It was the worst holiday we have been on. Before we even got there there was issues and that should have been a sign. Get there and the walkway to the caravan is a mudbath. I asked for some help as we had someone less mobile and a 1 year old and we got told its the weather and to deal with it. I even just asked for some shovels to move it myself it was a major health and safety concern but nothing back from the staff. Through out the stay interactions with the staff let us amazed with the poor service maybe it being near to the end of the season they have the worst staff on? Who knows all I know is family will not be returning and was thankful to finally leave other than it being a great location it was a terrible experience. Not to mention the run down van the sides of the sofas were falling of so you couldnt even use them.

Honestly, our trip was pretty disappointing from the start. Before we'd even arrived, there were issues, which shouldve been a red flag. When we finally got there, the path to the caravan was a complete mudpit - not ideal with a toddler and someone less mobile. I asked if we could get some shovels to clear it or some help, but all we got was told its the weather, tough luck. It felt kinda neglectful, especially since it was a health and safety concern. Throughout our stay, the staff were pretty unhelpful and even rude at times, which was surprising. Maybe its just the end of season, but their service was really poor. The caravan itself was falling apart - the sofa sides were coming off, so we couldnt even sit on them properly. Honestly, we wont be coming back. The location was nice, but the experience was just terrible overall. We were glad to leave and wont recommend it to anyone.

The caravan was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Loved having two toilets and it was a big plus being able to park right beside the van. Definitely a good stay!

Caravan was dated, smelt of dog, went and bought a can of air freshener, wasn't inviting, shower was poor, should of stayed 3 nights went home after 2 , the best time was when my son did two activities in the pool, the staff were great, we will not be returning!

We expected a budget caravan, so it wasnt perfect, a bit older and a tad worn around the edges. But it was tidy, had all we needed and was surprisingly comfy for what it was.

We knew we had chosen a budget caravan, it was an older model and a little dated round the edges but it was clean enough, had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The accomodate was not upto standard and needed updating, the main bedroom floor was soaking wet and we had to make use of our towels on the floor so we could walk, stained upholstery and carpets looked dirty in the lounge.

We picked this place mainly because of its great location near Looe, which is absolutely stunning. The park itself could use a bit of sprucing up and our caravan was pretty basic - definitely needed a good clean. The food and drinks on site seemed a bit pricey too. But honestly, our son had a fantastic time enjoying the evening entertainment and for a budget holiday, it was quite alright!

The main reason we choose this park was how close it was to Looe and the surrounding area which is beautiful. The park itself needs some refurbishment. The caravan was basic but in need of a deep clean. The onsite food/drink could do with being abit cheaper. Our son really loved the evening entertainment and enjoyed his stay. We paid for a budget family holiday and that's what we got.

We recently had a lovely stay at Looe Bay, in one of their cosy caravans and honestly, we loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, the stunning scenery caught our breath and the staffs friendliness made us feel right at home. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed - it was like a home away from home, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We especially enjoyed the comfy living space and the kitchen, which had all the essentials. The location is fantastic; we spent ages wandering around Looe, exploring its charming shops, beautiful beaches and some cracking seafood spots. The coastal walks were absolutely breathtaking and being so close to nature was a real highlight. Overall, our holiday was brilliant, thanks to the peaceful surroundings, comfy accommodation and great facilities. Were already planning to come back and would totally recommend Looe Bay if youre after a peaceful getaway with loads to see and do!

We found mould hiding under the TV unit, which was pretty off-putting. The spare duvet in the lounge was damp and had a noticeable musty smell. The shower door was really stiff to shut and the double bed creaked loudly whenever we sat on it. Plus, with only one shelf in the oven, cooling multiple dishes was a bit of a hassle. Not the best stay.

We recently stayed at the Callington and honestly, it was a great experience. The place was spotless, which is always a good start! The caravan felt spacious enough for us, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy dining area. The two toilets were super clean and the shower was a decent size and sparkling clean too. The bedrooms had comfy beds with fresh linens, though they are a bit cosy - but thats pretty normal in caravans, right? We didnt need the heating, but the hot water was instant, which was handy. The smart TV works fine-just remember to use your own data, but you can still watch terrestrial channels. Outside, theres a raised decking area, perfect for sunny days. Wed definitely come back, thanks for a lovely stay at Looe Bay!

I stayed in the callington it was spotlessly clean the caravan had plenty of space a nice well equipped kitchen a nice dinning table and chairs. Two very clean toilets one with a nice size shower which was spotless. The bedrooms had comfy beds with clean fresh lining there's not much room in the bedrooms but that is to be expected in a caravan. I didn't have to use the heating but the hot water is instant. It had a smart TV you will have to use your own data to use it but you can watch terrestrial TV on it. There was a nice raised decking area outside the door which is great if the sun is shining. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay Looe Bay

Honestly, we arrived and had to report a few issues right away. The caravan looked quite tired and outdated, not at all what we expected. The bed was uncomfortable with a dip in the mattress, so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The furniture was old and honestly, not very appealing. The veranda was lacking a gate, which seems like a basic thing, especially when you're booking with dogs - we thought that would be standard. Feels like we were put in the oldest caravan on the worst patch of ground and we didnt get what we paid for. Weve stayed at Kings and before and it was way better, so now were not too keen on coming back.

We felt so at ease at The Duchy, honestly! The bed was insanely comfy-probably the best sleep away from home we've had. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a whisk for perfect pancakes. Loved it!

We found the van quite average overall. It looked a bit worn out in parts - some lights didnt work and there was a leaking sink, plus a patch in the wall that had been patched up. It was comfy enough, but definitely needed a proper clean; it was quite grubby, like it had just been quickly wiped. The kitchen floor was muddy from outside and there werent any mops or mats, which didnt help. Could be better.
