There were three of us in a chalet that slept six so we obviously had plenty of room but in any case, everything we needed was available. Most things were spotlessly clean but things like paint work ad windows could have done with a wash

Date of stay: 13th April 2018
The chalet was in good shape for our grandchildren needs. The bathroom very small but we managed. The sofa needs to be renewed as very low to sit on. Other furniture was good. We had a lovely view over the bay and across to the Isle of Wight (the Needles). The play area at Naish is great but the Mini Golf is expensive. Do remember to get a ticket for the extra activities at the swimming pool. The indoor play area was enjoyed but as a parent/grandmother it would be much better if you could see the children while playing.
Sandra, Southampton
Date of stay: 9th April 2018

We couldn't fault the Lodge. All furniture and fixtures and fittings were new.
It was immaculately clean and and very comfortable.

Date of stay: 15th September 2017
An excellent 4 night break and well worth the money
Date of stay: 15th September 2017
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, everything you would need whilst on holiday. However, if I was being picky I would argue the fact that this is sold as a lodge. It isn't a lodge, it's a luxury caravan. I also think that they are overpriced and far too close together.
Hayley, Hastings

We only had 1 error with our holiday and that was the know it all/ power headed manager of the park. He was extremely rude and undermining as we enjoyed a swim at the park. We lost 1 of our swimming bands so he refused to give back our club passes until we found it. 10 minutes running around a boiling hot swimming pool with 4 screaming and tired kids was the most stressful experience ever. So much that we refused to take the kids swimming again after that day. We gave up looking in the end, to which my friend asked what we were meant to do. He handed back our passes eventually, commenting to our 3 year old that she wouldn't be able play in the park or have fun on holiday without her pass and her being very lucky he gave them back. I felt his people manners were hideous and feel sorry for anyone who has to work with him.

We had a lovely time at Holborn Naish. The price was ok and we weren't expecting that much from the chalet going by reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The chalet was plenty big enough for two and everything worked even the wifi. The location and position of the chalet could not have been better. We looked out across the water and there was the iow and the Needles, you looked over the cliffs which were just yards away and you had a wonderful view of the beach. Plus every day was hot and sunny except one. Everyone we met was pleasant and you could easily get out to look around and site see. Lastly the staff were friendly and helpful all in all a very satisfying and enjoyable holiday. Would recommend and go again.

We stayed at in a Becton 3 lodge at Hoburne Naish over the Easter holidays.
What an excellent choice. almost brand new, the lodge was so comfortable and spacious. Our party of 6, including 2 teenage girls had plenty of space with high quality accommodation. The lodge was available from 1pm and couldn't fault the cleanliness and high level of fittings, such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, remote control velux windows etc.
One small problem with a leaky shower screen was promptly fixed.
Date of stay: 21st April 2017
Good size for family to spend a week in. Very clean but a bit tired.

David, Maidstone
Date of stay: 14th October 2016
The shower curtain in the family bathroom fell down two days before we were due to leave and although it was reported it still had not been fixed before we left.
The fridge had no shelf in the door to stand the milk bottle and the velux windows did not work
Michael, Romford
Date of stay: 7th October 2016
Cleanliness could be improved, found cereals under the bed. Instructions not found for cooker or hearing. Local information would be useful, welcome book didn't say much about area.

Date of stay: 6th August 2016
The lodge was amazing compared to the caravans we usually stay in. We upgraded this year due to some extra money.
The lodge was good but there was a lot of dust in the bathrooms, wardrobes and a lot of cobwebs outside which made it look untidy. Also the wooden balcony was lovely but unstable in places.
I would say that the showers could be upgraded as I have had better showers in modern caravan.
Overall it was a lovely lodge but the price we paid i would say next time a caravan would be more value for money.
Kenneth, Birkenshaw,west Yorkshire
Date of stay: 30th July 2016
The lodge was larger than we expected with plenty of room for a family of 6.The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher. The bedrooms have plenty wardrobe space, and the beds are comfortable. The en,suite lacked a shelf where razor, deodorant etc. could be kept.

Only problem shower very slippery so take your own shower mat if disabled
Mark, Braintree
Date of stay: 16th July 2016
Took grandkids (8-year old twins). Week before schools broke up,so not too busy. Site is very nice. Pools are good (but outside pool shut more than once due to staff shortages). Surprised they had no spinners for wet costumes.

Boys enjoyed other facilities, but they need more than one tennis court. Shop on site very good. Food in brasserie was good, but London prices. Kids menu limited.

Boys became addicted to winning tickets in the Arcade which was very costly !

Only complaint would be siting of our Lodge, opposite the Clubhouse and car park. Very noisy at night. Also roads on two sides,so claimed grass areas for boys to play non-existent.
Jean, Taunton Somerset.

We booked a last minute break at Hoburne Naish and got a lovely 4 bedroom lodge at a very reasonable price. We arrived early but the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and as the accommodation was ready we were given the keys straight away. The lodge was meant for 8 but had all cutlery, crockery and glasses for 12, ample pots and pans and utensils. There was also a box of washing up liquid, scourers and cloths and black bags plus a box of tea, coffee, whitener and sugar and even decaf coffee and toilet rolls and soap in both bathrooms. The lodge was clean and very comfortable, 2 double rooms and 2 twins plus 2 bathrooms. We didn't use the entertainment facilities but we did use the pool, which was clean and extremely well staffed. We also ate in the cafe, food was lovely, cooked fresh and good portions and they were happy to make up takeaway boxes for us on the night we didn't want to eat in. The park itself was very clean and well kept and although we struggled to get to the beach there was a well kept path down to it for those of reasonable fitness. The shop was very well stocked with everything you could need. All of the staff that we dealt with were friendly, helpful and chatty. We will definitely be going back.

We loved staying the Becton lodge it was big and spacesh and very clean,The shower in the en suit didn't work when we got there but it was soon fixed after reporting it, only down side was that the kitchen utensils were cheap so there for they didn't work and considering it sleeps 6 it could have down with more kitchen bowls for serving food ect and a DVD player though it does have the full sky package my little ones wanted to watch there own dvd but this wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Very spacious and comfortable lodge.
Date of stay: 19th March 2016
I was pleasantly surprised to find everything spotlessly clean, and hotel quality bedding. Everything you need except food of course, but there were little extras included like soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee sachets. Modern equipment and nothing tatty.I was in a single bed and one tiny gripe was a little spring in the mattress which just happened to be under my hip. I hate springs. Wish the mattresses were foam.

Date of stay: 20th February 2016
The Solent4 lodge was perfect for our 4 adult/4 kid party. Good job our 2 year old had been converted to a bed after Christmas though as there is no space for a travel cot. The beds weren't too comfortable but I don't expect too much on holiday. The showers had not pressure at all so washing long hair wasn't easy. But all-in-all a great base for our action-packed New Forest holiday.

The lodge itself was fantastic. However we did not know until we arrived that club, arcades, restaurants & bar were shut for refurbishment. The swimming pool was open but there was scaffolding around the edge of the children's pool.
Our lodge was also right next to all of the building work, where we could hear drilling and work being carried out. Our view was also of a porter cabin which was being used as reception.

t was a beautiful lodge, with plenty of room for my family of 6. There were several extras like a box of tea bags and coffee singles that were a wonderful touch. The only complaints were that the curtains fell across the heaters in a couple of the bedrooms, making us unwilling to leave them on, despite the temps being low. It did get v cold, perhaps spare blankets for rentals out of season would be a good idea.

Very pleased with location and facilities. Cleanliness good, but floors looked as though they hadn't been mopped in kitchen area and grease round top of hob edge. Otherwise very pleased and will book again next year.

Lodge was very comfortable. Nice to have beds made when you arrive.
Seating in lounge area was only for 6 max; as 8 in party including children, we were a bit short on seating.

The lodge was beautiful, we have had this type of lodge for the last 3 years, but this year we were closer to reception - got phone signal and even had sky in the lodge - which we used lots for the kids with all the rain!

When we visited the same lodge ML78 a year ago we complained about the railings around the decking being in a very bad state, very loose and rotting, we had hoped that this year it would have been repaired but unfortunately it had only been bodged up, we are visiting this Lodge again in September but we were told it will still not be repaired by then.
Anna, Poole
Date of stay: 18th April 2015
The lodge was one of the older ones but had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. The location of the cliff top lodges are amazing and I would personally prefer to stay in one of these older lodges on the cliff top rather than one of the "posher" ones further in, as the views were amazing, and it was a 10 minute walk to the beaches.

The shower screen leaked when you had a shower. In the living room area you need some table lamps or a dimmer switch on the main lights. In the kitchen we needed a knife sharpener and a wooden chopping board.

Lovely confortable lodge nice to have two bathrooms as there was seven of us.
Terence, Dover
Date of stay: 23rd August 2014
I repeat, the parking allocated to the lodge was in the wrong place and necessitated carrying luggage over grass or a long way round on the road - steps up to the decking would have helped. The cooking utensils provided were very inadequate and did not approach the standard provided in 2013 in Chudleigh, Devon.
David, Wallington

One of the best equipped and most spacious chalets I have ever booked.
For a wheelchair user, however, I cannot imagine how they could manouevre around the narrow spaces in the lounge/ kitchen area.
It was reserved for "disabled" users !
Mark, Cambridge
Date of stay: 22nd March 2014
Best lodge we've stayed in, better than forest holidays! Only critisms would be the mattresses felt very cheap, and we had to use duvets underneath to improve the comfort.
And the location in the 'Dell' was right near the main road so you did get quite a bit of road noise.
Chris, Truro

Our Becton Lodge 3 Plus lived up to our expectations, it was lovely and clean, warm and very comfortable. We all loved the hot tub. The mid week service clean was excellent and the cleaning staff very polite and friendly.
A relaxing few days to visit family.
Nice friendly welcome, staff could not do enough to make everything go smoothly. Only downside being out of main season was the bars closing early.
Only stayed two night. Our chalet was one of the old ones but very comfortable and spotless. Amazing cliff top view. Kids loved the entertainment. Brilliant comedians. Loved the quiet seating areas away from entertainment.
We had a wonderful 4 night break at the end of March 2018. 2 adults and our 2 year old. The entertainment for our little one was brilliant, she loved it. The swimming pool areas were lovely, clean and warm.
Another fantastic holiday at Hoburne Naish - perfect for kids and adults alike with amazing views 😊
Me and my wife have been going to Naish “since we met”we went with her parents before we got married. We took our two lads when they were young. Now we are both nearly 65 and we have taken advantage of a restful break in one of the chalets faceing the isle of white”on the slowly decaying cliff”. We will take advantage, of out of peek times when ever we can manage it,as long as the price allows us to. As you can imagine, we have seen a lot of changes, over the time we have visited there. I would recommend it to any one.
Lodge was lovely and spacious, very clean, free wfi from lodge.
Excellent accommodation-wouldn' go back to a caravan after the lodge
Our holiday was Monday to Friday. We took our 2 grandchildren who enjoyed their stay in our chalet. As a family we have been to Naish along time ago, it has change for the better. Great park offering lots of facilities. The weather was not to bad just had one really sunny day for the beach. We went along to Muddiford spent time crabs, which was great fun. Then one day in the park using indoor/outdoor play areas.
Beautiful lodge and amazing surroundings. Beach was lovely. Entertainment was good for the children. Swimming pool was just right. Maybe more changing rooms tho!
Had a great stay despite the snow!
Beautiful accommodation. Wonderful staff. Lovely clean holiday village.
Only a short break so didn’t use many of the facilities. The lodge was warm & comfortable & had everything we required.
