We stayed in a Premium Caravan as a family of 4, the caravan was clean & the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The site was pleasant and the spa was nice. The pool was a little cold for the kids but was alright for an hour to have a splash around. The family changing room definitely helped with getting the kids out after. We stayed for 4 nights & thought the price was reasonable for an August holiday.

You could not pay us enough to stay in that caravan again luckily we only stayed in it for one night we were ready to leave but thankfully due to the amazing recptonist and head housekeeper we were moved The bijou was damp musty no amount of cleaning would make it fit to stay in the damp was ingrained in the walls and furnishings and my wife and daughter suffer from asthma and couldnt breathe it went on their chests and took a couple days to breathe again normally and that was with only staying in it for a night It was dated and basic but we could have lived with that but breathing normally is essential

Lovely immaculate caravan, bigger than we expected. Bathroom a good size with a lovely shower. Oven was spotless as were all the crockery and dishes. Couldn't fault it, excellent value.

Had a wonderful trip away for a long weekend with family. We stayed in the luxury pod, 2 adults 2 older children and a tween and a dog, yes it was compact but for a long weekend it was more than adequate. It also had some lovely touches such as a warm fire, welcome box and fully equipped kitchen (although we didnt cook I imagine space may be an issue cooking anything extensive). Only small points but I would say the upstairs of the lodge would benefit from blackout blinds instead of normal, the main mattress was slightly too soft and uncomfortable for us and the fridge made a whurring noise all night, which was a bit annoying as Im a light sleeper but it didnt bother my husband! Unfortunately due to the water being off in Wales there was a problem with the hot tub on the first night however the staff worked really hard to get the hot tub cleaned and refilled for us, which they did by Saturday afternoon and we really appreciated it. The hot tub was a great addition (and the main reason we booked it) however the facilities on site were better than expected with a fantastic spa area with jacuzzi, sauna etc so we could use these whilst waiting for the hot tub which more than made up for it. The bar on site is great, we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday lunch huge portions tasty food, alongside drinks, cakes and a few games on pool and UNO with the games supplied. Really great stay and we would definitely all return.

Really appreciated the little touches-tea towel, dish soap, kitchen roll. Brought my own, but they were already provided! Nice surprise.

We stayed here for four nights with the family and honestly, it was a lovely break. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, which made us feel welcomed. The caravan was well-equipped and comfy - exceeded our expectations. The whole place had a chilled vibe, perfect for relaxing. Definitely a spot wed return to for another getaway!

We didnt get to try the bijou as it was too small for us and the dog. Our bigger caravan suited us much better, so it was a bit disappointing.

We stayed in this lovely lodge and honestly, its super clean and well-kept. The hot tub was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The locations not too far from the main entrance, so its convenient, but that does mean theres quite a bit of foot traffic passing by. A privacy screen wouldve been a great addition, especially for those relaxing hot tub moments. The pod itself is pretty cosy - maybe a bit tight for a family of five, especially with teenagers. The upstairs twin beds tend to get quite warm, which can be uncomfortable and the sofa bed in the lounge is on the small side. We appreciated the welcome box, though it wouldve been even better if it included essentials like washing-up liquid or tea and coffee, rather than us having to buy everything ourselves. Also, only half a toilet roll was provided, so we had to ask for more. Overall, its a lovely spot for smaller families, but just be aware of the space and privacy aspects.
