The location is spot on and the facilities cater well to everyone in the family. Staff really do try hard to make it special!

Date of stay: 28th April 2025
We really appreciated the size and comfort of the place, everything was well-stocked for cooking in. The dishwasher and washing machine were a bonus! Only a small gripe was the lack of a clothes airer, but it didnt ruin our stay at all.
Emma, Gb
Date of stay: 26th April 2025
We had a fantastic time, honestly couldn't fault it at all.

Date of stay: 25th April 2025
We had a really nice family break, despite all the restrictions in 2020. Looking forward to coming back next year when we can explore more of the site and amenities. Everything from the accommodation to the staff was top-notch!

Date of stay: 18th March 2025
We really enjoyed our stay here! The cottages are spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and relax. Theyre spotless when you arrive, which is a relief these days. The welcome packs are a nice touch, with all the essentials you might forget. The only minor issue was WiFi coverage-unfortunately, the hotspots didnt reach our cottage, which was a bit frustrating. If they improved that, itd be perfect! Still, wed definitely come back.
Emma, Buckingham
Date of stay: 8th March 2025

Date of stay: 20th January 2025
The place was frustratingly closed on certain days and whenever we went, it was packed with just a few tables free. Seems like theyre struggling with staff, which is a real shame. Still, well try again soon!

Really impressed with how spotless and well-organised everything was. We initially thought four of us would stay, but two turned out to be perfect. Honestly, it felt spacious enough, so no complaints there!

Beautiful spot, worth visiting
Alex, Oxford
Date of stay: 13th November 2024
We loved the place! The decor was cosy and everything inside made us feel right at home. The only thing missing was a hoover or broom, especially since the downstairs wooden floors showed dirt easily. Still, overall a lovely stay!
Emma, Thundersley
Date of stay: 9th November 2024
Really disappointed theres no proper lighting over the bathroom or dressing table mirror. Its such a pain for applying makeup. If Id known, Id have brought my travel mirror. Wouldve made things so much easier, honestly. Needs improving!
James, Gtr Manchester
Date of stay: 2nd November 2024
We had a few things missing at first, but it wasnt a problem for Di to sort them out quickly. Our tin opener broke and they replaced it in no time at all. Everyone on staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and its clear they genuinely care. We didnt want to leave the lakes - Rockley is honestly one of the best holiday spots on the Isle of Wight. Plus, the staff are very gay friendly, which made us feel right at home. Loved it!
Emma, Waterlooville
Date of stay: 17th October 2024
Had a fantastic time on the isl and with the family, definitely planning to return to the Isle of Wight soon!
Emma, Nottingham
Date of stay: 14th October 2024
We booked this trip on a whim and honestly, it turned out to be such a lovely surprise! The whole stay was enjoyable - from the cosy accommodation to the fun activities and tasty food. The entertainment in the evenings was a nice touch too. Were already planning our next visit!
Sam
Date of stay: 9th October 2024
We had a lovely stay! The parks facilities are really well maintained, perfect for both kids and grown-ups. The restaurant and bar are great if you fancy a little treat. Would definitely come back!
Harriet, West Midlands
Date of stay: 3rd October 2024
The place was super modern and spotless, really comfy too. Everything we needed was there for a relaxing, stress-free break. Love it!
Emma Clarke
Date of stay: 29th September 2024
Honestly, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were all lumpy. Not everything in the kitchen was there either. There were stains on the carpet and sofa, which was a bit off. Also, gas wasnt on when we arrived, so we had to hunt for the inlet valve and squeeze our hand in to turn it on. Not great, really.
Emma
Date of stay: 15th September 2024
Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this place! Thanks!
Emma Carter, Deal
Date of stay: 10th September 2024
Worth every penny, honestly.
Claire, Gb
Date of stay: 4th September 2024
We found the caravan to be quite clean overall, which was good. However, the kitchen stuff definitely needed a wash before we used it - bit of a letdown. The twin room window had fallen slightly, leaving a gap and the patio doors didnt quite close properly, letting in a smell from the bathrooms sewage. We mentioned all of this at checkout, no fuss.
