We enjoyed our stay very much, the park was peaceful and the amenities were great.

The caravan was really good value for money. The only bother was the en-suite door not opening from inside and we struggled to find a spot to hang our coats. Otherwise, pretty happy!

The caravan was spotless and really cosy for sleeping. We had all the essentials we needed, but struggled a bit with connecting the TV to our phone - some clear instructions wouldve been helpful. Overall, not bad at all! Definitely a nice stay.

We stayed here recently and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The caravan itself was absolutely lovely - super clean and well-maintained, so no complaints there. However, the outdoor swimming area was a letdown; we were just relaxing with a cuppa when the parasols suddenly took off in the wind and hit me right on the shoulder. I was in pain and tried to get someone from the team to help, but no one came out to move the parasols or check if I was okay, which was disappointing. Later on, the evening staff in the arcade werent very friendly either - one lady was quite rude when my partner was just trying to leave with a plastic cup. It kind of spoiled the experience a bit. Still, the caravan itself was fantastic - definitely the highlight of our stay!

The chalet offered good value and was surprisingly roomy and comfy. We enjoyed the pool, which was a real highlight, though the park itself felt quite basic. The split layout was a bit of a pain and we struggled with the hot water, microwave and TV signals. Still, overall, not bad!

We had a really nice stay at this peaceful spot. The staff made us feel at home, especially Jordan at the entrance and the lifeguard by the pool. Would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay here

Date of stay: 23rd May 2022
Overall, we thought the caravan offered decent value for money. Parking was straightforward, right on the grass beside the van, which was handy for two cars. The main bed was comfy and the kitchen had all we needed. Heating and hot water worked perfectly and having two toilets plus a good-sized shower was a bonus. The TV was a nice touch, clear and working well. The only things we missed were bedside cabinets, sockets and lights in the main bedroom, plus the sofas could do with cushions for extra comfort.

We had a lovely stay at Barton caravan - super clean and really comfy, with all the essentials. Only a couple of things we'd suggest: a larger fridge would be great since we had to shop daily and the shower floor was quite slippery, so we bought a mat to stay safe. Nothing major though!

Date of stay: 27th April 2022
Overall, we found the place quite decent. Yes, there was a bit of chocolate on the table and some dirt on the door when we arrived, but everything else was spot on. Plenty of equipment, even a hair dryer. Not bad at all!

We had a decent time overall. The swimming pool was fun, though it was a bit frustrating that the showers werent working properly. There are some lovely spots around Yarmouth to explore. Well visit again, but probably not this site next time.

Date of stay: 8th August 2021
Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, but next time wed definitely splash out on a better caravan for more comfort. The entertainment area was a bit of a letdown, so we ended up staying in more than we wanted. Still, it was a nice break!
James, Gravesend
Date of stay: 19th July 2021
We've been visiting this spot for years and honestly, that's part of why we love it. Its peaceful and tucked away from the busy crowds, unlike the larger camps. Keeps its charm and feels like a proper escape!
Emma, Maldon Essex
Date of stay: 4th July 2021
The caravan was stunning, with all the bits you'd need for a self-catering trip, super clean too.
