Very expensive holiday. Caravan wasnt great, very cold even with heating on. In a small break we should be given small amount of washing up liquid, sponge , tea towel ect just so we didnt have to buy just for two nights

Caravan was filthy and I mean filthy. Window wouldnt open in middle of a heat wave settings all rubbed off cooker oven only had two settings raw or cremated, black mould all over single mattresses, double bed broken, could see paw prints from previous dogs, as floor looked like itd not seen a mop in weeks. All crockery was covered in food, bathroom had holes in floor and shower had black mould. The smell was horrendous when opened caravan door, masses of urine stains all over living room couch and outdoor veranda was covered in dried urine the smell was horrific. Relayed to reception the state of caravan to be told theres nothing they can do and there was no cleaning staff there no one even bothered to check we was happy afterwards and only the bar manager took our concerns seriously, we ended up leaving early as my dog got sick after all hes not used to living in filth nor are my children. After a 9 hour drive I didnt expect to be cleaning a caravan. FURIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Perfect place for a family to have a break. Lots to do and have fun during your stay at the resort. Beds were made well on arrival and the place was clean. We felt we could settle immediately on arrival and felt at ease.

The Restaurant didnt offer any G/F foods and didnt even offer an alternative place to eat good job we already did our research prior to this for outside eateries. The pool area i only used once had a very dangerous step out of the pool for any elderly or disabled holiday goer ! A life guard had to help me out of the pool after i attracted his attention very embarrassing for me as i was on my own in the one and only visit, i cant say the facilities were comftable as the double. bed was really not at all and could do with a new mattress! The setee area was eqaully as bum numbing if sat on for more than 20 mins ! the bathroom near the single rooms had a huge patch where the paper had come off and the door was blistered !! would not be staying here again, which is a shame as the place was clean and everything was provided. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful though all kudos to them!

Caravan not very clean, not enough bedding, nit enough cutlery. It took 2 days to bring cutlery. Lots of litter on the site. Was not able to book activities before arrival so only managed 1 swim on the off chance, as there were 7 of us. Out door pool out of service the whole week, all vending machines empty and out of order the whole week. The holiday cost over £1,500.00. Very disappointed, but we nade the best of a bad situation.

The cleanliness of the caravan wasn't the best and I the caravan had many damage walls. On arrival we checked in late however it was the wrong key and the brochure didn't had all the correct information on what is including in our package. Overall the team was amazing and friendly the facilities was family friendly and good value for money would highly recommend dispite and mishap.

A few basic things not provided like oven gloves & a toilet brush. There was a smell of damp in the main bedroom. The light on the fridge didn't work but wasn't a bother.Didn't find the bed very comfortable but that's personal preference. As we were just really using the caravan as a base to explore the south of Cornwall, it did what wanted. Can't really complain for the price.

Very happy with bungalow. Just a few niggles - 1) Shower water pressure was rubbish, not enough to wash soap off! 2) Sofa's clean but not very comfy. 3) No instructions for electrical items,ie cooker and TV. 4) WiFi useless

I booked what was described as a Newly Refurblished bungalow,It was later confirmed with the site manager that these refurbishments took place in 2020/2021 so not newly at all.I arrived on the Friday and checked in but didn't head straight to the accommodation until later that evening, on walking in the room I was faced with an overwhelming smell of damp.Looking around the living room it was clearly extremely worn. There was paint scrapped off the wall around the dining room, the 4 dining chairs were all broken and we were unable to use them which may have been a benefit as there was food on the seats.Every wall was covered In stains and marks. The kitchen tap was not fixed to the unit and when running hot water it would randomly spin causing water to go over the worktops.Through Into the bathroom, there was black mould around the window and shower hose rail and the base of the shower. The shower rail was broken with a cable tie in place to try hold up the shower head and it didn't work. The bathroom tap was rusty and the ceiling light was completely full of what I believe were dead flies and spiders.Into the master bedroom, the walls were scuffed, stained and had holes in. The sheet on the matress did not fit and there was no matress protector. (During the night the sheet came off and I was laid on a stained matress)In the twin room, the bed was broken and someone had crudely screwed a plank of wood to the bed frame. The reception was closed on the first night when I went to complain so I went straight back in the morning after on the Sunday. That afternoon I spoke with the experience manager who stated there was no other accommodation available for me to move to on that site and my only option was to move sites, which means downgrading to a 2 bed caravan 5 mile away or a 1 bed caravan about 25 mile away. But it was not available until Monday so I had to stay in the mouldy dirty bungalow until that point.Come the monday we had moved into the 2 bed caravan and we have around a third of the size less but at least its clean. I had to move accommodation, ive downgrade to a small caravan, not a bungalow. Had to stay the first 2 nights with Illl fitting bedding laying on a filthy mattress in mouldy and dirty property.

Shocking, from a 3 hour delay to check in to a pool that had more human hair in it than on my head!! Caravan was shabby, no basics like toilet roll or bun bags! Will not be staying again. Having said that I have stayed in a lot of these caravans in different places and this is the first bad one

Staff checked us in early but caravan took another hour before it was ready. Gave us some time to look around the site. The door was missing on second bedroom but they fix it promptly. Staff was nice, caravan was nice and entertainment was great for the kids.Restuarant was only downside, got the order wrong and quality of food wasn't great for the price.Would book to come back next summer for 2 weeks if it wasn't 8 times the price I paid and equivalent to going abroad.

As soon as we entered the bungalow we was greeted with a smack in the face of mold and bleach it was located the most in the front room under the heater/TV but was all over the bungalow just not as much as the front room this made my girlfriend I'll on the second day off our hoilday so we couldn't do anything and when I mentioned the mold to the staff she goes oh ok I'll get someone to come round and make it smell nicer ???? how can you make mold smell nicer stop trying to hide it and fix it or atleast give us the option to move building or give us some money back,No toilet tissue which was the worse as when we turnt up the shop was closed ! And we never got told No washing up liquidNo tea towel No spongesNo body towels If I could I would love to upload the pictures

Defiantly not worth the money paid. Beds uncomfortable. Shower door held up with cable ties. Cleanliness of kitchen poor. Crumbs all underneath freezer with rotten chips. Cutlery filthy. Fridge shelves broken Sofas dirty The general upkeep of accommodation is of a poor standard. A handover should be taken after every stay so the issues can be fixed. Defiantly not worth the money charged.

We had a lovely time for our first family holiday, and first ever visit to Cornwall. The caravan was clean and had majority of the things we needed. Location was perfect for us as we like to get out and explore and we didnt mind driving to where we wanted to be. Facilities on site were good - we only visited the pool once and we felt it could do with a good clean. This hasnt deterred us from visiting again though, we have already booked to come again next year!

Whist in the lodge, the TV fell of the unit and smashed, as it was wider than the unit, luckily it didn't fall on one of my 4 small grandchildren that were staying in there. No chopping board, masher

Comfortable, compact caravan, sparsely equipped but OK if you know to bring a few things extra. Reasonably clean in main areas although I had to go around with wipes to clean shelves, drawers etc. as usual. We did have a beer glass missing (only 1 in caravan) so asked at reception for another. They said they would supply another, but it did not turn up all week so we managed without! Wi-fi non-existent in caravan so needed to walk up to public area to update.

The cleanliness of the caravan was disgusting. The top 10 points are written below. It took them 3 hrs to find a clean caravan.1 - both toilets and been used and left un-flushed, the one had been urinated in whilst the other had stools in, also there was toilet tissue in that toilets bin!!!2 - the oven was dirty and greasy, and the three baking trays were rusty. 3 - the microwave had stains on the inside. 4 - the fridge had a stain on the inside and it still contained food from the previous tenants, the same could be said for the freezer. 5 - the sink and draining board were dirty. 6 - the work surface around the sink was greasy and dirty. 7 - soiled bedding. 8 - maintainance - the handle/lock was missing from the small bedroom window, the radiator cover was detached and could easily have taken the fingers off our son, a kitchen cupboard door hanging off, and a cushion cover with a broken zip. 9 - dirty crockery 10 - used vape cigarette disposed of between the fridge and cupboard

Date of stay: 27th June 2023
Caravan needed better cleaning especially around radiators. Bathroom radiator needs replacing as rusted. However, the mattress on the bed was amazing ( Ive ordered a new one for our home bed) the style of caravan which was separated by a door from bedrooms to kitchen was great as it kept dogs in lounge area. Nice new utensils and kitchen. Overall happy.
