First time at this holiday park & can honestly say was one of the best & friendliest site we've been to, & we have done a lot of hot tub breaks. Lovely location & had a couple of great days out. Nice garden centre next door with lovely cafe. Everything very clean & everyone very friendly. Will definitely be booking to go back soon.

We stayed in a gunner lodge which had en suite bathroom for the main bedroom and a separate bathroom for the other bedroom. The lounge and kitchen area was spacious and the outside area with BBQ, hot tub and loungers was amazing. The hot tub was checked daily and we enjoyed every evening relaxing in It. Onsite there's a inn which serves drink and food, a garden centre with small shops to browse. There's a trail you can walk along if you like walking or there's plenty around the area within driving distance. We spent time in Bridlington and horsey while we were there and rate Bridlington the best beach and clear clean water to swim in. The staff onsite were helpful and all contact information provided on checking in in case of problems. We had a lovely 4 day stay here and would definitely book again.

Lodge looked brand new and site was well maintained with well manicured grounds and very clean and tidy. We stayed in 13 the Mews and although it is a corner plot so lots of privacy, unfortunately it is right next to the effluent pumps so these are running all the time so noisy and smelly. Reported the bad smell several times and staff just blamed the farmer in adjacent field or storm water causing the smell but it was constant and clearly due to being right next to the drains and pumps. Site is very quiet so no club or entertainment which we arent fussed about but there are areas for small kids to play. Went to the gardeners arms twice and was fine the first time but on Wednesday went to the bar to get another drink at 8:15 only to be told they had just closed the bar! The place was dead and they turned away paying customers so wouldnt recommend and expect it will close up soon based on this. Overall would recommend the site but a different lodge and take your chance with the pub!

Stayed for 3 nights was very clean and tidy. So peaceful and relaxing only one thing we would comment on is that the hot tubs are not very private as everyone can see when walking past felt a-bit awkward. But other than that a lovely place and will definitely be staying again!????

I felt really at ease from the time we arrived and met the staff who were absolutely wonderful and friendly. In our home it felt great, a welcome card and a welcome pack.Moving around the Park we felt at ease, the park was so quiet and people you met were so polite and in the restaurant and bar it was the same.
