A very clean lodge with all that we needed for a weeks stay - we chose this one because of the view - they were amazing. Good outside patio area with more than enough furniture. The lodge had full heating and easy to use thermostat. The only thing it did not have was instructions to use the dishwasher, oven etc - not really an issue because you have good Wi-Fi - but it would be useful. The only other thing I would say its getting ready for a paint - but thats is be critical - would definitely book again.

We stayed at this lodge for a week and honestly, it was lovely. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The view was truly stunning, which was why we picked it in the first place. The outdoor patio was great, with plenty of furniture to relax on. Heating was full and easy to control with the thermostat. The only minor thing was that there were no instructions for the dishwasher or oven, but with good Wi-Fi, it wasnt a big deal. Its true theyre starting to get ready for a paint job, but thats hardly a dealbreaker. Wed happily come back!

Overall, we had a smooth experience. If I had to mention something, its just that everyones taste in decor and furniture differs, thats all really. No big deal!

The lodge is decent, but honestly, I wouldnt fancy squeezing six adults in here. Its more suited for a couple with kids. Still, the weather was lovely, so we made the most of it outside. Definitely considering a return!

We stayed at the lodge and honestly, it was super clean and comfy. The view from the living room was stunning, especially during sunset. The WiFi worked perfectly and there was a good selection of kitchen stuff, plus some DVDs and games which kept us entertained. No on-site facilities, but the nearby beach and pub were lovely. Perfect location for coastal walks too!

The lodge was spotless, the views amazing from the living room. Good WiFi, plenty of kitchen ware provided along with a few dvds and a couple of board games. No real facilities on site, but the s a beach with a pub/restaurant down the hill. Right on the coastal path if that's your thing. Couldn't fault the place.

Date of stay: 8th November 2023
We recently spent a weekend at the Gwalia Falls Lodge and honestly, it was a lovely spot. Waking up to the sound of the sea just outside the window was such a treat and the views were truly stunning. The lodge itself was pretty spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Sure, there were a couple of minor issues - like a bit of fabric coming away from the corner of a chair and a dent in one of the bedroom doors - but honestly, it didnt detract from the overall luxury vibe. The big TV with freeview and TVs in each bedroom, including one in the en-suite, were a nice touch. The owner was super friendly, showed us around and explained how to operate the heating and where everything was, which was really helpful. The local shop is about a mile away, so not too far and supermarkets are roughly 15 minutes drive. The beach is easily accessible, though theres a steep hill to walk back up after a day out - a bit of a climb! Theres also a lovely pub right at the beach serving good food with friendly staff. All in all, we had a fantastic time and definitely plan on coming back!

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect, couldnt ask for better. The place itself was lovely, really well-kept. Only small gripe was the patio seating-pretty uncomfortable, honestly. Would be great to have a couple of comfy loungers. Despite that, were definitely coming back. Thanks a lot, Jo and Alex! x

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vista. The site is so peaceful and well-equipped, though a drying rack wouldve been handy. The views are stunning and it's just a short walk to the beach. Hope to return soon!
