Better mattress maybe but everything else was great

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage, nestled on a working farm but surprisingly private. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are such lovely people, really welcoming. The place itself is super spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was blissfully comfy! The garden is perfect for dogs-completely secluded and well-furnished. Loads of lovely walks nearby and Thaxted has some great restaurants like The Star and The Maypole. Wed definitely recommend this spot!

We had a lovely stay! Sharon and Robert really made us feel at home, which was much appreciated. The place was spotlessly clean, comfy and safe for our dog Archie. The location was perfect for exploring, with plenty of walks nearby and charming villages like Thaxted to visit. Honestly, we left feeling refreshed and relaxed - it was just what we needed. Wed definitely come back!

We had such a lovely stay! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the start. The cottage itself is adorable, with charming features like the traditional half-timbered walls and a really powerful shower. The cosy kitchen and comfy bed made it perfect for relaxing. Parking right next to the cottage was a huge bonus and the area is ideal for walks to Thaxted. Everything was spotless and well heated, so were already planning to come back!

We had a fantastic time at this cosy cottage! The place is super well-kept and has everything you need. The dog walks right outside were perfect for our furry friends. The host was lovely, very quick to reply and friendly. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a highlight. Cant wait to return, great value! Highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! The house was super well equipped and kept us warm despite the rainy December weather. The bath was perfect after a long day and the shower was big enough to relax in. Being near the flight path didnt bother us at all and its great for dogs that dislike fireworks since its so remote. Truly a beautiful and well converted place. Thanks a lot!

We just got back from a week at Goddards Mead and honestly, it was great. The cottage had everything we needed and the hosts were super friendly. Even with a farm nearby, it felt so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

We just got back from a really nice four-night stay at this cottage. The owners are super friendly and helpful without being intrusive, which we appreciated. The big fenced garden was perfect for our dog to run around. The place had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen and all. We even used the BBQ one evening and the hot tub was just brilliant! Were already planning to come back and have recommended it to friends. Thanks for a lovely break!

The only negative thing was the caravan was quite dirty but that was the only negative thing i could say.

Bargain price, comfy caravan, lovely area, apart from noisy residents and children speeding on electric scooters a good time was had.

Point Negative bungalow Toilet not have toilet brush, facilities need pay?? Is not included just is free is swimming pool. Point positive kitchen have fridge and freezer, internet free inside of bungalow. I recommend

Really nice clean site in an excellent location

We had the best time!! Such a beautiful place. We didn’t really get to enjoy the holiday park as the kids were so amazed with kynance cove, we spent 5 out of 7 days on the beach! We did pop to the restaurant in evening though and food was great! There was so much to do on site and always looked like a good time was being had by all. We will defo be returning next year.
My only moan is that it would be good if towels could be provided along with the bedding. We had to use our beach towels all week for showering as didn’t realise towels wasn’t provided. By that’s our fault not the parks.

Perfect holiday, great base to explore the stunning turquoise coast of the Lizard.
