Not a cheap accommodation but clean and spacious. The spa was checked every day and when we reported the dishwasher was leaking, someone came out immediately to fix it then phoned me to let me know it was ok to use.

Apart from poor customer service in boathouse for breakfast everything else was excellent. Maybe need staff to wear name badges so can identify those that are letting venue down.

Elm VIP was well equipped. Tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets and even some kitchen foil to keep fat etc off the oven trays.

The Lodge was very nice.
Two problems.
The tv cut out as it was sky tv and the trees were blowing and blocking the signal was not a problem as didnt use the tv much.
The knob for the shower which allows different shower settings seemed loose and needed to be pushed in to operate was actually a bit difficult to use.

Would probably overall after spending a lot of money here over the 4 years give you an overall rating of 6 not great but its not the worst place to stay. Although the place is clean.
