The cottage was very well equipped, the only small thing I would recommend would be to add some small baskets for storage of socks, underwear etc to go in the wardrobe, I realise space is limited so not enough room for a small set of drawers, but 2 or 3 small baskets would make life a lot easier when unpacking and sorting clothes out.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Its super well equipped - everything we needed was there. A tiny suggestion: some small baskets for storing socks and underwear in the wardrobe would be handy. We get space is tight, but a couple of baskets would make unpacking so much easier. Overall, lovely place and would happily come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy cottage. It was spotless and well-maintained and the private hot tub was a real treat-used it every day! Being close to the pool was perfect. The only minor hiccup was the shower steam triggering the alarm a couple of times, but overall, great experience!

Lovely cottage, nice and clean. Was booked for the private hot tub which was used everyday. Also right next to the pool which was ideal. Steam from shower set off smoke alarm a couple of times was the only slight issue.

We just got back from a really lovely stay at Queens Park Cottage in Kilminorth and honestly, were already thinking about coming back. Becky greeted us when we arrived and couldnt have been nicer, giving us a quick tour and making us feel right at home. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we needed - three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, plus a bathroom with a shower. The open-plan living space with the galley kitchen was perfect for relaxing after a day out. We loved the private hot tub overlooking the shared garden - such a treat! The place even has a handy tablet for info and updates from the team, which was useful. The grounds are stunning, with beautifully maintained landscaping and the outdoor heated pool was a real highlight - so clean and inviting. Theres plenty to do nearby too; we enjoyed the tennis courts and borrowing rackets was easy. The outdoor bar was a nice touch, even if its only open now and then and we had fun playing table tennis outside. Inside, theres a laundry room with washers and dryers, plus a good selection of books, DVDs and games to keep everyone entertained. The location is great - less than ten minutes from Looe and Polperro, so plenty of sights and things to do. Just a heads up, the road leading to Kilminorth is quite narrow, so be prepared to reverse into passing spots. Its a peaceful rural spot, so dont expect much noise, which was perfect for us. Make sure you follow their directions because sat nav can be a bit off. We also caught the pasty and pint event in their outdoor marquee and it was fantastic - Sarahs pasties from Looe, a nice pint on draft and Polperro Wreckers singing sea shanties. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Just returned from a fantastic stay in Queens Park Cottage in Kilminorth. We were greeted on arrival by Becky who showed us to our cottage and gave a us quick tour of the area. The cottage was immaculately clean and well appointed. There are three bedrooms 2 doubles and a single. A bathroom with shower and a galley kitchen in the open plan living area. The cottage also has its own private hot tub that looks out over the shared garden. Each cottage has a tablet that gives you information and you can receive information from the team. Within the grounds of Kilminorth there is a heated outdoor pool that was beautifully kept. The landscaping all through the grounds was stunning, but the pool area was immaculate. There are tennis courts and you can borrow rackets etc. There is a little outdoor bar that opens on an ad hoc basis and also has a table tennis table for a bit of fun. The laundry room has washers and dryers and is also well stocked with books, games and dvds. We were 2 adults with our 2 teens. Looking for a bit of rest and relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Well located, less than 10 mins from Looe and Polperro. So plenty to see and do. Kilminorth is located along a narrow single track road so be prepared to reverse and pull into stopping points. But this isnt an issue. It is a rural area so is very quiet. Make sure you follow the instructions to get to Kilminorth as sat nav may not direct you correctly. We also attend the pasty and pint event in their outdoor marquee which was amazing. Fantastic pasties from Sarahs in Looe, lovely pint on draft and the awesome Polperro Wreckers singing sea shanties. Would definitely recommend attending one of these well organised events. We will definitely consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The grounds were stunning and perfect for relaxing walks. The hot tub was great but would have loved some cover for rainy days. Also, a frying pan and a soap holder in the shower would be handy additions. Still, lovely overall!
