Uncomfortable sofa and mattresses far too soft and lumpy, carpet dirty

Lovely sized chalet! Especially for the cost! Cleaning: surface clean but we found old coke cans behind a bed and lots of sunflower seeds under sofas! So maybe a more deep clean needed more often but genuinely no major issues, think kitchens must be brand new and beds are delightfully comfy!

Not a place I will recommend especially if you have kids. The entertainment pass only covers the pool. The staff do not go out of their way to be helpful and it took us almost 2 days to locate key facilities. I had bug bites from the caravan we stayed and the location is just far from every other place of attraction. The closet is 35 mins. I wont be going back and do not recommend for family with kids

Upon arrival on the site you are greeted by 1970s style chalets. Our gold caravan was dated and lacked the features as described on the website. After complaining to the reception staff we was moved to an alternative caravan that was a big improvement yet still dated. The sites facilities are dated and very much in need of refurbishment, also due to lack of signage around the site visitors often struggled to navigate from location to location. The main stage was also hidden up a set of stairs, to the side of the main reception so unless you ventured up a floor you would likely not know its there (we came across it on the last night). The resort lacks entertainment and what is worth doing is very expensive. There is an app that allows you to book onto events however this didnt work so was useless. The only positive thing that I can say about this resort is that the food in the main dining area was lovely.I definitely will not be returning.

Everything we expected having been there before. Maintenance of the camp in good condition and should be really good for the start of the main season.

Would not recommend this site to anyone. The caravan had clearly not been cleaned, things stuck to window frames, half eaten food left in the van and cutlery left on the balcony floor, to name just a few issues.

Great chalet. Close to facilities. Clean and tidy just some minor wear and tear that could be tidied up but this did not impact the break at all.All staff were friendly.

We had such a lovely weekend! There was so much to do and enjoy, we didnt want to leave. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, honestly. Cant imagine how anyone could find fault here - it was exactly what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! Having a hot tub was fantastic and it was great that someone checked the water twice daily - very reassuring. The chalet itself was spotless, which we appreciated, although the vacuum didnt work, so we couldnt do any proper cleaning ourselves. A couple more kitchen utensils, like proper knives, wouldve been handy, but we managed fine. Overall, it was a lovely break, thanks a lot!

While there's no evening entertainment, we loved relaxing in the hot tub every night. The nearby village is perfect for grabbing food and drinks after a short walk. Truly enjoyed our stay!

The caravan was really comfortable and clean, plus we loved how close it was to everything. Definitely recommend!

Date of stay: 3rd November 2024
The chalet was a bit run down, honestly. The microwave barely worked and there was no wifi, which was frustrating. We were hoping for a more comfortable stay, but it felt like it needed some serious TLC. Still, it was okay for a short trip, but dont expect anything fancy. Wouldnt stay again without improvements.

Overall, its a decent spot. A couple of things were broken in the lodge, but the reception sorted it quickly, so we were happy!

The caravan was pretty lovely overall and having a second toilet in the double room was a real bonus. However, the double bed was quite uncomfortable-really thin mattress and a floppy pillow, plus no spares in sight. Couldve been better!
