Outstanding lodge! The best bit was the outdoor space, it was amazing, best we've ever had; private, spacious and extremely tranquil. The lodges were so far apart that we almost felt as if we were the only people there, but thoroughly enjoyed sharing our space with the wildlife, most notably ducks and rabbits. The hot tub jets weren't the most powerful so we barely used them and just sat there enjoying the scenery.Everything you could possibly need was provided inside; lovely little touches like condiments, cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, and a tasty welcome pack with bread, milk, biscuits etc.The bed was super comfy. We had no problems with the WiFi. The only tiny disappointment was that the sofas weren't that comfortable and they were only two seater. Might be a bit of a squeeze if there were four of you.Other than that, highly recommend!!

Beautiful lodge in a relaxing setting.Excellent facilities inside and out of the lodge. Quality products used to furnish the lodge. Maybe the settee needs upgrading, however this is more cosmetic than comfort. Didnt see a soul. Perfect!!See you again next year.

Stunning location, maybe not great in the snowy/icy weather months with the roads getting there!Lodge was amazing, little details such as bread and milk, butter and jams were a lovely touch along with full tea, coffe and sugar. Condiments were also a great touch.Lovely comfy beds and hot tub was nice. Jets were not very powerful and water was cold when we arrived. My only negative is that on the morning of departure you have to inform the office if you want to use the hot tub, because as stated in the guest book if the next guests have early check in you are not allowed to use it! I have paid until 10am which is check out so yes I will use it!Also although they say the tub is checked daily it wasnt checked on our second day. Minor issues that wouldnt stop us coming back

As with all the lodges, this lodge was also brilliant. The outside space was incredible. The views, the privacy, the hot tub - absolutely brilliant.

We booked this well before Covid hit, so the price was pretty decent. Honestly, we wouldnt pay the current rates now, especially since its only 3 days and 4 nights, Monday to Friday, with late check-in and early check-out. Still, it was okay at the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge! The privacy was fantastic and the views truly are stunning. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub was a lovely touch. A couple of tiny cleaning hiccups kept it from a full five stars and the furnishings could use a bit of updating. We also think adding a spotlight over the cooking area and an extra lamp for softer evening lighting would make it even better. Would definitely come back!

Great lodge, and would definitely stay in this one again. Loved the privacy this site affords you and the views were wonderful.Beds were very comfortable and hot tub was great.Couple of very small cleaning issues which was reason for 4 instead if 5 stars along with the furnishings.Could do with spotlight over the cooking area and maybe an extra lamp as we like ambient lighting in the evening rather than the main bright, overhead lights.

Great quality and super clean. A sliding door and some kind of cover wouldve made it ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The lodge was well-maintained and comfortable, though we did notice a few small issues. There was no wardrobe in the bedroom, which was a bit of a pain and some outside lights werent working, so it was a bit dark at night. Also, having no roof over the hot tub meant we couldnt use it in the rain, which was a shame. We totally get that cleaning standards are important these days, but check-in at 5pm and check-out at 9am made the stay feel a bit shorter than the five days we paid for. Still, it was a nice break!

We recently stayed at this charming rustic log cabin and honestly, it was just what we needed. The location is stunning, nestled in the countryside with breathtaking views and the privacy was surprisingly good despite neighbouring cabins. The welcome basket was a lovely touch after our long drive and the cosy atmosphere created by the heating and log burner made it feel like home instantly. The beds are massive and super comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hot tub was spot on-covered and with incredible scenery around, its hard to beat. The furnishings are tastefully done and the en-suite with toiletries was a nice extra. We did find the kitchen a bit dim in the evenings, but we managed with a bedside lamp. Staff were helpful when we needed, delivering a mop and hoover quickly. All in all, a fantastic spot to unwind and explore Yorkshire!

We had such a lovely stay at Lillie Lodge over New Year! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm and inviting, with a cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The welcome basket was a nice touch - filled with some lovely treats - and having a pint of milk waiting in the fridge was much appreciated. The lodge itself is finished to a very high standard; its spotless and super comfortable. The bed was huge and incredibly comfy, perfect for a good nights sleep. The en suite bathroom is massive, with a walk-in shower, separate WC and even a sauna - what more could you want? We loved stepping out through the doors to our private hot tub, which is undercover, so we enjoyed it rain or shine. The view is stunning, with plenty of far-reaching scenery and the adorable duck pond right outside. Watching the resident ducks was a real highlight - theyre so friendly and we fed them most days. Inside, the lodge stayed warm, but we also used the log burner with plenty of logs supplied - very cosy! We saw racehorses almost daily, which was a lovely surprise. The staff are all very friendly and the lodge was well equipped - plenty of towels, robes, slippers and all the essentials for tea and coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed, even if the fridge was a bit small, it still fit everything comfortably. We loved it so much, weve already booked our return for next New Year!

Absolutely loved Lillie Lodge, we were there to celebrate New Year. On entertaining the lodge it was warm and cosy with the added bonus of a welcome basket filled with some lovely things and a pint of milk waiting in the fridge. Done to a very high spec, spotlessly clean, huge en suite with massive walk in shower, separate WC and sauna. Bed was amazingly comfortable and massive! Doors leading out to a very private hot tub which is undercover so can be used in all weathers which we did. Very warm in the lodge but for extra heat and coziness you have a log burner with ample logs. The view is fantastic very far reaching and of course you have the view of your very own duck pond with the resident ducks! These little guys made it for me, so entertaining and there to great you every time you return. Will quite happily eat out your hand and were well fed for the week!! Saw race horses most days which was a lovely treat and all the staff you bump into are very friendly. Plenty towels, bathrobes and slippers, tea, coffee and sugar and some salt and pepper. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Yes the fridge is small but wasn't a problem, still plenty room to fit everything in. Would recommend to anyone and we booked our return visit for next New Year before we left ??

We really enjoyed our stay here! The lodge was super comfy and having a smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch. The bed was cozy and although there aren't traditional wardrobes, the utility room had plenty of space for hanging clothes and shelves for storage. The washer/dryer came in handy after long walks - a real lifesaver!

We had a fantastic stay at the Rosina! The sauna and hot tub were spotless and perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring. The cosy log burner added a lovely touch and the kitchen was super well equipped. We visited during a heatwave, so we really enjoyed the copper bath and took a refreshing cold bubble bath - it was blissful! If it had been colder outside, the copper tub wouldve kept the heat for longer, which is a real bonus. The outdoor seating area was gorgeous and comfy and the BBQ and outdoor sink were great extras. Were definitely coming back, cant wait!

We had such a lovely stay at the Rosina Lodge! Honestly, the place is stunning and we could tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they might need - like the rechargeable torch, which was handy. The whole place was spotless and felt super luxurious. We loved the sauna, hot tub and the fire pit outside. The bed was really comfy and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Can't wait to return!

We recently spent four nights at Lillie Lodge and honestly, it was pretty lovely. The place has everything we could possibly need and the views are just fantastic - lots of ducks and even a Black Swan came to say hello! Its a shame we couldnt light the log fire since it was a bit too warm, but we did spend a lot of time in the hot tub. The jets could be stronger, but we still loved it. Thanks a lot!
