Belan Bach Lodges

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Wales! The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning nature the perfect escape from the city. The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace and morning walks in the nearby hills. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing countryside getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The lodge was easy to find thanks to the detailed notes and the location was stunning. Weather was a bit tricky, but it didnt spoil our trip at all.

We had to switch our booking to Banwy Lodge because Hoseasons wouldn't let us bring a baby and they didnt mention this on the website when we booked. The stay was really lovely and wed definitely go back. Its just a bit frustrating having to pay extra because of an admin mistake. Still, no regrets, overall a good experience!

We had a lovely stay overall. Richard was really friendly and made us feel welcome. The place is quite nice, but it definitely needs some touch-ups here and there. The hot tub lid is a bit worn out and tricky to lift - a lifting arm would be a great addition. Also, the outside staining could do with a refresh and some of the interior doors are warped, which is a bit annoying. The dining table isnt in the best shape either. The main toilet was a pain to flush and the showers werent great - the main one was only lukewarm. Still, we enjoyed our time and with a few repairs, it would be spot on!

Really pleased with our purchase, its exactly what we needed and the price was spot on. Tried reaching the owner about the hottub but no luck, maybe an old number? Still, happy overall!

We booked the three-bedroom lodge called Derwen, complete with a hot tub and it was lovely from start to finish. When we arrived, keys were just on the door, which was a nice surprise and the heating was on already, so the place was super cosy. The place was spotless and the view was breathtaking. The kitchen had all we needed and the hot tub was just right. Overall, we had an amazing stay and cant wait to return!

We had a pretty lovely stay overall. The area is so peaceful and the scenery is absolutely stunning. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning, but Richard sorted them out almost immediately and was really friendly about it. The lodge itself was a bit on the older side in places, but it was spotless and we appreciated the fresh bedding and towels. Only thing was the pillows - a bit firm for us, so well bring our own next time. If we come back to Wales, this place is definitely on our list!

We really appreciated the cosy vibe of the place, nestled in a tiny park with just a handful of lodges, so it felt super private. Each lodge faces south, giving plenty of sunshine which was lovely. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub - it was fantastic to unwind in after a day out. We did notice some dust on the bedroom walls, especially around the bedside lamps, which could do with a quick dusting now and then. The kitchen was tidy, but the tea towel rail was a bit loose and there was no dishcloth or teatowel provided, which was a minor inconvenience. On the bright side, the owner was prompt in replacing the outside light bulb when we mentioned it wasnt working, which was a real help, especially in the evenings when using the hot tub!

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The lodge was warm and comfortable, perfect for a chilly December. The main door was a little warped-probably due to where its placed-but it didnt cause any real trouble. Some windows didnt shut quite right, but again, it wasnt a problem with the weather being mild. Still, if it had been colder, it mightve been a different story!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Its true, its a bit on the older side and could do with some sprucing up, but honestly, it was super cosy and roomy enough for us. The location was stunning and the hot tub was definitely the highlight-used it every single day! Overall, a great experience and wed happily come back.
