The beds were uncomfortable and cause more spinal pain. Not the caravan we hired and not suitable for disabled people. Not the caravan advertised, can't get a wheelchair into the room as the table and fridge block the entrance to the room, plates and cutlery had dried food all over them and shoved in cupboards so had to wash everything before we could even get a drink, low work surfaces but too low for my wife who does the cooking, oven door falls to floor and glass comes out which is dangerous and will burn a wheelchair user using the oven, bathroom door doesn't open and shut properly so can't wheel yourself into the bathroom as the gap isn't big enough. The lady on reception was off duty by the time we got sorted so we couldn't complain upon going around the site to look for the caravan we hired it isn't on the site at all. there were only 2 other caravans with ramps but they were privately owned.

We had a lovely stay! The caravan was spotless and well stocked, which made everything easier. The location is fantastic and the grounds are really nice for a relaxing walk. Only suggestion would be to have oven mitts available - maybe they were removed during covid. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, which made our visit even better!

The van is fantastic and the riverside view is simply stunning. Only downside is the mattress could be a bit more comfy, but overall, were happy!

We really enjoyed the place overall, even though the caravan wasn't quite where we expected based on the website-it's set further back, not right by the water. Still, the spot was lovely and we'd definitely visit again. Definitely worth a trip!

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed - very comfortable! The park itself is beautifully kept and just a short walk into Stamford Bridge, which has some great pubs, a small supermarket and plenty of takeaways and bakeries. The bus into York is quick, about 35 minutes and theres a park and ride nearby if you prefer. The staff and locals were super friendly and the nearby walks are lovely. Would definitely stay again - highly recommended!
