We had a fantastic stay at Broadland Sands! The park was clean, well-kept and had everything we needed for a chilled break. The facilities were great the swimming pool and entertainment kept the kids busy, while the location was perfect for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk coastlines.Overall, a brilliant holiday spot.

Very clean site ,Connor the activity rep was amazing with the children a real star .cars need to adhere to the speed limit on site which some don't. Caravan backed on to busy road which was noisy at night .

What more does one need other than a base for a week?Although the bedrooms and spare toilet were rather cramped the caravan was clean and tidy although it was the first time we have stayed in a caravan which didn't have a coffee table which is always handy.

Caravan was little cramped for 4 people and two dogs, also no balcony which was Shame for a pet caravan.

We stayed in a silver 3-bed no183 - it wasnt the cleanest, was a bit run down and the wasps seemed to taking a liking to it. One of the bedrooms wasnt made, which we thought a bit odd, but assumed they must of just been really busy that day. The 2nd toilet had a very rusty radiator next to the toilet which could really do with replacing. The hot water took ages to run. And the main bathroom was very grubby. It was obvious it had only been given a quick wipe over before we arrived. (Still had tissue and hairbands left behind from previous user.) Im a bit of a clean freak and wipe everything down myself regardless so this didnt bother me as much as it might someone else. The Beds were quite comfy though! No complaints there.

Directions to caravan appalling. Literally did laps trying to find. Map poor quality.Pool party- I use the term party lightly. Poor efforts. Could be so much better than it was. Wasnt inclusive for the younger members of the group aged 5 and 6. Evening entertainment and restaurant ok except menu on the tables doesnt correspond with whats on the online ordering app using Recommended QR code. Beds- horrendous. Not sure how anyone sleeps on those.

I have stayed at Broadland sands for many years & seen many changes since the 80s but unfortunately Park resort holidays have made this park more upmarket without thinking of maintaining the accommodation. We stayed in a platinum lodge No CV20 which unfortunately wasn't cleaned as I would have expected. Cooker hood greasy, toaster had crumbs in the bottom, broken , cheese grator, nasty pungent smell as soon as you opened the door, no egg cups, no tea cups, only mugs, no tea pot, limited cooking pans, infact for a lodge it was very disappointing. All this was reported. Smell was investigated but nothing done as apparently its under the lodge . Cheese grater was replaced, cooker hood cleaned, toaster replaced, unfortunately the other problems nothing resolved. Such a shame because the park itself is very nice but the accommodation let's it down. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this park & it's accommodation cleanliness but I expected a platinum lodge to be spotless & have all the extras that other holiday park lodges have.

Caravan was in good condition with everything you'd need for a short stay. Did find a large piece of broken glass tucked in the corner of the kitchen area on arrival. Hot water wasn't working on one of the mornings, but resolved super quickly when reported to reception. We also had quite a few ants but that wasn't the caravan or sites fault given the dry weather (there was a sign at reception acknowledging this may be the case) - didn't affect our stay though.

lovely amazing lodge..shame about the road.and a resident in a caravan opposite parking on the grass verge at the front of the lodge as they had so many cars...because they obviously resided there as they took the children to school each day

We stayed at this charming cottage and loved the peaceful vibe. The hot tub was a real highlight! Just a heads up about night flights from Stanstead, but still worth it.

Caravan was good, spacious and well equipped. Only problem we encountered was that we had three bedrooms and we were advised these would be made up with bedding when we arrived and two beds were not, only a problem as we arrived late with children who wanted to get straight to sleep

What a superb lodge! It was spacious, spotless and fab part of the site.We had 2 en suites which was a bonus. The single beds were a decent size and all the facilities in the lodge were good.Shower over bath was a bit powerless but this was not a major minus. We even had place mats and a sofa rather than corner unit. Really felt very luxurious for a holiday park. Suggestion - tongs in all caravans and lodges please.
