The accommodations was good, we were given the keys to (Sierra deluxe) caravan which was an upgrade to the one we purchased (Stonewood 4). It has an extra bathroom and an extra bedroom which came in very handy.The caravan itself was in good condition. The one issue we had was that the lock on the bathroom door that had a shower inside was broken, which we reported, unfortunately it was not fixed while we were there.Everything else in the caravan was ok.

Lovely caravan, immaculate on arrival, all freshly cleaned and aired. Duvets linen pressed. Lovely touch of starter cleaning pack including washing up liquid and tea towel, sponge etc. Plus tea bags and coffee, enough to keep you going until you shopped.

I think the Deluxe Stonewood 4 caravan had been discontinued as it was not on the Searles website, they only had a Stonewood 5. The actual caravan we were given was called a Sierra! Which was one we could have booked so we were not disappointed as the Sierra I feel was a better caravan so feel like we had been upgraded which was lovely. The Caravan was clean and well kept and had laminated floor in the living area which was so much better to keep clean than carpet. It was a superb caravan.

Good size and well laid out. Could fit a travel cot in the single bedroom. Really clean! decking didnt get much sun unfortunately, so struggled to dry towels etc.Kitchen was very basic

A good size and well located on site. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us and was good to have two bathrooms. Well equipped and clean. Added bonus of ducks who often came to say hello on the decking!

Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravan was spotless apart from a few missed handprints on the window, which was minor. The mattress was a bit lumpy, but a rug underneath the sheet sorted it out. We did find it odd there was no free WIFI though!

We expected the caravan to be smaller than others we've stayed in before, but honestly, theres plenty of storage and it never felt cramped with four of us. Weve paid less on sites in the past, but with the pandemic and everyone choosing staycations, the price felt pretty fair. Overall, we had a good experience and would come again!

We really enjoyed the stay, the location is lovely and the staff everywhere were so friendly, polite and always ready to help with a smile. The only downside was the Deluxe Sierra 6, which could have been a bit cleaner. We found some dry fruit, crisps and a piece of jewellery left behind by previous guests, but we handed it into reception. Overall, a good experience!

From the second we arrived, we felt at ease. Everything we needed was right there inside the caravan or just outside. Norfolk has plenty to offer, especially if you dont mind a bit of driving. For us, it was all about unwinding and relaxing on the beach, watching the world go by. Lovely stay!
