We stayed at the lodge recently and overall it was decent. Graham at reception was really friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. The burger on our first day was a letdown-the bun was burnt to a crisp, so we ended up eating out for the rest of the week. Even the barman, Mr Goth, couldnt quite get a decent cappuccino right. The Wi-Fi was non-existent in the lodge, which was a bit disappointing, but hopefully next time its sorted!

We stayed at the lodge and really enjoyed it. Spacious, spotless and cosy-great value especially using Tesco vouchers. Its pretty simple but ideal with kids; less fuss. The outdoor decking is a lovely touch, maybe some cushions would be nice though!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tummel Valley, honestly. The lodges location was perfect - peaceful and scenic, ideal for relaxing walks. The place was generally clean, though we did notice a few marks on the furniture which was a bit disappointing. The surrounding nature is stunning and we loved exploring the area. The park itself is quite quiet, which was nice, but I imagine it gets a lot livelier around reception and the entertainment spots. The only downside for us was the mattresses; they were so uncomfortable, we could feel every spring digging in - it really wrecked our sleep. Such a shame because everything else was lovely, but unfortunately, we couldnt face returning for that reason.

The caravan was pretty decent overall, though we did face some hiccups with the lighting and struggled a bit to get the heating going. We had to bring our own towels, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Outside, it was a tad messy, but hey, its expected in a forest area, isnt it?

apart from the issues with the lights and not being able to work the heating the caravan was quite good , we had to supply our own towels and things out side of van was a bit untidy but that was to be expected as we were in the forrest area

The forest trails are quite a trek to reach from the park, needing a drive each time we want to walk the dogs there. Not ideal for quick trips at all.

Poor access to forest trails directly from the caravan park area.To go to the forest with the dogs, you need to drive a few miles by car.

The place was really comfy and quite nice overall. A few internal doors, especially the bathroom door, were a bit tricky to open and sometimes got stuck. You had to push quite hard to get them open, which was a bit annoying but manageable. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Overall, pretty happy with the work. Just a minor thing about the kitchen lino being under the floor strip-it could have been a tripping hazard, so worth noting.

We stayed here recently and honestly, the location is stunning, with gorgeous views and a lovely surrounding area. Sadly, the accommodation didn't quite live up to expectations - it needed a proper deep clean and some of the facilities were faulty, like the bedroom TV not working and the main TV being pretty outdated. The cooker was also a bit temperamental. We found it tricky to keep our 16, 13 and 8-year-olds entertained, especially the older one, since it wasnt really geared towards teens. That said, were still keen to come back for a long weekend sometime!

We stayed at the caravan and found it to be spotless, which was great. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, though the girl we spoke to on the phone about the boiler seemed to forget about our issue. The main problem was the boiler not working when we arrived, so no hot water or heating all Friday night. We called reception at 6.30pm, told it would be sorted, but no one came. We expected it to be fixed Saturday morning, but nothing. Very disappointing!

The holiday was lovely overall. The heating was broken at first, but they sorted it out quickly. Great service all round!

We booked a larch caravan mainly because it had a washer and dryer, but sadly, when we got there, the washer was out of order and there was no replacement available. Had to queue up at reception to get money for the laundrette on site, which was a bit of a hassle, definitely not as easy as having one in the caravan. The restaurant on our last night was a bit disappointing too - lots of dishes werent available and we were told it was because of low season. However, they knew how many vans were booked on Monday, so it seems lazy not to stock enough food. Honestly, were not in a rush to return.

We had a fantastic time at Tummel Valley! The staff genuinely seemed happy and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The park was bustling but well-kept and our caravan was spotlessly clean - bedding was crisp and fresh too. Definitely a place wed visit again!
