lovely place immaculate and helpful friendly staff. Not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity but good to have bar restaurant on site and not to far from cambridge or huntingdon which we enjoyed trips too. Hot tub was great. A really enjoyable stay, would recommend.

Purchased as a birthday gift, which was very well recieved. Lodge was lovely. Cant fault the lodge, only thing i would say is the hot tubareas would benefit from some more privacy a few more screens would resolve this but not a massive issue.

The toilet seat was broken and the beds creaked but otherwise the lodge was clean and very spacious
Richard, Herts.
Date of stay: 14th May 2018
Luxurious, peaceful and well planned accommodation - like a good hotel but with more privacy. The views across the golf course were also quite relaxing and very easy on the eye. There are paths on the site for dog walking but also a decent cut through the fields to the nearest town.
Stewart, Milton Keynes
Date of stay: 4th May 2018
Had another great relaxing time
Neil, Nottingham
Date of stay: 27th April 2018
The lodge is lovely and spaced out. Excellent for a family of 4. The lodge would get a higher overall score BUT it was in need of some maintenance. Outside lights for hot tub didn't work, Two of the three bedside table lamps bulbs didn't work. Two DVD players supplied in the lodge both didn't work. Three ceiling bulbs not working and the kettle leaked water.
The whole lodge outside looked tatty and needed a re-fresh of protectant.
We did have a very nice time in the lodge apart from these faults.
Kathy, Thornton- Cleveleys

Date of stay: 18th February 2018
Overall me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our weekend, the L shaped sofa was really comfortable and the HDMI port on the TV meant we could access things like Netflix and Spotify through our Amazon Fire-stick. Didn't engage with staff so can't comment on them; however when we did first arrive my boyfriend was told that the keys were already in the door waiting which seemed a bit odd to me as no ID was needed to prove you were the people who booked it. The hot tub was really nice; however if you press certain buttons like the temp and the lights one after the other it changes the whole hot tub setting and meant the temperature plummeted as it went into economy mode. This then resulted in my boyfriend having to google the manual for the hot tub to get it back to normal so instructions should definitely have been included in the welcome pack. Some have said this lodge is well equipped however we would have to disagree, there are no pots that can go in the oven like a pyrex dish nor was there anything to wash up with, fairy liquid was provided but no sponge or brush!! This would have been fine if we were told in advance to bring one however we were not, bin bags were in the kitchen bin and the bathroom bin however spares were not provided so once you've filled them up thats it. Flannels could have been useful however only found ourselves looking for one to replace the lack of dish sponges. Absolute middle of nowhere though, so if you are looking for a relaxing break where you don't want to venture out much then this will be great however Cambridge is an hours drive and Peterborough is 40 minutes.

Stayed in the Wistow lodge, was a beautiful lodge, very spacious with lovely surroundings.
Large living and kitchen area. Modern bathroom. Hot tub outside, could've done with a little more privacy from the lodge next door but wasn't a major issue. Would definitely return
Stephanie, Bedfordshire
Date of stay: 30th October 2017
Cabin was perfect apart from the metal framed bed which creaked every time you moved so I had to move to the sofa a few nights because it kept me awake. Would recommend changing the frame to prevent this keeping people awake at night as there is no outside noise to disguise it. Other than that though it was lovely.

Ashley, Bournemouth
Date of stay: 7th August 2017
This lodge was set forward of the others, so was nicely secluded. There are only about half a dozen lodges in total. The lodge was a very good size for a couple, comfortable bed and a nice large L shaped sofa in the lounge. The hot tub outside was a nice bonus, we hadn't tried one before, now we would like to buy one ourselves!
The only slight negative was the dining room table, clearly not as new as the lodge itself, the top was not fixed to the base.
Overall, at the offer price, which was less than half the brochure price, we felt we had fantastic value for money.
Graeme, Hartlepool
Date of stay: 7th August 2017
Bed a little on the soft side but nothing to complain about, peaceful and quiet
Gillian, Saddleworth, Oldham
Date of stay: 4th August 2017
The Woodwalton is facing onto the driving range of the Golf club - don't let this put anybody off as you are not in view of anybody due to willow screens and it is so peaceful in that corner of the club. The accommodation was just as described and a good standard throughout. We had a fabulous stay and would think about holidaying there again.

accommodation was excellent and the location. hot tub would benefit from a bit more privacy. just a lack.of basic cleaning products ie. cleaning cloth, or pan scrubber. food in golf club was excellent.

Lovely lodge with great facilities, the hot tub especially!
Jen, Norwich
Date of stay: 5th June 2017
I suppose the only observation for improvement would be the curtains in the main bedroom. They are black out curtains but are fitted half a foot away from the wall so the sun comes in all round any way. Loose the black out curtains and fit regular ones or keep the black out curtains and loose the gap.
Dawn, Leeds
Date of stay: 2nd June 2017

Very comfortable lodge with a hot tub. Everything you need for a nice stay. Lots of towels and plenty very hot water.
Stewart, Bletchley
Date of stay: 19th May 2017
We had a great time. Not much to do on site when the weather is bad but there is plenty to explore locally .
Garry, Kingswinford
Date of stay: 21st April 2017
The lodge was spacious for two people, the heating was responsive when the evening started to chill. The only negative was the kitchen area, which didn't have natural light and depended on the subdued lighting of the lounge area. Plus a huge bin bag was stuffed into a small kitchen bin!
We "cooked" (reheated) a couple of evening meals in the lodge with no problem, the only drawback being no dishwasher (also no washing machine although we didn't need one) and there was no washing up bowl in the sink.
Debora, Bolton
Date of stay: 21st April 2017
Fantastic lodge. Clean, modern, comfortable and with everything you needed.

Date of stay: 21st April 2017
Yes I liked this accommodation, already booked to go there again.

Date of stay: 30th January 2017
Again only real issue was there not being enough hot water. We also had a rat running about outside our lodge 1 night.
Scott, Lowestoft
Date of stay: 27th November 2016
Fantastic location, Lovely little village and lovely country surroundings! Only thing I'd advise is the hottubs are a little open to the world, Me and my partners often said Morning to the dog walkers! haha Lovely though and would go again, The General manager made the experience even better and is a credit to the business.
Michael, Ashford Kent
Date of stay: 18th November 2016
The lodge although fairly new was spotless. The level of furnishings was excellent, could not think of any thing else you would need. For November the lodges were heated to make them cosy and warm.If cooking meals the kitchen was equipped with every thing you would need.Bathrooms were smart with both bath and double shower heads.

A great find, good base for exploring cambridgeshire which is what we did, or simply for a feet up, catch up on a good book time! Quiet, relaxing, and very welcoming. Tasteful lodges with all the home comforts...
We wanted good quality family time together and thats what we had.
Sally, Welwyn Garden City
Date of stay: 12th August 2016
The lodge was beautiful and very comfortable, it would have been better if there was a small coffee table to put your drink on if you was sitting inside during the evening.
Kim, Wigan
Date of stay: 29th July 2016
the lodge was very clean, and nice furniture and fittings could not fault it in any way, lovely stay
Peter, Kettering
Date of stay: 30th May 2016
minor problems with lack of one set of curtains, 2 of hobs not working, but overall did not spoil our enjoyment of the break. Lisa was very helpful and I'm sure these would have been corrected ready for the next occupants.Would go back again!Thoughtful touches such as ramps to each of the lodges made life easy for any disabled person too.
Angela, Halesworth Suffolk
Date of stay: 20th May 2016
Fantastic space, all lovely and clean, lovely furnishings very comfy
Amy
Amazing lodge, we had no.7 looking out onto the driving range was very peaceful.
Cassie
We really enjoyed our stay the lodge was lovely and staff very helpfull the only suggestion we have is that we would of liked the hot tub to be under some sort of cover as it was raining when we stayed and we would got more used of the tub if there was a cover of some sort but overall we don’t have any complaints .
Valerie
Brilliant! Faultless! HAPPY PLACE!
Confirmed purchaser
Excellent location & facilities, friendly staff, enjoyed 3 night stay with kids, supermarket only 5 minute drive away, will definitely go gain
Sylvia
Loved every thing about our stay here from the moment we were greeted by the very friendly staff we were a little early and seeing how our lodge was ready it wasn't any problem for them to let us in. The lodge was amazing so clean and comfortable with a beautiful view over a lake and the 6th green of the golf course. The hot tub was fantastic very clean and nice and warm. We also used the golf course it is very well maintained also very pretty with the river alone the side again nothing was too mush trouble for them as we booked tee times but we went out early as it was not too busy. The club house is located very near by this also has lovely views great service and good food. we would love to return here the overall stay was amazing.
Jayne
Excellent stay at this site. Staff went out of their way to help. Lodge was very clean and well equipped
Sharon
lovely and peaceful
Robert
The lodge was lovely in lovely location. The weather was -9 and snow so we only got use of the hot tub once. The only thing wish the hot tub was more enclosed just needed to be fenced in not that it put us off going in.

The ornamental gardens offers beautiful floral displays at all times of the year. Children's activities can be enjoyed during school holidays.
