An amazing stay. The view from the front was breathtaking. The property was well equipped and really comfortable. The only improvement I could suggest would be black out blinds in the triple bedroom and downstairs bedroom. During our stay, the hot tub wasnt working properly. I messaged the owner and it was sorted in less than 12 hours. Amazing. It really was a peaceful and relaxing stay - just what we needed! Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay; the place was lovely, spotless and super comfortable. Everything seemed to be thought of, from the well-kept grounds to the outdoor BBQ and seating areas. The hot tub was a real highlight! The only downside was not having WiFi and we couldnt quite figure out how to access it. Still, wed definitely return!

The accommidation was beautiful well maintained and comfortable. The only letdown was there was no WiFi and we could not find how to get this. The accommidation was clean tidy and well equipped. Every detail had been thought of. The hot tub was brilliant and the grounds and outside eating area and bbq area were also well maintained and clean

We had a really lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning scenery. The peaceful atmosphere made for a perfectly relaxing getaway. However, there were a few things that couldve been better. The hot tub was way too hot for our little ones, even without bubbles - definitely not toddler friendly. The welcome book mentioned how to adjust the temperature, but it didnt match our hot tub model, so we missed out on that. Also, it said to contact Sioned for WiFi info and other questions, but we couldnt find any contact details, which was a bit frustrating. We were also a tad disappointed that there was no cake in the welcome pack, just a couple of biscuits instead. The mornings were quite bright upstairs on the balcony, so if youre after a lie-in, bring an eye mask because the light coming through the big front window is pretty intense. The cot provided was quite small and missing a mattress, so only suitable for babies under one. The highchair was a bit basic - just a wooden one - and not really suitable for our 2-year-old or 7-month-old. Still, none of these issues spoiled our holiday; we really enjoyed the stunning views and had a lovely time overall. Were already looking forward to coming back next year!

We spent a lovely weekend at the cottage celebrating a special birthday, staying for three nights over the bank holiday. The layout was spot on and everything was spotless-really well looked after. The location was perfect, with stunning views and just a quick 5-minute drive into Bala for shops and essentials. We also enjoyed a 20-minute walk to the local pub, which served delicious food. Overall, a brilliant break that everyone enjoyed!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is stunning and really peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. The house was super comfy, especially for our little ones (ages 3 and 6). We did have a slight hiccup with the hot tub on our first night because it was cold after a water change, but honestly, it made us feel better knowing it was fresh for us. Great spot for families and couples alike!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was perfect-spacious and comfy beds made all the difference. The hot tub was such a treat and those views are absolutely stunning. Only thing, no shops nearby, so we drove about 12 minutes to town. Cant wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Y Beudy, though finding it the first time was a bit tricky, especially in the dark, but eventually we managed. The location is great-close enough to the town centre and only about half an hour to Barmouth, which is perfect for days out. The hot tub was fantastic, with stunning views, although the deck gets quite slippery when wet, so a bit of caution is needed. The only real downside was the mattress; it was quite firm, almost like sleeping on a board, so a bit more cushioning would be nice-though some might prefer a firmer feel. One thing to remember is the hob is induction, so if you're bringing your own pans, double-check they work. Wed definitely return!

The holiday was quite lovely, with lovely walks nearby. Although the on-site restaurant was missing, the pub just a short drive away was fantastic. Hope to return soon!

We stayed at this charming cottage recently and really enjoyed our time there. The hot tub was a real highlight for everyone, such a lovely touch! The place was well-equipped with all the utensils we needed in the kitchen, so no complaints there. Just a heads up, you might want to bring matches for the wood burner as they arent provided. We did find it a bit frustrating that the water system struggled when two showers were used at once, especially with seven of us. Also, no bath robes or slippers, which was a bit of a let down. Still, a lovely spot overall!

We loved the place! The facilities are top-notch, but it would be great to have more outdoor lights at night for the hot tub. Overall, well be back at the same time again!

We had such a lovely stay at this place! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, plus more. Plenty of space for our two families and the pool table was a nice touch to keep everyone entertained. The kids were never bored with all the activities available. Evenings in the hot tub were a highlight, especially enjoying meals while taking in the breathtaking views. The house felt warm and welcoming throughout. We definitely plan to come back - its a proper gem! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We recently stayed at this lovely cottage and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The place is a beautifully restored old barn, combining charm with modern comforts. Everything you might need is thoughtfully provided - from the comfy, spacious rooms to the sleek new kitchen and bathrooms that make relaxing so easy. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially from the decking area with the hottub - nothing beats gazing at the Aran mountainside. Sioned and Gareth are wonderful hosts, really friendly and welcoming. Were already planning to come back soon! If youre after a peaceful getaway with a touch of luxury and wow-factor, this place is perfect. Highly recommended!

We recently spent a weekend at Y Beudy and honestly, it was fantastic. The lodge itself is stunning, with incredible views that just take your breath away. When we arrived, the host greeted us in the evening with a warm lemon drizzle cake straight from the oven - it was delicious! The place felt so relaxed, with no pressure at all, like a proper home away from home. We took a couple of trips to the Eagles Inn, which is only about 15 minutes walk and serves really nice food - definitely recommend. We were told about a lovely forest walk nearby, but honestly, we just wanted to unwind in the hot tub longer instead. The lodge has everything you could need, including a beautiful log burner and you can buy more logs if needed, which we did. If I had to pick one thing, the beds could be a bit bigger and more comfy - theyre quite small and a little creaky. Also, earlier check-in and later check-out would be great, but totally underst and its for cleaning. We loved every moment and even friends have booked after hearing about it. Thanks so much!! X

Our first wedding anniversary was spent at Bryn Caled Cottages and it was truly lovely. The cottage was spotless and came equipped with everything we could need - actually, more than we expected! The location is pretty perfect and even with the unpredictable March weather, we enjoyed the hot tub every single day. Sioned greeted us warmly and even brought a delicious lemon drizzle cake, which was a nice touch. We loved seeing the dogs and chickens wandering around the grounds, it added to the charm. We had a fantastic time and definitely plan to come back soon!
