We stayed in one of the Shepherds huts which have lovely views as they are on the edge of the site. The dishwasher in a draw was brilliant! The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The staff are lovely, they had a real team/family vibe.

Excellent, modern accommodation in a great setting with great views to the countryside. Great layout with Kitchen Island, oven and built in microwave and tall fridge freezer. The small utility with washing machine and area for coats and shoes was a bonus. It was lovely to relax in the sunken hot tub whilst the dog was mesmerised looking at the rabbits hopping about from the glass screened patio deck.

The lodge was exceptionally clean and tidy. There was everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, eg. Dish washer, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave etc. The accommodation had two bathrooms and showers and three bedrooms. All rooms were nicely decorated. The balcony was spacious, with garden furniture.Well worth the money I paid.

Would highly recommend it, only complaint is the oven, would recommend BBQ while staying there. The oven is on the top of the fire and very small. No dishes/trays supplied to cook in there with so a little disappointing if you take food with you.

Weve usually gone through an owner at this site, but when the agent told us we needed to change our booking because our usual lodge was no longer available, we decided to book direct. Honestly, it was quite a letdown. The previous lodge was lovely and felt quite luxurious, but this one was cramped and lacked that cosy feel. The beds were more like camping mats and there was no washing machine, which was inconvenient. We also asked for two bathrooms, but one was just a toilet and sink, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, the sofa was a bit wobbly on one side and the toilet roll handles broke easily. But the place was lovely and clean, which was a real plus!
