Landguard Holiday Park has won two prestigious awards including the Rose Award and the David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation. This could be described as a lively and leisurely holiday park as there is plenty to do within the park itself although if you like to relax and take it easy then the surroundings are perfect for that too.

With indoor and outdoor pools, a water resorts programme and kids clubs this is an ideal base for families looking for a self catering break on the Isle of Wight.

Accommodation at Landguard is a selection of caravans and lodges.  The Landguard Silver 3 Lodge is a stunning pine lodge positioned in a wooded area.  The interior is well designed as well as charming with one double and 2 twin bedrooms.  Alternatively there are some nice caravans including the Landguard Gold 2 which is a top of the range 12ft caravan sleeping 4-6.

Where's Landguard Holiday Park?
Gillian, Colchester Essex
Date of stay: 1st October 2016
The Caravan's are very nice
Pamela, Tonbridge
Date of stay: 6th August 2016
The accommodation had everything we needed. We only wanted somewhere to sleep and have breakfast so weren't looking for much. It was adequate for our needs. We didn't want to pay any more so feel we couldn't expect luxury.
Charlotte, Exmouth
Date of stay: 29th July 2016
Great caravan very spacious and clean.
Gavin, Tunbridge Wells
Date of stay: 25th July 2016
Great size lodge accommodation , only drawback was we got the one that only got sunshine on the balcony at daybreak , after that the trees kept us in the shade .
Glyn, Chelmsford
Date of stay: 3rd June 2016
We were very pleased that there were 3 bedrooms rather than having to make up one of the sofas every night.
Terence, Upminster
Date of stay: 11th March 2016
Nice clean accommodation
Kevin, Basildon
Date of stay: 19th October 2015
The cleanest bronze caravan we have seen
Pauline, Sandwich Kent
Date of stay: 25th September 2015
The only complaint I had with the accommodation was that the cleaner did not clean out the plug hole, it was full of hair from a previous camper, and the outside was full of cobwebs, but it was very comfortable.
Marcia, Devizes
Date of stay: 25th September 2015
Took my mother in law on her first holiday for 36 years always wanted to go to Isle of Wight she throughly enjoyed herself, we all had a lovely time my two dogs we made welcome and plenty of walks for them around.
Thomas, Stafford
Date of stay: 12th September 2015
Only negative was no bath to wash my baby son. But then again it never said it had one. Everything else was really good

Samantha, Harpenden
Date of stay: 29th June 2015
would have been a 10 had it not been for the 'ant' problem
Tony, Ashford Kent
Date of stay: 26th June 2015
The caravan was excellent
Kirsty, Rugby
Date of stay: 30th May 2015
Great caravan that we stayed in. Lots of space internally. Girls enjoyed a room each and put the beds together to make one large one each. Only thing missing was a teapot - we like our cups of tea.
Alberto, Portsmouth
Date of stay: 25th May 2015
Ideal size for us 2 adults and 2 kids. We used third bedroom as storage.

Oven pan was a little too small for frozen pizza, best to bring your own from home.

Central heating worked a treat as evenings were a bit chilly.

Nice and quiet at night times.
Jo, Berkhamsted
Date of stay: 18th May 2015

Derrick, Stourport On Severn Worcs

John, Middlesex
Date of stay: 27th March 2015
I could not fault the caravan, we booked the bronze due to us bring our little dog, on any other site this bronze caravan would be classed as a silver plus, very nice, and would come here again.
Jane, Faversham
Date of stay: 1st November 2014
The main toilet did not flush, the outside light did not work, the kitchen light did not work, the fridge was broken and the shower leaked.
These moans were all fixed that day, except the shower, which still leaked after it had been resealed. We did not mention that it still leaked till we left as we did not want to move caravan, and with towels down in the kitchen , we were able to put up with it for a week.
David
Date of stay: 8th September 2014
Superb had a lovely break unfortunately not long enough
Lorrao
Date of stay: 30th August 2014
A great time. Only issue was the parking at the park . The spaces were often too small and access was restricted due to orhers parking
Janet, Palmers Green
Date of stay: 30th August 2014
throughly enojoyed our time will come back.
Jeremy, Chulmleigh
Date of stay: 25th August 2014
Only thing I would like to improve would be the temperature if the swimming pools.
Melanie, Brighton
Date of stay: 25th August 2014
good value for money, some of fittings in caravan a bit loose, e.g. shelves etc and one thing missing which would be great is a simple one, a hook in bathroom and perhaps on door of each room ?car parking a bit tight for today's larger cars
John, Thrapston
Date of stay: 23rd August 2014
Very nuce accommodation. only downside was the sofabed mattress was very worn and thin. not very comfy. needs replacing
Lucy, Kettering
Date of stay: 23rd August 2014
a lovely holiday park within driving distance of the beach. the only let down was the size of the pool and the lack of space and privacy in the changing rooms.
Gemma, Andover
Date of stay: 18th August 2014
A little run down but very clean and comfortable great value for money.

Kids entertainment fantastic !
Maria, Rickmansworth
Date of stay: 18th August 2014
Our big negative was the size of the car park. It is good that you do not have cars all around the caravans but parking the car and getting it out in the morning was a complete nightmare, enough to give you grey hair! Also the tables in the restaurant were very sticky!
Victoria, Leicester
Date of stay: 16th August 2014
when we arrived they did not have any record of my disabled husband and that we needed a caravan with wheelchair accesses. the staff were a great help to us.
Joan, London
Date of stay: 16th August 2014
Our holiday was very, very pleasant and there was only one complaint that I would make. This was that after paying for a caravan, which was nearer to the top end of the market, we, when sitting outside had a very good view of he rubbish bins and the car park. I did not think that this particular bit was worth the money everything else was fine.
Neil, Andover
Date of stay: 9th August 2014
good clean lodge. Even though it was a Bronze it was fully equipped with dishwasher washing machine seperate under counter fridge and freezer and leather suite flatscreen tv and dvd player
Colin, Hastings
Date of stay: 9th August 2014
Will definitely be going back had a great time staff were happy to help and the caravan was clean and well fitted .

Beautiful Lodge & surroundings.
Sara, Bedfordshire
Date of stay: 27th June 2014
Lodge lovely but inside dated!
Charlotte, Doncaster
Date of stay: 27th June 2014
the lodge was beautiful the only slight complaint was the location we were the very first lodge and pretty much in the shade of the trees all day so was a bit chilly to sit outside, and our little boy hates showers so we had to fill the bottom of the shower to wash him if there was a small bath with a shower over the top that would have been better. but other than that beautiful and well worth the money
Sarah, Bradofrd
Date of stay: 7th June 2014
This was our first year in a lodge. We loved it. never want to use caravans again. The space was fantastic, full size lovely comfy beds. a dishwasher in the kitchen!!! and so clean. We felt very spoilt.
Sara
Date of stay: 2nd June 2014
We had a last minute weekend break and booked the Gold Plus 2 Caravan on a last minute deal. The caravan was like new and nicely located near to the main facilities and car park. We didn't use much of the facilities as we spent most of the time out and about but the children seemed to like the pool but only for a short time as there are only so many times you can go down one slide!
Krystal, Maidenhead
Date of stay: 24th May 2014
Lodge was lovely not over looked and a quuet location out of term time.
Neal, Appledore
Date of stay: 9th May 2014
Nothing bad to say, just a bit dated and facilities could do with a makeover. Would stay at the park next door if I visited again.
Susan, Somerset
Date of stay: 11th April 2014
caravan was very good, overall any enjoyable stay, only one complaint the swimming pool could be made bigger.
Jane, Portsmouth
