Lodge was lovely with a great view from the living area. Had a table that converted to a pool table & table tennis which all the family loved and got used daily. Also had an arcade machine - was decent but unsure on which buttons to press and analogue stick didnt always work. Bedrooms were good size. Stayed in master room and had a small walk in wardrobe, bed comfy and spacious.

A lovely relaxing weekend. Liked that garden furniture and hot tub was on decking level to doors no climbing stairs to get up and down. We will be back.

Beautiful location, stayed in lodge 30. Very peaceful surroundings. Clean throughout but could do with some upgrades. Main bedroom door needs planing to fit properly, living room rug out of shape and poses trip hazard. Very basic pots and pans/utensils. No socket in twin bedroom ro plug in games console. Patio doors could do with a latch or a heavy doorstep to stop from blowing shut. Pool table wobbly. Gazebo wobbly in wind too. Not enough settee seating for 4 adults. Hot tub and views are fantasic. Staff pleasant and helpful. Sunday lunch at the cafe was a let down... tough beef, raw 'roast' potatoes to the point they were inedible.and hard carrots and parsnip. As a result we didnt go back all week. Overall decent but would try a different lodge.

Lodge was lovely, a little tired & could do with an update on certain things. Lovely location on site & very private. Decking area could have done with a good sweep & clean of cobwebs but overall was lovely.

Are lodge was amazing. It was so spacious and full of light. All your basic provisions were provided. It was very clean and well equipped. We had a slight problem with the hot tub but this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by reception. A lovely friendly place which I will definitely come visit again.

Always love our stays at Raywell not to far from home so a quick get away for us. Decided to go for the new spa sensation this year so we could have family with us for a few days. The lodge is spacious and well equipped, the cleanliness was spotless absolutely could not fault anything. The sauna was used daily, the hot tub was nice somebody was always in it. Teenager loved the games room and most the adults. The snooker table and table tennis ensured plenty of family games going on.Having an on suite shower room to each bedroom was perfect. The garden space is big, lovely if you have small children wanting to play. We will book again I'm sure of that

Lodge was fantastic in a really peaceful spot. Loved everything about it . The kitchen was equipt with everything you needed and there was a welcome pack with washing up liquid sponge cloth and also some coffee and tea sachets and milk. There were blankets and towels for the dogs and even some little treats.

Always so relaxing. The lodge has everything you would need when away from home and close to the amenities if you have ever left something at home. No complaints from our family.

Honestly, the sofa wasn't as comfy as we'd hoped for relaxing or putting our feet up. Plus, the grass patch on our plot was more of a muddy mess, so our dog couldn't really enjoy it either.

The prices seemed steep, but honestly, so is everything these days. Luckily, all the essentials were covered for the stay and the Prosecco was a lovely surprise. Fingers crossed prices drop soon though!

We recently spent four nights at the Wolds View Lodge and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The lodge was way nicer than we thought - the quality and finish were top-notch. Weve stayed in a few lodges before, but this one definitely stood out, especially because of its layout. The open-plan kitchen and living area made everything feel spacious and cosy at the same time. It was perfect for relaxing during the snowy days and we felt right at home. The patio doors opened onto a lovely garden area, which looked perfect for summer - shame we didnt get the weather for it! The location was spot-on too, with plenty of scenic walking trails nearby. We also found loads of pubs, restaurants and shops within a short drive. We had a fantastic meal at the Wheatsheaf in Kirk Ella - highly recommended and its dog friendly too. Honestly, I cant think of much to suggest for improvement - maybe having a pub or restaurant on-site would be handy, so you dont need a taxi to go out. All in all, a brilliant stay!
