroom blind cord was snapped, so we couldn't close it properly. We also found there was no mop to clean the floors and the dustpan and brush were pretty solid, not exactly easy to use. The door mat by the entrance was a puzzle - literally, it was like a jigsaw that needed fixing. We couldnt get the heating to work, which was a shame. Also, the kitchen shown in the photos isnt whats there - quite different. Still, these were minor issues and didnt ruin our holiday. Wed go back, especially if the heating was sorted and I remembered to bring pegs for the curtains, lol!

The curtains don't stay shut leaving huge gaps allowing the sun to shine through in the morning which is hard when trying to sleep. One window in the living room wouldn't open, the bathroom blind pull cord was snapped, there was no mop to clean the floors, the dustpan brush was solid, the floor mat by the door is like a jigsaw puzzle having to be put back together, there was no heating available, the kitchen that's shown in the photo is NOT the kitchen that's in this caravan. Very minor problem that's easily fixed and didn't put me off my holiday at all and would still return to the park and even the same caravan provided the heating was working and I had pegs for the curtains lol

1 caravans was dirty/shabby they offered to "re-clean" it but we declined as it needed bottoming so they said we couldn't complain. Very dusty with sticky stains/handprints. Greasy cups/glasses, boiler kept cutting out, bare carpet grippers & our patio table was stolen & they never bothered to replace it. Smelt of nicotine. Too many caravans & not enough staff maybe. The park itself & the area is beautiful, we've been several times & not had problems before. Bit disappointing really as we left the caravan cleaner for them as they left it for us.

It was our first time trying one of these holidays, but we loved it!

We stayed in a caravan listed as a 4berth, but honestly, squeezing four people in - even kids - would be a bit tight. It worked okay for us as a sort of bed and breakfast, but the layout was a bit awkward. No turning space meant reversing in or out past other caravans, which was tricky, especially in the dark. On the plus side, the restaurant was spotless and the staff running it were really friendly and helpful, even when busy. Overall, decent stay but could be better on space!

Honestly, its a shame we visited during such strange times. The experience just wasnt the same, feels like we missed out. The place was pretty quiet, probably because of the pandemic, which was odd. Wouldve been nicer if things were back to normal, you know? We didnt get the full vibe, which was disappointing. Maybe its better when everythings busier and lively. Still, its a shame we couldnt enjoy it fully. Weve visited before and its usually better, honestly. Wouldnt rush back during these weird times. Hopefully, next time will be different, fingers crossed! Its just not quite the same with all these restrictions. Oh well, you live and learn, I guess.

Overall, we had a decent stay despite some small issues. The shower was tricky to turn off and the master bedroom door needed a firm slam to close properly. The kitchen tap was a bit loose too, but none of it really affected our time there. Would consider returning.

We had a lovely stay overall, definitely planning to return! The only downsides were outside the caravan when we arrived - quite a few cigarette butts and it looked a bit untidy. Also, I had to send my tea back in the restaurant because the cup was covered in lipstick and the highchairs were pretty grimy. Still, we enjoyed our time!

We had an amazing stay! The lodge was so spacious and comfy, with everything we needed. The wet room was a real highlight - so handy! Beds were super comfy too and those 3ft singles are a nice change from the usual. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were a bonus. Loved it!
