Kitchen equipment basic. Could do with a coffee table. Plenty of storage in bedrooms. Patio furniture not very comfortable.

We liked the spaciousness of the escape 5 and 2 bigger beds plus 3 bathrooms was a real treat. We were basically happy with the lodge but it was showing signs of wear particularly in the bathrooms. Despite is being 4 bed the dining table was only for 6. There were 2 more chairs but they didnt fit round the table and we had to bring a patio table inside. The curtains in the two double rooms were far too thin causing us to wake at 5am. The hot tub was a generous size. The kitchen equipment and crockery was on the minimalist side.

We had an amazing weekend at this lodge! The place was spotless and everything you could want was there. The beds were super comfy with nice linen and the hot tub was the highlight-spent ages in it. Definitely a place well come back to. Highly recommend!

The lodge was well-kept and cosy, which we appreciated. We did run into a couple of problems, like a blown bulb and a broken toilet seat, but the staff responded swiftly and kindly. Nice stay overall!

The farmhouse was pretty roomy for ten of us, which was great. The hot tub and surroundings were lovely, really relaxing. Only downside was the cutlery and crockery - pretty limited. Dishwasher was a bit of a letdown, but staff were really helpful with everything.

The living accommodation is good. We would have preferred a double rather than a queen bed as it was very tight either side of the bed. The kitchen lacked some equipment e.g. potato peeler, wooden spoons, dishes for cooking with and lids that fitted the saucepans.

Overall, we found the place pretty comfortable and the living space was nice. That said, the bed was a bit snug with just a queen size - a double would have been better for us. The kitchen could do with more utensils like a potato peeler, wooden spoons and proper lids for the saucepans. Still, its a decent spot for a short stay!

The kitchen was pretty basic, with not much crockery or pots and pans, just the essentials. Fittings were alright, but it felt a bit sparse overall.

The lodge was comfy and peaceful, but the outside could really do with some sprucing up. Nice stay overall!

The lodge was lovely overall, but no free WiFi was a bit frustrating. Paying extra for it on one device was pricey. The location by the river meant flood risks and the approach was via narrow, single-track roads. Still enjoyed it, though!

Great lodge. No free WiFi. Could pay for WiFi on one device, but was expensive. On river bank to high risk of flooding. No electric kettle, but gas kettle that whistles provided. Single track roads to approach.
