The caravan had everything we needed, though it was a bit tight space-wise. Still, for the price, it was definitely worth it. Would come back!

The accommodation and site were really great, we loved the overall vibe. The entertainment team was friendly and fun, though it was clear they were a bit stretched with staff shortages. One guy juggling kids entertainment and DJ duties was impressive but a bit much for one person. Still, we had a good time!

The caravan was a decent size and had nice facilities perfect for us and our dog. Sadly, it smelled a bit damp and there were bites, but the staff sorted us out quickly. Security was friendly too, so overall, not too bad!

We went with our little one and made sure the caravan had space for a cot beforeh and. Aside from that small detail, the trip was lovely and the baby had a great time too!

Really enjoyed the caravan, it was well set up for us. Only downside was waiting nearly an hour for the key, which was a bit frustrating. Would return though!

We quite liked the caravan overall. The layout was good, with the master bedroom separated from the other rooms, which gave us some privacy. It was clear the van had seen a fair bit of use, with some glass missing from the cabinets and the kitchen drawers a bit wobbly and not quite secure. Still, it was a nice van, no doubt about it.

We had a lovely day at Holi, the weather was perfect for dining outside. The food was generally nice, though it was odd theyd run out of quite a few dishes. My niece owns a taxi and had to remove her signage, which felt a bit unnecessary since we've never seen that before. But overall, it was a good experience!

Overall, our stay was pretty good. The caravan was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Only downside was the spot we stayed in - there was a big bush nearby, which attracted quite a few bees and wasps, so we couldnt fully enjoy the veranda. Still, a nice break!

We requested an upgrade and the lovely lady arranged a caravan not too far from the main complex, which was really thoughtful. The staff were all friendly and seemed genuinely happy in their roles. The lady working in the arcade, with her blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail and glasses she sometimes wore, was absolutely fantastic-such a lovely person. We even told her how much we appreciated her on our last day. Wed definitely return and hopefully next time there'll be even more to do around the place!

We had an awesome time! The scenery was stunning and the staff were super friendly. Plenty for little kids, though teens might find it a bit dull, but my daughter loved it!

We had a fantastic time for our first visit to Sandrum Castle, it definitely won't be our last. We are a family of 5 and our 3 kids are 7, 5 & 20months old, the staff were fantastic, the kids really enjoyed the entertainment available to them, we also had a great time celebrating my partners birthday while we were there. We can't wait to go back.
