We had an amazing stay at this cosy little cottage! Honestly, we didn't need to bring a thing because everything was provided, which was such a relief. The welcome pack was really helpful, full of all the info and menus you could ask for - clearly well thought out. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs, who loved every minute of it. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day. Sharon and Robe were super quick to reply to any questions. Thanks for a lovely break, well definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay at this cosy cottage on a working farm and it felt surprisingly private. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are such lovely people, really friendly and welcoming. The place itself is huge, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we didnt want to leave. The garden is perfect for dogs-completely private and nicely furnished. Plenty of walks around and Thaxted has some great restaurants like The Star and The Maypole. Wed definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic weekend here, exactly what we were after. The place was cosy and perfect for us and our dogs. They really enjoyed the underfloor heating and the garden was a hit! Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it, but shes fine now. Definitely planning to come back soon. Great spot for a relaxing break!

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy place tucked away in a peaceful spot. The hosts were genuinely friendly and always ready to help if needed, yet they respected our privacy perfectly. The hot tub was a real treat after cycling around the area. Only thing to note is that the cottage is quite close to Stansteds flight path, so aircraft noise is noticeable. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but if youre sensitive to noise, its worth considering. Overall, a lovely break!

We spent a week here with our two tiny dachshunds and honestly, the place was lovely. The cottage had a really cosy feel and the hot tub was a real highlight, especially during those scorching days when the water was perfectly cooled. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. We enjoyed watching the planes land since its right on the flight path near Stansted - quite fun! It was heartwarming to see their dogs being taken out to the fields daily. Definitely a spot wed return to!

We had a lovely time at the cottage, which is tucked away on a working farm but feels really private. Robert and Sharon are such warm, friendly hosts, making us feel very welcome. The place itself is surprisingly spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we didnt want to leave. The garden is perfect for dogs - totally secluded and furnished nicely. Plenty of walks nearby and we really enjoyed dining out in Thaxted, especially The Star and The Maypole. Wed definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage. The owners are genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us. The place itself is super cosy, with a great shower and a comfy bed that made us feel right at home. Parking right next to the cottage was a real bonus and the place was spotless. Its perfect for walks around Thaxted and exploring nearby villages with their pretty half-timbered houses. Definitely recommend!
