We recently stayed in two of the Nith caravans, which were perfect for our family of three adults and five kids. The vans were clean, spacious and really comfortable. The site itself had plenty to keep everyone busy, especially with the family activities on offer. We spent some time at the pool, which was nice, though a bit chilly. One of our favourite bits was walking down to the lighthouse - even if the beach isnt very sandy, its a lovely stroll. We didnt explore much beyond, but theres loads to see nearby. Weve already booked again for next year, cant wait to come back!

Main door had an inch gap all around the frame causing the cold air to breeze through the caravan despite the heating being on. It was Baltic. The staff did not offer to help

The caravan was lovely overall, but the carpet was poorly fitted and the curtain rails felt flimsy.

We really enjoyed our break, relaxing in the caravan and exploring nearby. It was just what we needed to unwind from the daily grind. Lovely break!

We had a pretty nice weekend overall, staying in one of the Don caravans. It was surprisingly spacious and the washing machine was a lifesaver after a long walk on the beach. The location was lovely and peaceful, which we really appreciated. However, our experience at the on-site restaurant was quite disappointing. We waited nearly an hour for our drinks and chips, only to be told our order hadnt even been taken when we asked again. A staff member promised to check, but another ten minutes passed without any update. Eventually, we had to go inside ourselves to find out what was going on, only to be told our original waiter denied taking our order at all! Things got sorted, but it was frustrating and the bill was still for the full amount, despite all the hassle. Bit of a let down, honestly.

The sofa was quite stained and the carpet near it was lifting, but overall, the caravan was in decent condition, so not too bad!

Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravan was clean, but there were a few little issues like the broken curtain pole in the living area and the tatty sweeping brush. The TVs are pretty basic, but having two toilets was a real plus for us. The three bedrooms suited our family perfectly, especially with two teenagers. Not perfect, but wed come back!
