We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend at Pantglas Farm! Luckily, the weather was on our side, so we made the most of relaxing in the hot tub for ages. There isnt much around the area, but Saundersfoot and Tenby are just a short drive away, which was perfect for a bit of exploring. The lodge itself was spotless, super modern and had such a lovely decor that made us feel right at home. The outdoor decking and furniture were great for sunny evenings. The only little thing was we missed having an oven glove - we had to get creative with cloths to avoid burning ourselves! Oh and a pizza cutter wouldve been handy, but thats really just nitpicking. Were already planning our next stay at Pantglas Farm - cant wait!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and definitely want to come back. Ive seen some reviews saying its small, but honestly, the photos dont really make it look any bigger than it is, so we werent surprised. We were two adults, two kids (9 and 5) and our dog and we all fit comfortably. Theres not a ton of storage space, but we managed fine. The lodges are quite close together, but the bathroom window is frosted and there are blinds and curtains on all windows, so privacy wasnt an issue at all. The place was super peaceful from Monday to Thursday, which we loved. Things got a bit busier on the Friday night when some new neighbours arrived. It was still fairly quiet, but we did have a young couple occupying the hot tub and playing music until midnight. We had to ask them to turn it down, which they did, fair enough. Still, it was a bit frustrating since wed been enjoying the quiet earlier in the week with neighbours who were much more respectful. The lodge had a decent selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk pots, along with some toiletries in the bathroom, washing up liquid and cloths for cleaning. Youll need to bring your own food and condiments. The kitchen was well equipped with enough pans, crockery and utensils. The fridge and freezer were huge, which was handy. Heating worked perfectly and was easy to control. The hot tub was a real highlight - spotless and checked daily. We loved relaxing on the decking furniture too. The towels and bedding were so soft and comfy, really made a difference. Ive seen some folks mention the road being busy, but honestly, thats just laughable. Our lodge backed onto the road, but we never felt looked in on or disturbed by passing traffic. Plus, its in a great spot for exploring - Tenby, Saundersfoot and other spots are just about 20 minutes away. Overall, we had a lovely break and cant wait to return!

We stayed at a lovely lodge that felt really spacious. The sofa bed, which we mostly sat on because it faced the TV, was quite uncomfortable - definitely not great for sitting. The other sofa was much cozier, which was a bit surprising since you'd expect the main sofa to be more comfy. Overall, a pleasant stay though!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little cottage. Its perfectly tucked away for peace but still close enough to everything. The hot tub was fantastic and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie are genuinely lovely hosts. Cant wait to return!

We had such a lovely week at this cosy cottage with our two mini daschunds. The village of Thaxted was charming and our pups made a few furry friends too! The hot tub was a real treat, especially during the scorching weather - it was cool enough to be really refreshing. The hosts were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome, even showing us their horses which was a lovely touch. Being close to Stansted meant some plane spotting, which we found quite entertaining. Overall, a great stay - wed definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy cottage! The place is super well-kept and has everything you could need. The dog walks right outside were a big plus for us and the pups loved it. The host was really friendly and quick to reply. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a real highlight. Definitely coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location is perfect-so peaceful and relaxing, with stunning farm views. We loved seeing the horses and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Everything was well taken care of. Definitely a great spot if you're after a quiet escape!

From the moment we arrived, Rob, Sharon and Bonnie made us feel so welcome in this beautifully restored historic building. The place itself is super cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing break. We loved exploring the charming villages around Thaxted-theres so much history and lovely architecture to see. The location is perfect for getting away from it all and wed definitely recommend it for a peaceful stay in Essex. Well be back for sure!

We had a lovely stay! The owners were so welcoming and genuinely friendly, which made all the difference. The cottage itself is adorable, with that charming half-timbered look and a really powerful shower - perfect after a day out. The cosy kitchen and comfy bed made it feel like a real home from home. Parking right next to the cottage was a bonus and the place was spotlessly clean. Great walks nearby and easy to get to Thaxted. Highly recommend!

We just got back from a really enjoyable four-night stay at this cottage. The owners are super friendly and helpful without being overbearing - theyre there if you need anything but give you your space. The big fenced garden was perfect for our dog to run around freely. The place had everything we needed, including a great hot tub! Were already planning to come back and have told our friends about it. Thanks for a lovely break!
