The caravan was spotless, honestly couldn't find a single thing wrong with it.

We had a lovely family holiday here! The location was spot on for a beach getaway, just a quick 10-minute walk or easy drive with a handy car park right next to the beach. The place itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were genuinely friendly and always on hand to help. Definitely recommend this holiday park, wed go back in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed the peaceful vibe here, perfect for beach days and coastal walks. The onsite facilities were handy, though it was a bit annoying that our booking reference didnt work online for the pool. The caravan was clean but had cobwebs in the windows and only one pillow was provided. Also, its clear the caravans owned by smokers since it smelled a bit. Still, the location made up for it!

The van was really lovely, super spacious and in great condition. Kitchen was well-equipped and the dining area was perfect for meals. The TV and bedding issues were sorted out quickly too. We had a fab time!

We stumbled upon this place and honestly, its a little treasure. The setting is so relaxing, just what we needed to escape the hustle. The views are stunning and the beach looks like something straight out of a postcard. The caravan was cosy, spotless and well-equipped. Wish we couldve stayed longer!

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The hot water issue caused by Storm Babet was sorted out by a very dedicated staff member around 11 pm - we really appreciated their effort! We enjoyed the breakfast and dinners at the pub, especially the coffee, which was lovely. The utilities like the laundry and recycling area were well organised and very clean, which made things easier for us. We did find the number of dogs around quite surprising, especially in St Ives - were not really dog people and wish others would be more considerate of those with traumatic memories. Still, all the dog owners at the park were friendly, which made us feel relaxed. Despite the storm, we felt safe and cosy in the caravan!

We loved the location, such a beautiful spot in Cornwall with easy access to the beach. The caravan was clean and tidy, though the mattresses could be better. Still, for a short stay, it was quite comfortable and the view really made it special!

We had an absolutely lovely stay! The caravan was just what we needed for a relaxing holiday, with decking all around to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The site was spotless and the staff really friendly and helpful. If were honest, the breakfast menu could do with a bit more variety - maybe some different options besides beans, like tomatoes and perhaps including tea or coffee with the deal. Still, its a fantastic spot and were already planning to return next year!

We had a great stay! Inside was spotless, really appreciated that no pets had been in. The only thing was the veranda, which couldve used a proper clean since it was all green and a bit uninviting. Still, wed come back to Breage in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely stay overall. The beach is just a quick 5-minute stroll, which is perfect. Just a heads up, the toast and butter cost us £3 - a bit steep, especially if you're adding extras to your breakfast. Apart from that, were happy we picked this place for our holiday. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Acres! The caravan and site were spot on and the staff really made us feel welcome. The only downside was the prices at the on-site shop - way too steep. Definitely worth visiting Tesco or Sainsburys in Helston to save a bit. Perfect base for exploring the stunning countryside and beaches. Highly recommend!

The views over the bay are gorgeous and its great for families with a decent play area and a small entertainment spot. Our caravan was spotless, spacious and handy for exploring the coastline. We stayed in the Lamorna mobile home recently and honestly, it was really comfy and well-equipped. The only thing that bugged us a bit was the cleanliness score - mainly because the mattresses didnt have protectors and there were some questionable stains on the double mattress, along with a bit of a smell. Weve already contacted the company about it and are waiting to hear back. Aside from that, everything else was pretty clean and tidy.

Date of stay: 4th October 2019
We really enjoyed the stay. The caravan was lovely and cosy, with a fantastic view of the coast. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a decent fridge freezer. The Jack and Jill bathroom was a bit quirky but manageable. Would have loved a wider single bed for the third adult, though. Great value overall!

We had a fantastic experience! Everyone at Sea Acres was so welcoming and even our boy, despite his recently blind right eye, had a great time. We're definitely planning to return. Thanks to all the lovely staff!

Date of stay: 20th September 2019
We had a lovely stay overall! The caravan was comfy, but we did notice it got a bit damp, so heating is a must. The bed was a tad small and the bathroom could use more hooks. Still, wed definitely come back and recommend it!
