New, beautiful lodge with large balcony and super warm hot-tub overlooking a lake with ducks and their ducklings wandering around the grounds - whats not to love? Its a really quiet park with new lodges being add but there was no building noise - some nice pubs to eat nearby. Really helpful hot-tub lady who came daily to check the tub - would be happy to go back!

Lodge was good a little hard for my pet to navigate due to vinyl flooring so he kept slipping bless him. however balcony area was well secure meaning he could roam a bit more freely. Hot tub was kept maintained well, and bedrooms were lovely for each of us. On site facilities could do with a few more poo bins dotted around as only two sets of bins quite a distant from certain points.

Really beautiful lodge I think the pictures need updating because it doesnt show just how beautiful and spacious the lodge is! Love that the hot tub wasnt sunken in as it made it safe for our puppy. So cosy and homely!

We spent a midweek break here in February and really enjoyed it. The lodge was well kitted out and the hot tub was a real highlight. The owner checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, which was nice. Some recent reviews mentioned the building work, but honestly, it didnt bother us at all - we could see the new lodges being built but it didnt impact our stay. The heating system is a bit basic, with no thermostat, so it was a little chilly the first night, but after that, it was fine. Would we return? Definitely yes, we would!

We stayed in Lodge 17 and honestly, it was pretty lovely overall. The place was spotless and smelled fresh when we arrived, which was great. The kitchen was well stocked, apart from a tiny thing - no bowls for cereal, which was a bit annoying. We did notice a couple of minor maintenance issues, but nothing major. The hot tub is drained after each visit, so it wasnt hot when we first got in, but by 8am it was perfect. Wed come back for sure!

The lodges are fresh, really modern and super comfy. Itd be handy if the Welcome folder had leaflets on how to operate the appliances, just to make things easier!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely lodge. The hot tub was a big hit! It had all the essentials and then some. The TV wasnt always reliable, but honestly, we werent bothered. Plus, parking right outside made things super easy.
